Les Suites du 33

We spent two nights here and the location was perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The night before we were leaving the battery in the safe died and they sent someone early the next morning to help so we could depart on time! Finally their champagne is delicious, among the top that we tasted! Highly recommend!

Our apartment was perfect with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very nice living area and kitchen. The personnel and offerings were excellent. Would highly recommend staying at Les Suites du 33 during your stay in the champagne region .

Excellent, comfortable, well planned and beautifully furnished B&B accommodation in the grounds of Chateau Venoge on the Rue De Champagne in Epernay. Friendly staff and simple but fresh and tasty breakfast. Great location for touring the vineyards, Champagne houses and the surrounding area.

This could be such a great experience - perfect location, the charm of staying in a champagne house… But it’s ruined by the distinct impression everything is run for the convenience of the staff: you MUST arrive by 6:00 pm, breakfast served for only 90 minutes (8:15-9:45), drinks and snacks in the charming courtyard only served until 5:30 pm (crazy in a country where no one goes to dinner before 8:00 pm), gift shop only opens at 10:30, no one on duty past 8:30 pm (not even a number to call, only the emergency services)…. This is not what I call a welcoming attitude.

Extremely memorable and pleasant stay at a Champagne House an exceptional first for us!| |When we were planning a trip to Paris, we wanted to add on a stop elsewhere in France that had magic, history, unique accommodation, and of course great champagne.||We landed in Epernay with a four-night stay at the Les Suites du 33 Located on the grounds of the de Venoge Champagne House with four guest rooms in one building, one of which had a ground floor terrace which was our home for four nights. The staff were welcoming, gracious, professional, and kind. Our accommodation was first rate with a modern bedroom and bathroom. Best of all was a supply of champagne a few steps away in addition to the complementary bottle provided on check in. Breakfast was simple, but the service was always exceptional.||The champagne house is located on the Avenue de Champayne in Epernay and was both a historic location but provided a great base to explore both the Avenue and with a short drive the surrounding vineyards. ||The stay will remain a memory of a lifetime due to its unique location, the history and elegance of the grounds of de Venoge Champagne House.

Absolutely a beautiful place and room. We stayed in room 2, the one with the outdoor patio and it was fantastic. Very peaceful in style and had everything you will need. Very comfortable bed, small kitchenette with coffee/tea and the bath was large, shower fantastic. Don’t usually like rain showers but this was an experience to have for sure. Breakfast was simple and filling. Location was amazing as well, enjoyed drinking champagne in their courtyard and then taking it back to our patio when they closed. Okay, I admit, we opened another bottle once in our room. Book early, they fill up fast. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Highly recommend!! Great location, super friendly staff, and amazing room and amenities. 3 of us stayed in the family suite and it was perfect. Very spacious, beds (king bed and pull out couch) were very comfortable. Quiet area but very accessible to the charming little town. Would recommend being mindful of your dates - most things in town are closed on Monday but we still had a great time. Will definitely be back!

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Absolutely fantastic in every way. Had a tour of the house with a Champagne tasting to finish,really worth the money. Breakfast was simple but of the highest quality. The staff ( I actually dislike calling them staff as they were more like friends) were so helpful and obliging,from helping with electric car charging to booking a private boat trip (definitely recommend that) . The Avenue de Champagne is a site to see. If you’re going to Épernay this is the place to stay.
