Horrible experience! The food is disgusting, overcooked, and the sauces too spicy. One could easily think that the intention is to hide food that is not very fresh. The desserts are far too greasy and cannot be described as French pastries. The hygiene is deplorable. This restaurant is not recommended... move on.

Lovely staff in restaurant, great home cooked food at reasonable price. Peaceful, moving surroundings. Amazing straight rows of headstones, check out the church. Will visit again and again.

Arrived mid afternoon on Friday. Cafe was not busy and sign stated it was open. However, staff were not interested and showed no signs of serving coffee and cake to two gentlemen in their 60s. Waited 20 minutes then gave up and departed. Total waste of our time and complete rudeness by the cafe.

Superb food. Visited on Easter Sunday. The place was humming but we got a table for three easily. Menu de Pâques ať €28 plus drinks was very good. We all had something different. Marked service 4* as it took 90 minutes to get two courses. Then we had to rush off to get to Vimy Ridge for the memorial service.

Arrived at 2pm and we were still able to get a lovely home cooked meal - only €15 for 2 courses. Interesting decor. Great ambience and the WW1 cemetery and area is so beautiful and tranquil.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went there and it took them 20 minutes to bring us the menu. 10 minutes later nobody came to take our drink order. We attempted to make eye contact with different servers but were ignored various times. I do not recommend this place.

We were unable to test as we were told there were no tables available. But stayed long enough to be ignored by the staff and when finally asking if we could eat, feeling like we were not wanted here at all. Not a nice feeling.

Good food, quick service and reasonable prices.
