This hotel is a little gem in the heart of Nafplion. We could walk anywhere and had a gorgeous sea view from our room. But the service at this hotel is exceptional. Joanna at the desk was instrumental in recommending restaurants, secured a reservation for us, and gave us directions to all the sights in town. She was simply wonderful. The staff at breakfast was so nice and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, beautifully clean and neat, and the bed was so comfortable. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel!

Leto Nuevo Hotel enjoys a truly beautiful location, on the higher part of Nafplio just above the old town. From there you can easily walk everywhere. Upon our arrival, the reception staff were friendly, offered to share information about the town, and even carried our luggage to the room. The Deluxe room we had booked was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and offered a nice balcony view of the Bourtzi.||From that point on, however, there were several issues that unfortunately overshadowed our stay. Parking near the hotel is almost impossible, since most spaces have been converted by the municipality into residents-only spots. As a result, guests are practically forced to leave their car at the port and walk 10–15 minutes with their luggage.||The room had not been properly prepared before our arrival. It was not ventilated and the heat inside was overwhelming; it took a whole day for the air conditioning to cool it down. The minibar also needed almost a full day before it could chill water properly.||Noise is a major problem. The windows are not double-glazed, so you hear church bells and sounds from the street below. The shutters have slats that let light in, and the curtains are thin without blackout coverage, which means you inevitably wake up at sunrise.||While the cleanliness of the room was excellent, the overall experience was poor, as the lack of proper rest due to the noise is a serious issue. The negative impression was reinforced by the fact that at check-out, no one from the staff asked about our stay, if we had faced any problems, or if there was anything we would like to mention.||These are not new concerns. They have been mentioned repeatedly, by myself and other guests, since as early as 2021. Having stayed at this property several times, it is disappointing to see no signs of improvement. The location is excellent, but the unchanged problems make the stay unsatisfactory.

The hotel is situated on top of old town with magnificent view on town, see and fortress Burtzi. Miss Dafni and all other stuff was very kind and ready to help whatever was in quest. Rooms are great, breakfast exceptional. One word tell is every recommendation for short or long stay.

This hotel was dreadful.|THINGS THEY COULD NOT HELP|- location at the end of a one way street (taxis did not want to go there)|- difficult pedestrian access from the lower town up very steep steps |- access to rooms difficult using a series of steps|THINGS THEY COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT|- staff attitude: with one exception, staff were indifferent and unhelpful (one person was pushing the hotel's 7-seat limo service on me)|- inflexibility: I made my reservation 4 months in advance, but they insisted on allocating me a 4-bed room, and consistently ignored my requests to change to something smaller|- they insisted on a 50% deposit way in advance of my arrival ||All in all, I have never felt happier to check out of a hotel.

Fantastic hotel on the top street of gorgeous Napflion. We had a balcony room that had an amazing view. Johanna checked us in and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and clear. Her recommendations were excellent. Top notch. Will stay every time we visit.

We stayed in a sea-view room in Leto Nuevo, which, as promised, had a gorgeous view of the bay, town, and island-fort. The room itself was nice as well, with a very modern bathroom. The hotel is located slightly above the rest of town (allowing for the sea views), but it's still right next to the heart of the old town. Parking is easy in the public plaza / lot nearby. Overall, and especially in the off season when we went, the Leto Nuevo is a great experience and a great deal!

We booked a double bed but was told on arrival only two singles available. The receptionist did her best, put a topper on the two singles. The restaurant she highly recommended was closed, Saturday night. The shower doors didn't close, it was generally unclean as on photos. I appreciate you get what you pay for but I feel this was somewhat less for what we paid.

Great hotel to explore the area of Epidaurus, Mycenae, COrinth, Acrocorinth, etc. Beds ok, clean and quiet, tiny balcony in our room with two chairs, overlooked town and med sea. Breakfast very pleasant and good. Parking is a bit limited but available down the street in a public lot (free), no elevator in hotel however (would give 5 except for this)
