Terrible customer service. The manager is a disaster, and it’s very clear that the staff is poorly treated, which directly shows in the way customers are handled. We were in the bar area downstairs: there were plenty of empty tables while everyone was crowded around the bar. We were 3 adults and 2 children, and we wanted to order 5 hot chocolates, one crepe and one soup because the kids were cold. We were told that these items could only be ordered at the bar and that we were not allowed to sit at the tables. How is a group of five people, two of them children, supposed to sit at the bar? What exactly is the issue with using empty tables that weren’t even set for meals? Considering that a hot chocolate costs €8.20, ordering five of them is far from insignificant. Rigid, rude, and completely inconsiderate service, especially towards children. To top it off, the prices are outrageously expensive for such a poor experience.

I’m genuinely shocked by my experience at this restaurant. The place was noticeably dirty from the moment I walked in — tables uncleared, floors sticky, and an overall feeling that hygiene isn’t a priority here. The food was just as disappointing: poorly cooked, low-quality, and honestly difficult to eat. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given a plate at first, and when I politely asked for one, the service was unbelievably slow and indifferent. I tried speaking to a manager, hoping at least for some professionalism, but the manager’s attitude was shockingly rude. Instead of helping, he made the situation worse with dismissive comments and zero willingness to resolve anything. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before coming here.

Overpriced food that wasn’t anything special. Service was sloppy, our drinks were forgotten, and for some reason they don’t offer tap water. Overall, not worth the money. I’d avoid it if you can.

Atmosphere is lovely. Nice spot with music and a magician. Staff didn’t seem too interested in us or generally in their job unfortunately. Would expect them to ask how the meal is at least for the £££. It would be nice to have tap water to avoid the unnecessary ££ when you are hot and bothered from skiing. I appreciate they don’t have a ‘filter’ but everywhere else does. Food was personally a big let down. My friends seemingly enjoyed their food so this is my PERSONAL experience, not my groups. Firstly it is unnecessarily expensive - in no world should an omelette be 22 euros. Even the chicken who laid the eggs would be upset at that! But I ordered their 40 euro steak ‘a point’ which is medium rare (which in France should be pretty rare for an Englishman). It was an awful cut of meat - very chewy and barely red. You can get great cuts of meat in the local area for reasonable prices - I am happy to pay 40£ for a steak but not a chewy mess. Next time, I would just chose their snack bar as it looks quick and easy and the atmosphere is lovely.

Completely ignored by staff for 15 minutes after being brusquely seated for lunch, so left without ordering. Won't be going back especially at €30 for spaghetti bolognese, same for Caesar salad 🤡

Amazing food, but a bit expensive.The waiters were so nice and kind and they made our lunch so pleasant.The burger and the crème brûlée were amazing.The pasta was not so good, it didn’t really have any taste.

Les Verdons is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to exceptional hospitality and professionalism. A special mention goes to Yanis, who truly made it all great. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and thorough knowledge of the menu were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our meal was perfect, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Highly recommend this restaurant, and kudos to Yanis for being a shining example of top-notch service!

Joining everyone's else feedback on the overall overview of the place. Trashy , bad service, rude staff, unpolite management, and on top of that, a weird mix of ego, arrogance, and aggressive attitude. We ordered food, didn't eat it, and left. We felt literally threatened. Food was a disaster! Croque monsieur was literally burned out. Picture attached. We paid and left. Untrustworthy!
