Les Roches Fleuries - Mont-Blanc

During our stay at Hotel Les Roches Fleuries, we were truly captivated by the breathtaking panoramic view of Mont‑Blanc — it’s the perfect scenic escape in the mountains ||||The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, going above and beyond with their dedication throughout our visit ||||||However, we encountered several technical issues in the chalet where we stayed: the refrigerator, coffee machine, some light fixtures, and screens were not working. Regrettably, no maintenance technician was dispatched to address these problems during our stay. This aspect detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.||||Pros:||||Spectacular, unmatched Mont-Blanc views||||Exceptionally kind and hardworking staff||||Cons:||||Several in-room appliances and fixtures (fridge, coffee maker, lighting, screens) were malfunctioning||||No maintenance assistance was provided during our visit||||Overall: A charming location brought to life by its staff and setting—just be sure to request prompt maintenance if staying in the chalet, as some facilities may need attention

This hotel is delightful and exactly as expected and as shown in the photos. It's located in the small but very lovely village of Cordon, and we look forward to coming back and staying longer next time. We were only in for a night, visiting friends, on the way to somewhere else, but we will absolutely be back, and will definitely stay at this fab hotel. Great views, lovely rooms, friendly and professional staff. Thank you!

Initial impressions were good. Area was nice and rural, and our room was OK, however the bathroom was not clean and had hairs on the floor in the bath. ||We had reserved dinner for us and our friends. We booked for 8pm and ordered starters and mains. However it took over 1h 30 for any food to arrive. We asked the staff several time where our food was, if there was some food we could snack on, and why the couple next to us who arrived after us had been served and finished eating. The staff seems busy and disinterested and said that they had to provide good service to other customers as well as us. We ended up cancelling our starters because it took so long. The white wine we ordered was given to us warm and without a wine bucket until we asked and managed to get one. Once our fondue arrived, we had to wait for bread, which arrived hard as rocks, which I was rudely told by the staff is how the french serve it. I had to ask several times for soft bread, which was finally brought. ||At the end of our meal, we complained to a lady in a pink suit about the rude waitress, who would pass our feedback onto the manager in the morning when we check out. However upon checkout it was the rude waitress who stated she was indeed the manager! She was in complete denial about her rudeness, the bathroom cleanliness and that it was unacceptable for us to wait over 1h 30 for our food. She has no customer service skills and was very rude. We managed to have the dinner bill written off, but she was not happy about it and made no proper apology. This lady needs to learn customer service skills and also manners. I would not reccomend this hotel, as if anything goes wrong, you will have a rude, unsympathetic manager to deal with.

One we will come back to fur sure, a view that is worth the money alone but this is more, super cosy rooms, lovely lounge and bar areas and food to die for, it was simply delicious! Fantastic service rounded off a great overnight stay that we wished was longer! (Shower wasn't so good was the only downside)

Amazing room, with perfect decor and comfort. The only flaw was the bathroom that was a little bit outdated relative to the rest of the highly curated environment. Other than that the hotel was amazing, the staff super friendly, and the pool very clean, relaxing and well managed. I loved having the opportunity to reserve the spa for one hour. A real added value.

Excellent stay, the staff is lovely and available, pets more than welcome! ||Breathtaking panorama , easy to rich the ski areas

We stayed in this hotel with my partner for romantic getaway beautiful cute rooms but small room for the price. there are a few negative things we had to say, first of is the Spa. The Spa wasn't complete we only use the jacuzzi no sauna.||||During the Service of the day at the poolside, there was no waiter so my partner needed to go to the reception to find someone to serve us.||||In the morning for breakfast, I was shocked to see how rude the manager (a woman) talk to one of the elderly guests in front of everyone.||||In spite of all that during the evening the service was a different story, we were served with delicious and amazing dinner! with the nicest maitre d'hotel who made our stay wonderful and all staff who worked during the evening in the restaurant.

After travelling /sleeping almost everywhere in the world, i finally get in « les roches fleuries ». Simplicity elevated to excellence. Amazing view on the Mont Blanc, here nature is everywhere, hundreds of birds, relaxing atmosphere, beautifull rooms, local sourcing. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. Will come back soon.
