The Levant Hotel is an absolute must in the Village of Pelekas (Corfu, Greece.) The hospitality of the staff and the character of the hotel were amazing. My only regret is not taking a picture of the breakfast buffett - we stayed for 7 days and the breakfast was always flavorful, hearty, and served with love. Thank you for such a wonderful experience... we hope to return in the future.

A lovely hotel overall – clean, well-kept, and with a fantastic pool that was a real highlight. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: varied, generous, and featuring some quality, premium produce rather than the usual budget offerings. The location worked well enough for us as fairly active travellers, but it’s worth noting that without a car and if you’re not keen on walking, it could feel a bit remote or tricky to access comfortably.

The kind of charming old hotel in the kind of place that might make you imagine you're living in an F. Scott Fitzgerald novel in the 1920s. We absolutely loved it here. The rooms were comfortable and large, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and cocktails on the terrace while watching the golden sun set over the Mediterranean Sea can't be beat. Wander down the winding road a short ways to Pelekas village, where several more outstanding restaurants await you. Treat yourself and someone you love to this romantic getaway.

This hotel exceeded our expectations—each evening, we were treated to the most stunning mountain sunsets, and the setting was simply unforgettable. The friendly, welcoming team made us feel right at home, and we wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The pool area was always pleasantly uncrowded, creating a serene environment to relax. Dining on-site during sunset was truly magical—the perfect way to end the day with panoramic views between the mountains. Though the walk to the village appears steep on the map, it was surprisingly easy and took just about 10 minutes. We suggest renting a car, as bus service in Corfu can be unreliable and taxis are quite pricey. If we return to Corfu, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Arriving by foot (like us), or car, this family run, boutique, hotel certainly delivers a wow factor. You receive a pleasant greeting to this artistic and regal looking 31 room resort (6 are the refurbished attic rooms).||The rooms (ours was a double) are nicely decorated although the comfy beds are rather low! Great balcony that furnishes you with amazing views. We enjoyed the west coast with its majestic cliffs, sandy beaches and, of course, the sunsets! The shower is OK but nothing to write home about.||Dinning comes via a well-stocked kitchen that provided local sourced produce care of their talented chef. Prices are reasonable if you don’t have a pre-arranged paid meal. Breakfast in served in the lower dinning area, either in-doors or as most choose to do on the delightful terrace. It is self service with a mix of continental or cooked eggs and bacon. The bread is delivered direct from the nearby bakery and is wonderful. However, breakfast starts at 8 a.m. and for the hardy walkers an earlier eating time would have proved helpful.||It was too chilly to try the pool, which looked delightful nevertheless. The guest areas of the hotel have an array of artifacts, pictures and photographs which give an insight to the local history and culture. The bar is well run although you would miss out if you did not avail yourself of the local village bars just a short walk downhill. For those with their own transport the hotel has private parking.

We stayed here for a cocktail the view is beautiful but is the only good part of this place. 4.5€ of lemonade which was water with a little of lemon flavour The bathrooms were very dirty and broken and the staff was very rude: she even asked if we wanted to pay separated or together and when we said to have separated receipts she replied us like "are you kidding me?". No words about that

We had three rooms, two had dirty bathrooms and the other room was okay. There were stool stains and pieces, when we arrived. We asked the cleaning staff to take care of it and it seems they just put some chemicals in the toilet. When we returned and flushed, we noticed that there were still stains and pieces at the outside edges of the seat, inside of the toilets, etc. We tried to talk to the manager, but before we could even explain our perspective, he immediately lost his temper and told us to pack our things and leave the hotel. We were not rude, entitled, etc. My family is Greek and my father-in-law works in the service industry. We wouldn't mistreat anyone and yet the manager went right off without hearing us out. My brother-in-law later talked to the manager after we packed up. The guy was calmer, but said we were crazy to complain about stains that could not be removed. But honestly, we did manage to remove some of the stains with a paper towel. There were also chunks of wall on the balcony, shower not properly cleaned, bad wifi, not very welcoming staff. These things didn't bother us so much, but the stoolstains of the people who occupied the room before should have been removed and cleaned in my opinion. The view from the hotel was very nice as you can see the whole island. Fortunately, this experience is not representative of Greek hospitality in general. Google isn’t allowing to attach the pictures of the toilets to this review…
