We booked Aug31-Sept7 for our mother/daughter trip of a lifetime. Our travel agent gave us a list of 10 hotels and after reading every review and looking at pictures of the 10, we both decided that this would be our choice. ||I had a couple questions before arrival and the hotel emailed promptly. Robes, slippers and pool towels were provided for this hotel. ||The hotel also recommended a pick up service which we used on arrival and departure. |Our flight was delayed 5 hours on arrival, and after traveling for two days, we caught our second wind when we landed in Paris. ||Check in was friendly and our suite was ready. Someone helped us to our room with our bags. We stayed in 308, a beautiful suite with sky windows, a bathtub with towel warmer. Mini fridge, coffee maker with Nespresso pods, water, slippers, robes and plush towels. Coming from Canada we had to bring an adaptor to use their plugs and charge our phones. The lotions, shampoo and soaps in the room were amazing and you could purchase from the spa.||The room, grounds, lobby and stairwell were spotless. We were early risers and the entrance and stairwells were being vacuumed and remained spotless for the day. There were umbrellas in the entrance if you needed one. ||We did not opt for the breakfast but it smelled delicious. There was water available in the lobby and pool area. Made with different infused fruits. ||Our room was basically soundproof , we could just hear the church bells from inside. The roof top was a lovely area to sit, listen to the church bells and relax. There was a button and menu that you could order a drink. ||The grounds were kept spotless as well. There were two elevators which were a good size and stairwell options to get to the rooms. ||Another reason we chose this hotel was the pool and steam room. The pool area was spotless. The pool had jets that could be turned on . This was amazing because we were walking 25,000 plus steps a day. ||The steam area was down the last couple days of our visit with a sign for maintenance. The hotel seems to pride itself on making everything look and work well. The hotel also offered room service from a nearby cafe. ||Staff, workers and housekeeping always with a Bonjour and a smile. No issues with the language barrier.||I play piano and have performed in many Countries. This was not a work trip but if I ever get the chance to visit again. This will be my choice of stay. I will also recommend it to anyone that I know is traveling to Paris. 10/10 mother/daughter trip of a lifetime

Hotel was a little average for service. When we asked for some fresh milk for our room we were told it was not available. Room service bought us 3 long life milk pods which was an effort. ||Our room had a sewerage smell and required us to cover shower drain with face washer. ||When I asked for a blanket, as I found the quilt too hot to sleep under, I was told there was nothing like that at the hotel. Only sheet or quilt.

We stayed here 3 years ago and loved it. I gave it a great review. It was right after Covid and for health reasons we booked a suite . This time we booked a regular room.|What a mistake . I still enjoyed the amazing pool and health club, rare for a Paris hotel in this price range .|However the room was typical Paris claustrophobic and was not in great condition. Lighting was poor and there was not a lot of space to store things.|The bathroom had a sewage smell and they refused to change our room due to availability. The second day it was offered but we were only staying 3 days and declined.|Front desk were helpful and the pool is good for swimming laps.|It’s also in a nice true neighborhood with good food.|But we won’t stay again or recommend it sad to say. Last time we got the royal treatment with daily gifts but not this time.|We had trouble getting daily water and turn down service . Sad to see it go down hill

This hotel is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in Paris. The 4* is certainly worth the rating. |Location - about a 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and River Seine. Lovely quiet and safe suburb with superb restaurants and bars nearby.|Staff - so welcoming and friendly, a delight to have met them.|Hotel - Clean as a whistle with 2 lifts to all floors.|Rooms - It was my wife's 60th birthday and the hotel allocated us the Eiffel Terrace Suite room on the 6th and top floor. This was amazing, as the room had a small staircase that led to a sun terrace with stunning views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. It was even more amazing at night, as every hour, on the hour, the Tower lit up and sparkled for 5 mins, simply stunning.|Reception area - this includes a small area for breakfast and the bar area.|Breakfast - buffet style, everything that you could ask for, lovely food.|Bar - superb cocktails, great value during happy hour, the one with gin, prosecco, elderflower cordial and cinnamon syrup was our favourite. Unfortunately, we only came across this on our last day!|Pool and Steam Room - Oh my god, what a superb 13m undergound pool and steam room. It was great to have a quick swim and steam prior to breakfast and also after a hot day of sightseeing to relax and unwind before some cocktails. |This hotel is simply amazing, we will definitely go back on our next visit to this magical city.

Beautiful experience with all the weekend getaway checklist covered. The room had a cute patio overlooking the street and for more space we could use the terrace. The pool and steam room is clean and decent, need some maintenance for the rusty shower heads and wall/ceiling paint peeling off.

Absolute gem!! Elegant and modern and somehow it's also cozy and inviting, and these opposites work beautifully here. The rooms are small but well put together, the rain shower had great water pressure, the beds are delicious. The staff is kind and always willing to help and provide suggestions and advice

We booked this hotel for one night back in Dec/Jan as we had scheduled a cruise so just needed a short stay. We chose this hotel based on reviews and it was very close to the pier and some of the attractions. We arrived early so was told our room was not ready. We came back an hour later and was told our room would not be available as the air conditioning was not working in the room we were scheduled to be in. They said there were no other rooms available. They got us a room in there other property which was not anywhere near where we wanted to be. Meanwhile, this process took a lot of time away from the short time we had to see Paris on our own. We were disgusted!! Book this hotel at your own risk. I know it has great reviews but that is only if they have your room available. Not a good way to start our vacation.

Quaint, charming, quiet place in a great neighborhood. The terrace is beautiful. Did not try the pool/spa but it looked clean and nice. Ana is the best, super professional and awesome, loved meeting her!

Yelp
I've stayed here 3 times. The staff and the location are amazing. Indoor pools are not super common in Paris but it's always a nice added amenity in all weather types. I plan on going back to Paris and will definitely stay at Les Jardins de Mademoiselle again. The rooms are nice and the area is very quiet at night.

Yelp
It is a newly open hotel. We stayed there for a few days during our travels to Paris. It is small, modern, and spotlessly clean. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our room, their pool facilities, morning coffee and a roof terrace. Location worked perfectly for us as well.
