Great and charming boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, we were able to stay past check out and they were willing to help with everything. Rooms are romantic and cozy. Breakfast was ok, it is worth buying it.

We had a room on the 4th overlooking the street below, the neighborhood is very quiet and at night with the windows closed we didn’t hear a thing. ||This hotel is a great deal, located in the perfect location for walking around Paris, the staff were absolutely fantastic and willing to help with any enquires we had. ||24 hour coffee and tea is available in reception, and even pastries occasionally!!!! ||Certainly highly recommend and I would definitely stay again! ||The Italian restaurant next door is certainly worth visiting.

WARNING: NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL—Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Fraudulent Claims I am writing this review with deep disappointment and concern. This hotel's claim to be a 4-star establishment is complete fabrication. Our experience was deplorable, marked by safety hazards, filth, and a shocking lack of basic functionality. Booking and Accessibility Failure Three months prior to our arrival, we booked the only King bedroom on the 7th floor. Crucially, due to my husband's heart condition and my back problems, we called the hotel directly multiple times to confirm they had a working elevator. We were assured that they did. The Arrival Nightmare and Safety Risk The moment we arrived, the property looked like a low-budget, roadside motel, not a luxury hotel. There was a construction trailer blocking the entrance, and the area was covered in dirt. The check-in process was a disaster. The front desk lady confirmed our 7th-floor room and, upon being asked about the elevator, stated, "well, it is working on and off, but if you get stuck in, we have cameras to see you and then we will get you out!" The idea of being trapped in an elevator and think of the possibility of being rescue due to medical needs was terrifying. The elevator itself was loud, shaking, and sounded like it was ready to fall apart. Deplorable and Unsanitary Room The room we were assigned to, located in a dark hallway with a dirty carpet, was unacceptable: • Hygiene & Smell: The room reeked of mold. The old carpet and furniture were visibly dirty, and the weak lamps only served to illuminate the thick layer of dust covering the velvet headboard. The decorative pillows are so flat, they belong in the garbache. • Shocking Decor: The room's decoration included a headless mannequin body that looks as if it was pulled from the trash, making the space feel like a set-up for a horror movie, not a place to rest. • Non-functional Basics: The bathroom had no working shower head—just a hose in the bath—and the toilet was not flushing. The "welcome kit" consisted of one can of water in the refrigerator. Forced Midnight Departure and Fraud Due to these unacceptable conditions, which posed a threat to our health and safety, we immediately gathered our three huge suitcases and left after 11 PM. We were forced to seek a decent hotel late at night, praying the elevator wouldn't break on our descent. When confronted, the desk staff admitted that the elevator problems had started the previous week and, even worse, that water pressure doesn't reach the 7th floor, explaining the broken toilet and shower. We demanded our deposit and full payment back because our safety and the living conditions were deplorable. Our shock was compounded when I discovered they had charged me for the complete stay, despite our immediate departure from this pit of despair. FINAL WARNING: This hotel needs to be remodeled immediately and should stop lying about its star rating. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I have plenty of photos to prove every single one of these claims.

An eclectic hotel, clean and accommodating. The room was a little on the small side, but cozy. A block from the Metro. The room was small but clean. There was no dresser for clothes or suitcases, only a couple of shelves in the closet.||The staff was great! Isham, Russia and Olga were very helpful in navigating the city. The complimentary breakfast was okay, with a selection of scrambled eggs, various meats, juices and fruits.||It would've been nice to have a place to set up the suitcases,, but my wife and I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were friendly. The location is nearby many good restaurants. We have a room with balcony which was small but it was nice enough to drink a coffee in the morning. The only complaint is they do not provide hair conditioners. Disappointing given it is a 4-star hotel and they charge over 300 euro a night.

Underwhelming experience and overpriced breakfast.|Hotel staff were very good, especially Julie and the rooms were clean BUT the breakfast was awful - this was not what I would expect for a Paris breakfast - horrible croissants, stodgy cold scrambled eggs. Every item was the cheapest quality and a push button coffee machine. You would expect a good cup of coffee in Paris.|The hotel booked a taxi for me to go to the bottom of the funicular and I was told it would be 12 euros, it ended up as over 20 euros, I know the area quite well and the driver took a roundabout route and the roads were quiet. They used G7 taxis - beware.|They also charge 90 euros to go to CDG airport, an UBER is 65 euros, again G&.|I stayed in room 502 which was very good - it has a very large balcony with a table and chairs.

We stayed at Les Plumes room 602 in 2017 and then again in room 601 in 2025! It is perfect. The location near good reasonably priced restaurants, super Patisserie, short walk to Metro Cadet station, 2 blocks to beautiful park, nice hike to Sacre Coeur basilica. We would for sure stay there again. Really helpful staff, pleasant lobby, nice buffet breakfast, intimate small garden courtyard.

Quirky decor. |Staff, very happy, approachable and nothing is too much bother.|We had a great stay in room 403 overlooking the quiet courtyard.|Breakfast included is a must to set you up for the day.|The metro is two minutes away (Cadet)|Would highly recommend and we look forward to returning.|

Yelp
Not sure how it was a 4-star hotel. No amenities like gym or computers, no coffee maker and no iron in the room. The check in counter was the size of a valet parking podium, very unwelcoming. I literally walked pass it without realizing it was there. Not all the rooms of the same room type are the same, I stayed at room 105 and it was extremely small, and dark with only one small window, nothing like I saw on the hotel booking site. The closet was a joke, the width was at most 2 ft, with 4 hangers in it. Two of us were literally living out of a suitcase cos there was no room to put our personal items. We switched to a different room of the same room type after a couple days, which was located on the other side of the building, just like those in the hotel site pictures, and definitely bigger than room 105. The guy at the front desk was super nice. But I personally value comfort of the room and location the most, so I wish I had picked the 3-star hotel in the same price range, one street down instead.

Yelp
Everyone here is so nice. It is a smaller hotel, having about 35 rooms with 5 rooms on each floor. The one person who helped us so much was Patrick. He helped us with all of our questions and even helped print out our Eiffel Tower tickets easily. I could really tell he enjoys his job and telling visitors about the city. Room - such a cozy room. We got the fourth floor and it was themed so nicely. There were two shower heads, a rain shower head and a handheld which is very convenient. I enjoyed the glass shower and the cleanliness of it all. The bathroom is modern and easy to maneuver around. There is a sliding door that separates that and the room. They had a dresser in the front of the room for your belongings as well as a safe and mini bar with goods you can purchase. The mini bar has a tiny bit of space which we used for macaroons and pâté. Breakfast - they have an assortment of sliced bread as well as a bread basket they place on your table for you. There are eggs, bacon and beans covered as well as crepes. There were fresh sliced fruits as well as cheese, ham, yogurt, packaged madeleines and jams/butter/ketchup out. I really enjoyed the coffee machine for the hazelnut coffee, which tasted like Nutella coffee! The staff is very accommodating at all times and very friendly. I would definitely be back at this hotel if I were to come back to Paris!

Yelp
Great boutique hotel! Friendly staff and super cute decor. Close to a lot of the metro stations, which was vey convenient. I absolutely loved my stay here. My room was small but cute and very clean. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The girls wore cute little top hats and the guys were suspenders. Very 1920's feel. I would 100% recommend and will absolutely consider this hotel on my next visit to Paris! #boutiquehotelsrock

Yelp
Nice hotel with great staff. Room was kinda small and the rooms on the street side was a bit noisy but all the guys working the front desk were beyond helpful and nice. Hotel provided us with adapters for our US electronics and provided us with a hot water kettle and even an umbrella when it was raining. Only small issue is that they disable the A/C when it is winter season. Normally an open window would solve that but the noise would be even worse. Would definitely stay here again but request a quieter room.

Yelp
The most cozy, charming, and friendly hotel I've ever been to. The breakfasts every morning were delicious as was the hospitality. It was my first trip to Paris with my fiance. We definitely plan to come back for our next trip!

Yelp
We had a family 3night trip to Paris August 2017 . Booked two interconnecting rooms that were actually just right beside each other 601 & 602 .. Room very nicely decorated , small compact with very little storage but we did not come to Paris to stay in our rooms We arrived at 11am while before check in and asked if we could store our luggage luckily one of our rooms was ready we could pop up drop bag take a wee break and head out for the day. I found this hotel to be a real gem , very polite friendly staff who were always happy to help which near the end of our stay was a very important plus to us but enough of that till later . Rooms are like all other reviews on the small size but this is a old building on a quite side street not a purpose built hotel. It's charm and quirk gives the true French experience. The location is great, McDonald's Starbucks dominos just around the corner as is the metro lane 7 cadet station. Beautiful restaurant, bakery and bars which had happy hour 8-12 all drink €5 .. Breakfast was included in our booking but for €15 it would not be of Irish standards. The beds were amazing and all my family slept little babies ( nothing to do with the mass walkabouts) showers bathrooms were very clean as was all the hotel areas I seen. The staff were so nice and as for Patrick thank you for your help , I was robbed on leaving the metro my purse with my cards was taken. I arrived at hotel very upset and clearly stressed yet they calmed me help me phone my banks cancel my cards, were very apologetic yet it was not their fault even offered us a drink on the house to make up for our ordeal .. no big problem as we insured only small amount of cash just shock and hassle of bank cards to be re issued when we arrived home .. This however would not put me off returning to Paris and I will stay at les plumes hotel again. All my family agreed ... ages 42,18,9 loved this hotel and area ..

Yelp
This hotel was amazing! All the staff were so friendly! Check out was at 11 our flight was not until 930 pm, but they let us keep our bags there so we could go look around then come back and wait for the car to pick us up. It is also very cute!

Yelp
What a darling hotel in the 9th arr.!! My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here in May 2014. The service was wonderful, the location was great, and most importantly the hotel was so clean! I've been to Paris twice and both times stayed around the same area. Though it's not right by all of the main attractions, this hotel is just around the corner from a metro stop that quickly and easily takes you anywhere you want to go. We actually preferred staying a little further away because it felt a lot less touristy, but also probably because this hotel was so perfect!
