We rented three bikes for five days. Staff was very helpful in solving some small details. We rode almost 250 km, and we had no problems with the bikes. We also paid for the luggage transportation, luggage was always on time at our hotel. We highly recommend their services.

Adrien was a great guide during my first trip to Loire Valley we biked for 4hrs from Blois to Chambord, around Chambord and back. I highly recommend them and their bikes! It was also my first time on an e-bike and it was interesting to learn.

Vélos Verts transported our suitcases for us in May. Most days the suitcases arrived at the hotel before 6pm, but twice they were late, which was quite inconvenient. However, the actual problem is that we cancelled two reservations on time, but we still haven’t received the refund of €65,- we were promised. They kept on telling us they’d transfer the money, but they never did. Now they’re trying to convince us that they have already paid. We are totally disappointed and believe this to be an unreliable party.

Clear website, easy to rent, helpful and flexible staff, quick in answering via phone and SMS for questions, central location to rent in Orléans, quite good quality with the products. Very happy for our day family excursion between Orléans/Cléry-Saint-André/Meung-sur-Loire/Orléans with our 1 year-old baby (the helmet was maybe not 100% adapted to her head but it was still ok).

Everything was perfect! The bike was great, even a bike map was provided for the region. I picked-up my bike in Blois and returned it in Amboise at the Hotel station. It was very easy and fast. Thank you!

Excellent experience overall. Basic entry level bike worked well, in solid shape. Super friendly and helpful staff, even stayed a few minutes late to help me return the bike. Recommend.

Super little city, super place to rent a bike. Friendly and smiling staff. Alot of trails everywhere. We rented electrical bikes. I would recommend this place to maybe have the rent lease also in english or other languages then french. Its nice to see what you sign on. Also please rent out helmets, I dont know if they have and we didnt get asked if we wanted. Its nice for safety. All in all a good place for bike rent.
