Etoile sur Mer is an dining experience that brings the freshness of the sea to your plate. The concept is brilliant, with fresh fish on display at the seafood counter right in front of you, allowing you to select your catch while watching the chefs prepare it in an open kitchen. It’s a perfect blend of transparency and quality.
We started with the oysters, which were a delightful choice, setting the tone for the meal. The Tuna Tartare and the Grilled St. Pierre were absolutely outstanding. The tartare was perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere also deserves praise, as it's relaxed and allows for a leisurely dining experience. We’re definitely looking forward to returning to Etoile sur Mer to try more of their incredible seafood!
