Found the secure car park much easier than I had feared. The welcome we received was warm and helpful, and all in very good English. I loved the whole hotel! Its old, and the rooms are full of charm. I enjoyed the wear on the staircase which all added to the charm. The breakfast was great. I had one of the lightest omelette I have ever had, cooked to order, and all served with a smile.

Loved our two nights stay. Excellent room (6) overlooking the pool. The host and owner, Willem is very welcoming and hands on. We dined in and the dinner was delicious. The pool was fabulous, as it was hot: 30C. Our bed was very comfortable and no bells to hear at night, as we have often experienced. Breakfast is typical French and tasty. Wifi is good. Car parking on site if required. Centrally located in a beautiful old building. Highly recommend.

We are four pilgrims and we have stayed for two nights in this gorgeous hotel. The owner of this beautiful house was very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely welcome. Car park was very secure. The rooms are very charming, the beds comfortable and the quiet location ensures good sleep. Breakfast is simply but very delicious with fresh fruits, best croissants, freshly made orange juice and excellent coffee!! We were undisturbed at the very clean pool and we enjoyed the time after our walk on the way so much… It was absolutely a great place for our project…..Also we can imagine to come back and stay for a few more days… PS: and a special star for this house wears the charming owner in his heart…. !! for all - RITA from Germany

Friendly and helpful service. Lovely location in the town on a sociable street near the centre, but set back. Good pool with plenty of room for lounging. My room quite noisy as directly over the street. Great breakfast. Not sure how good value for money as I rarely stay in this sort of place, but seemed quite expensive to me.

Lovely hotel in a charming town. The room was perfect, thick cotton towels, very comfortable bed, elegant coffee cups. We also appreciated the secure parking there. The owner and staff were very welcoming, we will return when next driving through France on our way home, although worth a detour. Many thanks for your hospitality.

I loved my stay here. Centrally located this is a very cute hotel in the middle of the old town down the street from the cathedral. It was my last stop on the Le Puy (GR65) and I was charmed by the courtyard and soaring windows....those beautiful windows. I am vegan, and I appreciated how the owner went out of his way to have vegan items for breakfast. Plus, be sure to enjoy an Aperol spritz on the sunny patio before dinner. There is an amazing vegan restaurant down the street- plus a great pizza/Italian restaurant nearby- but make a reservation- it gets busy.

We had a fantastic time staying in Les Trois Lys in the lead up to our wedding in August 2017. Willem and all the staff were incredibly helpful and sought to our every need! Many of our guests stayed in the hotel the weekend of the wedding and were very complimentary of the service and personal attention received. Great location, great team and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Very cosy and personal hotel. The terras outside in the court is comfy and they sell the best Icecream of the town. My favorite salty caramel!

Yelp
This hotel is under NEW MANAGEMENT! GO HERE!!! It is amazing!!! Spent 2 nights here on a European tour and loved every moment! The new owner, Willem, was an amazing host and obviously has a passion for hotels which you can see in all the details, such as the immaculate and gorgeously renovated new bathrooms in the rooms, to the Nespresso machine, and selection of Parisian teas in every room. The bed sheets were the most decadent I have every laid in. The rooms are very French and charming, but super clean and the bathroom makes the old world, very modern. I loved the swimming pool and the surrounding lounge chairs. Spent many hours relaxing by the pool. The attached restaurant has am excellent young chef in charge. I highly recommend the charcuterie/fromage platter as well as the fish n chips which is an homage to the many British tourists that pass through. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return as soon as I can!
