Check in was fast - reception lady very friendly and helpful. Lifts in main block TINY (1 person and 1 suitcase and it was full) took forever for us all to get to the 11th floor as was 4 of us and only 1 lift worked.||Apartment was dirty, smelly, stained with blood on curtains and sofa. First night there was a huge fight outside the front entrance - police, ambulance etc all attended but no consequences for the guests who were staying at both the Levante club and the Levante beach. They caused so much trouble that evening yet the receptionists acted as though this was totally normal behaviour, despite there being kids staying.||Pool bar closed early during our break, but the complex was still very busy. Signs say no balls, inflatables etc in the pool but this was never actioned and every day kids were throwing leather footballs from the pool area towards people sitting enjoying a drink. Also says no diving and people were diving constantly. The rules are never followed (even if the manager responds to reviews saying they are, don’t believe it.) the plant pots around the pool area were used as cigarette bins. ||Second day we noticed our shower overflowed and flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used. I asked reception if we could swap apartments to be told “no, every apartment is the same, it’s a design fault, they all flood, just come and get towels to clean the water up every time you use the shower” which was absolutely ridiculous as there were 4 adults showering daily so the bathroom literally became a swamp - flooded every time the shower was used and we had sopping wet towels covering the floor for the whole stay, and the smell was awful.||The indoor pool (what a joke) is a health hazard. ||On our second to last day, lots and lots of GROUPS (which they claim they don’t accept group bookings) arrived and young lads were screaming, swearing, using the most awful language in front of elderly guests and children, and were throwing balls around the pool area and being completely disrespectful. The bar staff continued to serve them 20/30 shots of Jagermeister despite their behaviour. I asked the manager if we could go sit by the pool at the Levante beach to be told “no, you have 3 pools here, you cannot go there” I explained to the manager that my parents don’t want to listen to the disgusting language and the behaviour of the groups of people who were all drinking pints of beer AND shots whilst sitting on the pool edge. The manager didn’t care, he showed no empathy whatsoever and was incredible rude.||I have noticed the manager responds to a lot of reviews saying “speak to reception” and “ask for manager and we will resolve issues straight away” and I can assure you all that this is completely false. The manager and staff are aware that all the rules are broken here, I asked for a different apartment due to flooding and my dad having mobility issues, risking him slipping to be told “no”. ||Also, and I appreciate that the hotel has no control over this, but the hotel (port Benidorm) 10’ metres away is building a 20 story extension, which now blocks the sun and the noise from the building site is deafening. The building starts at 8am and finishes at 6pm and the noise was absolutely horrendous, even with all the doors closed. It was impossible to relax on the balcony or by the pool. This work is due to continue until autumn 2026 and had I know about it, I would have never booked to stay here.||I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. It’s better suited to 18-30 year olds and shouldn’t be marketed as anything different. ||Oh and mind the water buckets in reception catching all the water leaking through the roof
