We come to Xonrupt on holiday twice a year and always come for dinner. The staff are amazing and remember us and the food is excellent. We are never disappointed. Looking forward to a return visit in September- we have already booked our table.

The room was spotlessly clean and cosy. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The restaurant should have a Michelin star. My husband has serious food allergies and we were well taken care of. The food was well presented and delicious. Attention to detail by the chef was creative and beautiful. Thank you very much. A wonderful stay.

A beautiful setting to truly unwind. Food, wine, and facilities were exceptional. Lots of places to go for a walk and fully emerse yourself in nature. A wonderful base to visit all what the Alsace/Vosges region has to offer

We were gifted an overnight with dinner and breakfast, with use of the spa.||||This is a delightful hotel, tucked into a forest clearing in the Vosges mountains. The bedroom was compact but spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a delightful view. ||||We enjoyed exploring the grounds, not least to meet the animals - four goats, a donkey and a baby deer. There are deckchairs in sunny nooks, mature trees and plenty of peaceful spots to relax in.||||Our dinner was a four-course delight, with a glass of wine appropriate to each course. Breakfast was varied and copious with high-class local ingredients.||||The spa has a decent-sized swimming pool with a variety of sauna possibilities and a small but relaxing jacuzzi overlooking the forest. Swimming towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided, and there are plenty of sun loungers both inside the rest area and outside on the terrace.||||Although this hotel is not an 'adults only' establishments, I would not recommend it for youngsters as there is nothing for them to do in the way of entertainment or play equipment. It's a lovely place for adults to relax and be well taken care of.||||The staff are very friendly and competent. A thoroughly professional management and kitchen team. We particularly enjoyed our welcome from Yasmine and our service in the restaurant from Louis, and it is good to see that the hotel participates in training the next generation of hospitality staff. ||||This hotel provides a very polished and professional service and I cannot wait to enjoy a moment of peace and pampering here again! Thank you all so much.

The hotel is in a lovely location on the edge of woods with a wide range of paths and meadows. We had a really lovely walk, Staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms pleasant. Some disappointments: There is little point in a blackout curtains if the light pours through the glass door into the bathroom (which has no curtains or blinds). The shower was disappointing - a fairly standard set up, quite powerful, but not huge and with a sort of Travelodge shower curtain rather than a proper door. They have swimming pool but it didn't open until 9.00am which seemed late to us, as we were checking out then and couldn't use it. The breakfast was nice enough, but didn't feel very 4 star. The fruit salad was basically pineapple and a few black grapes - it was the strawberry season but not a one in sight. This is a nice hotel, but perhaps it's about expectations. If it hadn't been quite so expensive, or the breakfast better / the rooms perfect then I would have given it a four - maybe even a five. As it was, it didn't quite live up to ours.

We booked the offer very chic on vente privée. The Hotel and our small but nicely equipped room are cozy and comfortable. Internet did not work well in the room but it did not matter given the relaxing and romantic atmosphere. However, what is really disappointing is the Spa that normally costs 15 € p. pers. Swimming and relaxing in the pool is disturbed by awful radio station including annoying advertisements etc. The 2 saunas were not constantly heated and are very small. No actual newspapers available. |AS 4 star Spa Hotel it should offer more. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a pretty setting, near a deer forest, but the rooms are nothing special. (Windows high & narrow, with very basic furnishings. Plus a badly designed shower that soaked the floor with every use.) No wi-fi. ||The restaurant was over-priced and they didn't know what to offer vegetarians ( a plate of vegetables from a Michelin starred chef!) ||The pool was lovely but not relaxing because of the naff ambient music (endless 80s pop).||I would have been happy with this stay if it had been priced accurately, but it was an expensive stay and didn't feel as special as it should have.

Lovely little spa and great restaurant hidden away in the Vosges forest near Xonrupt-Longemer. Not the first time I have been but this time the weekend menu was a fixed price one which came as a surprise at 60€ ahead! The set menu was delicious but with wine and a morning in the spa, it was an expensive outing. I had checked the website before and absolutely all the information was incorrect. Opening hours for the restaurant, menu etc all need updating post Covid. Would still return as the setting is gorgeous and the food absolutely wonderful but I would check everything by phone first!
