The hotel itself is lovely. Food facilities, clean and in a beautiful place. |The staff however are all very grumpy. The two men on reception couldn’t have given us a less warm welcome, and the staff in the restaurant were so inattentive. The food itself was delicious but it was by far the most expensive meal we had in France and by far the worst service. For what they’re charging, I’d expect a more slick service. 30 mins to take a drinks order, 1 hour for starter to arrive and so on. There wasn’t a lack of staff either and the restaurant wasn’t busy. |Can’t comment on breakfast, we had to leave early for a ferry

Hotel is beautiful, location amazing. Restaurant service, not that great though. Breakfast lady didnt speak English, while I was talking she walked the other way around. Bit weird and unpleasant to start the day with. Dinner service also not good. A hotel like this should be amazing, but it was far from it. Everybody was running every where, nobody came to our table and to order was always another person, so each one called the next and the next and the next. And to finalize, what made our stay noy good was the noise in the room (airco). It had a vibration noise the whole night. Was super warm to sleep without, and to many moskito to sleep with windows open. My daughter is super allergic and full os bites. To make all short, we stayed for 4 nights and i am even more tired than before. Didnt hear one "I am sorry" or even had a discount with anything. Sad cause the hotel is looks good.

We had a (mostly) lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, the hotel staff was nice and the pool and beautiful grounds were lovely. The downside was the restaurant. While the food was good, the service was slow, and the older man who ran the buffet breakfast was just nasty. We waited to be seated for the buffet for 5 minutes and no one came so we sat down and went to get breakfast. Apparently we had sat down on the wrong side of the restaurant that was set up for lunch time and not breakfast, but who were we to know as no one told us. First, a younger server said nothing to us and took away our cutlery. Then an older tall man yelled at us from across the room that we were not allowed to sit there and demanded us to move. He then came up to us to continue arguing with us telling us we could not sit there because it was for lunch service and easier for him if we sat on the other side of the room. We, as customers, have travelled well around the world and have never been yelled at in a restaurant. Ruined our meal. We complained to the hotel staff and they did nothing. While the hotel part was lovely and their staff were friendly, I would avoid the restaurant. Eat out in Deauville where there are nicer restaurants.

Excellent hôtel, comfortable and beautiful grounds. It is the third times we stayed at this hotel and we will also be back soon with our family. We certainly will recommend it to our friends.

the hotel is I a big park and free charging for electric vehicles is provided. The breakfast is lower than average in quality and the service for breakfast is very low quality. Dinner service though is good.

The location and the facilities of Les Manoirs de Tourgeville are really exceptional an oasis, in a short distance from busy and hot and humid in the summer Deuville. However the hospitality aspect is wanting. Both in the reception and the restaurant the people were from neutral to arrogant and grumpy. Dinner expensive and mediocre, breakfast ok

Great location in a park. Only a few minutes away from Deauville and Trouville. We travelled with our dog, who was welcome everywhere in the hotel (except of course the swimming pool and spa area). Staff was very kind, good restaurant

Very nice 60 square meters suite with a separate bed room for the parents . Very nice indoor hot swimming pool Nice restaurant for quality of service in the restaurant below average for what is supposed to be a high end place
