I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nice. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed—including a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out. Just a note: the building doesn’t have a lift, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was perfect—nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location right in front of the biggest and busiest square in nice. The people who operate this hotels day to day operations are from Poland. So, it’s very clean, and everything is on time and just as they say it will be.

Beautiful room and very clean. In a great central location for tourists, but can get noisy when you open the window due to this room being right in the main square. Room was a large size, with a large shower and bath too. Do not recommend here if you are looking for something neighbourhood-y. The service from the staff was lacklustre. They were nice, but not overly friendly. They did not offer much, with our only interaction being when we checked in and checked out. They allowed us to leave our bags here on our final day since we had a late flight, however the bags were just kept in the lobby. We carried all our valuable on us so didn’t mind, however I would not recommend this place if you are looking for more security, especially after seeing the reviews of people getting their money stolen. Overall I am rating based on my own experience, which was nothing but good. Would stay in a more homely airbnb next time I’m in Nice or a hotel with better service.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was fantastic, very modern and the staff was very helpful in every aspect and I could never get a better location in the heart of Nice, just two minutes from the beach. I had a great time and I will return back very soon.

I had fantastic stay in your hotel. The approximate distance from the beach is a bonus, but love the service, cleanliness and staff. Everything is simply wonderful and everyone will enjoy it here. Thank you for your excellence.

This hotel was recommended to us. Our overall was excellent! The location was excellent with great customer service. You could walk directly into old town or cross the street to the beach. It was our first time in Nice and this hotel definitely made the experience that much better. When I return to Nice, I look forward to my next stay here.

Average hotel in relation to its price. I wonder how it has been rated so highly by previous visitors. In general, the rooms were comfortable and clean and you can do many things in this area.The the hotel service was not good,they were not willing to help.Also,during the evening hours, there are strange people walking around in the neighborhood. It is a big problem that the central door is always open. nothing special(2/5).

Me and my boyfriend stayed there 3 nights (3/08-6/08), the second day someone came into our room when we were out and stole from us a lot of Cash. The receptionist pretended that he is not speaking English when we told him about this situation. The hotel owner said that he will check the cameras and confirmed that someone entered our room. He promised that we will get our money back from the hotel’s insurance and 110 days later we don’t have our money back. The problem is not only the money, is that you are not safe in these rooms. The robbery destroyed our vacation and we left Nice with very bad opinion. Situations like this one is unacceptable. Of course we have a lot of receipts (from the police and the hotel) about the robery. If someone has questions feel free to contact me! (The room at all was good, but no elevator and with a lot of noise, the staff was rude (except one man)).
