* dog friendly *. A absolutely beautiful 16th/17th century manor house, with little cottages comprising the rooms within the grounds. Very well appointed rooms (and modern despite the age of the buildings), with air conditioning, small fridge, sink and coffee machine. You could easily stay here comfortably for a few days. The manor house has the reception and breakfast room which retains the character of the building, though tastefully decorated. Ample free and secure parking on the ground, including a couple of EV charger points. We arrived very late, but the staff were still very accommodating, friendly and helpful. There's a lovely little pool area, rose gardens, orchard, and plenty of grass area to exercise your dog or to relax. Dogs are welcome everywhere except the breakfast room (you can sit outside on the patio with your pooch if the weather allows). Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Normandy area. You'll want a car to get around the local area, but equally with good weather you can simply enjoy and relax at this hotel.
