My family and I have for many years been impressed by the smoked salmon by Letz, to the point that we considered this for many to be the absolute summit of smoked salmon. I am sorry to write that this is no longer the case, we have for the 2nd time (this time for Christmas) bought ½ of a smoked salmon. Only to discover that it is now plain and vastly over-priced. I feel so sorry, also for the friends and colleagues to whom I have recommended Letz as providing the best smoking salmon available. You did better Daniel and can do it again if you want, allez-y Monsieur!
