I was lucky enough to get to stay at L’Esplai for 5 nights during a recent visit to Spain. Africa is an amazing host, so thoughtful and kind. She is very proud of her city and will sit down to give you all kinds of recommendations. You could not have a better location, steps from Plaza de la Reina. The rooms are very clean, good size and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, something new and fresh each day! So delicious it didn’t last in my picture…you will not go wrong with a stay here, hope to be back very soon!

Wonderful stay at L'Esplai. Stunning room, stylish decor and fantastic location just steps from everything Valencia had to offer. A tasty and healthy breakfast and a friendly welcome at this small but mighty establishment. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at L’Esplai València very much. I had a large , old world charming room with small balcony. The decor and ambiance were transformative and rejuvenating. The bed is a little firm but the charm, character and location of this beautiful space makes it a perfect place to stay while in Valencia! Also the people who run this property are gracious and accommodating!

Very nice, cosy hotel with just 6 beautifully decorated rooms. Great breakfast freshly prepared each morning including freshly squeezed orange juice. Very friendly staff, great communication and easy check in. Great location very close to the cathedral.

A nice bed and breakfast in the center of Valence. We loved our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is run by great people. It’s easy to walk anywhere in c the city center from here. The breakfast changes every morning and was always delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Our four night stay at this beautiful boutique style residence was an absolute joy. Africa and Sergio were perfect hosts who genuinely care about their guests and make your stay really special. We stayed in the apartment on the fourth floor, which was comfortable and really well equipped, whilst also being beautifully designed. The location of the property in the heart of the old town couldn't be more perfect, with everything you need right on your doorstep. I could happily live here full time!

I loved everything about our stay here. We were a group of 12 friends so basically has the whole place to ourselves. The staff was so lovely, helped us with where to go and accommodated us with a really nice breakfast. Rooms are so pretty, old town style and location is amazing! I can highly recommend staying here, it surpassed our expectations for sure.
