We booked Aug31-Sept7 for our mother/daughter trip of a lifetime. Our travel agent gave us a list of 10 hotels and after reading every review and looking at pictures of the 10, we both decided that this would be our choice. ||I had a couple questions before arrival and the hotel emailed promptly. Robes, slippers and pool towels were provided for this hotel. ||The hotel also recommended a pick up service which we used on arrival and departure. |Our flight was delayed 5 hours on arrival, and after traveling for two days, we caught our second wind when we landed in Paris. ||Check in was friendly and our suite was ready. Someone helped us to our room with our bags. We stayed in 308, a beautiful suite with sky windows, a bathtub with towel warmer. Mini fridge, coffee maker with Nespresso pods, water, slippers, robes and plush towels. Coming from Canada we had to bring an adaptor to use their plugs and charge our phones. The lotions, shampoo and soaps in the room were amazing and you could purchase from the spa.||The room, grounds, lobby and stairwell were spotless. We were early risers and the entrance and stairwells were being vacuumed and remained spotless for the day. There were umbrellas in the entrance if you needed one. ||We did not opt for the breakfast but it smelled delicious. There was water available in the lobby and pool area. Made with different infused fruits. ||Our room was basically soundproof , we could just hear the church bells from inside. The roof top was a lovely area to sit, listen to the church bells and relax. There was a button and menu that you could order a drink. ||The grounds were kept spotless as well. There were two elevators which were a good size and stairwell options to get to the rooms. ||Another reason we chose this hotel was the pool and steam room. The pool area was spotless. The pool had jets that could be turned on . This was amazing because we were walking 25,000 plus steps a day. ||The steam area was down the last couple days of our visit with a sign for maintenance. The hotel seems to pride itself on making everything look and work well. The hotel also offered room service from a nearby cafe. ||Staff, workers and housekeeping always with a Bonjour and a smile. No issues with the language barrier.||I play piano and have performed in many Countries. This was not a work trip but if I ever get the chance to visit again. This will be my choice of stay. I will also recommend it to anyone that I know is traveling to Paris. 10/10 mother/daughter trip of a lifetime
