My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The check-in person was professional and kind and the entire staff seemed happy and cheerful. I had a room overlooking the garden and did not have any issues with noise either from the outside or from nearby rooms. In addition, Paris was having a heat wave and the ac worked great.

Nice room, comfy bed, and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great. It was close to a metro station. All the employees I interacted with were great. However, the walls are incredibly thin. As in you can hear actual conversations from other rooms, and you can hear the TV in neighboring rooms even when it's on low volume. The noise level is not bad for being in the city, it's truly just that the walls are super thin. Luckily, we were able to move to a quieter room, but this was only because some rooms were unoccupied. I would not recommend staying here during busy months if you are a light sleeper. I cannot speak to the pool/spa area because we did not use it.

Would thoroughly recommend - room, leisure facilities and terrace. The reception staff are very extremely helpful and informative. Close distance to metro stations. Lots of nearby good places to eat. We ate breakfast in the hotel on the first day, then preferred to go out for a light breakfast, good cafes 1 minute walk away. Was our 30th wedding anniversary, and received a nice bottle of wine from the hotel in our room with a lovely note. Sorry don't remember her name but the receptionist who "wore the lovely silk neck scarves," deserves a special mention.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Paris – A True Home Away from Home I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They truly know how to make guests feel at home, with impeccable attention to detail that elevated my experience. The spa and hammam were nothing short of heavenly—an oasis of relaxation in the bustling heart of Paris. After a long day of exploring the city, unwinding in such a serene environment was exactly what I needed. What truly stood out was how kid-friendly the hotel was. Traveling with children can be challenging, but the staff made it so effortless. They catered to my family with warmth and care, ensuring everyone was happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury and family-friendly vibes so seamlessly. I stayed for an extended period, and by the end of my visit, it genuinely felt like home. Every corner of the hotel reflected their commitment to excellence, and every interaction I had showed their genuine passion for hospitality. Whether it was the beautifully maintained rooms, the calming spa, or the smiles from the amazing team, this hotel left a lasting impression. It’s a hidden gem I’ll return to again and again!

We chose this hotel for a relaxing family getaway with our 6 month old baby, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The room 302 had absolutely no soundproofing, we could hear full conversations from the hallway and the room next door along with the sound of chairs scraping across the floor until 2am after several complaints to the FO. With a baby, this made the night extremely difficult and changing the room in the middle of the night was not an acceptable solution. We came hoping to rest and recharge, but left the next day exhausted and sleep-deprived. The setting is nice, but the comfort and peace we expected were simply not there. A priori this issue is known as there is similar comments on that points.

Not all the staff were welcoming. Made us feel out of place a bit. Didn't spend much time at the hotel as we explored Paris till late... And checked out before 5:30 am to catch our flight. Got a call from the hotel around 9am while in the aeroplane and the caller was 'calling to make sure we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel' - I thought that was rude and uncalled forThe heating was not working when we arrived in the night time and the reception said they couldn't do anything about it. There were black ants in the rooms (including bathroom) We were told the swimming pool was undergoing maintenance so was cold - couldn't use it

Unfortunately room was infested with ants. They were also crawling inside the fridge. Picture is attached. The carpet in the lobby was dirty, worn and not hoovered once during our 3 night stay.. overall cleanliness not good. Breakfast area is too cramped.
