I had a good experience at this hotel. The location is great, but the staff (Preeti and Babar) were so friendly. They let me have breakfast for free even if it wasn’t included in my reservation. They even chat with me and gave me some advice for what to visit, etc. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of some logistical issues with the room. Namely, the hot water wasn’t working so the cold shower was though! But they let me shower in the top apartment to cover for it as we waited for them to repair it. Also the water was dripping from the ceiling a bit over the toilet so that was annoying when using it, they also said they were going to fix it. The lobby restaurant food and ambiance was really good. Overall the good overcame the inconveniences.

Situated at the end of a narrow lane with no parking available for the car. ||Rooms are clean but dimly lit and feel dingy. ||Food is horrible. I had a dead fly found on the dish i ordered. Have a question mark on the cleanliness of the kitchen

We rented some smaller rooms for one night, but these were not ready when we arrived and instead two of the rooms we rented got upgraded to the apartment style rooms for free. These were very nice western-style rooms. Overall in good condition and clean, but the floors weren't mopped clean so wear the provided slippers. The biggest issue we had was noise coming from the busy street around 6am. In the long term some better noise isolation would be nice for this hotel. ||||Service was good. Staff helped us reach the hotel because our driver could not find it (and it's hard to reach) they walked back to our car and guided our driver. They also helped carry our bags but an elevator is available. Breakfast is provided in a nearby restaurant owned by the hotel and a la carte. Overall affordable and good quality food, breakfast options were a bit limited but the dinner options are great. |||| I find that the other reviews seem a bit unfair. While I agree that the foto's seem touched up we did have access to shown amenities which is the most important to us. Some minor cosmetic damage and visible repairs will always be present in all but the most high-end hotels. This does not affect our rating.

Worst. All acs were leaking. All our stuff got wet and destroyed. And all they had to say was. Ohh you did not give the ac some rest. You should shut it for 30 mins from tike to time. |Krishan is very rude and he has spoilt the entire vibe of minimalist. Earlier it was so so much better

I stayed here for 2 days I found the vibe of this place very good, rooms were decent to good, in room service is just ok but the service in there cafe(Fika) was very good, quality of toiletries and in room complimentary tea & coffees (Sachet) were good in quality, rooftop sitting and view was one of the best part of the property, staff was polite and helping in nature we were attended by naeem. Things I felt can be improved is Indian food, options in complimentary breakfast, & in room service.

The ambience was really good. The roof top setting is very calm and peaceful. The food is good in quality and provides value for money. Staff is really polite and welcoming - Nayeem was very courteous and friendly.

Difficult to know how to review this place. I stayed in a capsule for two nights. It’s not for the faint-hearted - small space (obviously) with a locker (you need your own padlock) single bed, shelf, light and fan and that’s about it and just a curtain separating you from the others. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it was incredibly noisy and stuffy, not to mention loads of noise from humans cars and dogs outside. First night came with very little sleep. I’d got used to it by second night but my next door neighbour went to sleep with his light on and phones kept going off etc despite the hotel’s polite notices to shut up and go to sleep at 10pm. Shared bathroom was just about ok, but no hot water on day 2. All in all, you’re at the mercy of the other residents - either they get that this is a shared space that needs considerate behaviour or … they don’t. Not sure how comfortable I would have felt being a woman in a mixed gender space like this either. On the plus side, I found the busy staff very friendly and diligent, and the breakfast at a local cafe a few steps down the road was lovely. There’s also a nice roof terrace and kitchen up there. Is it well-priced? There are posher rooms upstairs for up to £100 a night or so, so the £15 I paid per night for the capsule feels about right. This is Hauz Khas Village, after all, where everything’s expensive. An interesting experience … but not one for the faint hearted. I wonder what they’re like in Japan.
