Les Suites Masséna

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nice. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed—including a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out. Just a note: the building doesn’t have a lift, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, everything was perfect—nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location right in front of the biggest and busiest square in nice. The people who operate this hotels day to day operations are from Poland. So, it’s very clean, and everything is on time and just as they say it will be.

This hotel was recommended to us. Our overall was excellent! The location was excellent with great customer service. You could walk directly into old town or cross the street to the beach. It was our first time in Nice and this hotel definitely made the experience that much better. When I return to Nice, I look forward to my next stay here.

Beautiful room and very clean. In a great central location for tourists, but can get noisy when you open the window due to this room being right in the main square. Room was a large size, with a large shower and bath too. Do not recommend here if you are looking for something neighbourhood-y. The service from the staff was lacklustre. They were nice, but not overly friendly. They did not offer much, with our only interaction being when we checked in and checked out. They allowed us to leave our bags here on our final day since we had a late flight, however the bags were just kept in the lobby. We carried all our valuable on us so didn’t mind, however I would not recommend this place if you are looking for more security, especially after seeing the reviews of people getting their money stolen. Overall I am rating based on my own experience, which was nothing but good. Would stay in a more homely airbnb next time I’m in Nice or a hotel with better service.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was fantastic, very modern and the staff was very helpful in every aspect and I could never get a better location in the heart of Nice, just two minutes from the beach. I had a great time and I will return back very soon.

I had fantastic stay in your hotel. The approximate distance from the beach is a bonus, but love the service, cleanliness and staff. Everything is simply wonderful and everyone will enjoy it here. Thank you for your excellence.

Amazing location! Very easy walk to the beach and old town. 20 minute walk to the train station and the tram comes right in front of the hotel. It was exactly as we anticipated and we would definitely stay here again when in Nice. Noise from the city was not an issue with windows closed but it was lovely to open the windows in the morning and evenings. I should say we did hear noise from the hallway but it was only an issue at night and temporary. All the staff we encountered were helpful and the rooms were always cleaned super well every day. We had breakfast two days of our stay and also loved the espresso in the room. Highly recommend for a minimalistic boutique hotel in a very walkable area.

We booked 2 nights at this property for the beginning of September. We liked the room but there were many negatives. The room was on the 3rd floor and we had to walk up each time as there is no elevator. Also the staff do not speak English at all, the which is unacceptable for a hotel located in a tourist area. We wanted their help with basic things and they couldn't understand what we were saying. When we arrived to check in there was no sign of where to go. We called them on the phone to ask and they didn't answer.On the positive side, the room is cleaned every morning. The towels were not changed every day, so they stay wet. In general I would rate it 3.5/10 , it is overpriced for what it provides and I will definitely not prefer it again.
