Levante Club Resort

Very welcoming check-in staff. Very clean hotel in a great location for everything. Pool area good and bar prices surprisingly reasonable with friendly service. Apartment was spacious and bedrooms reasonable size. Good air conditioning. To be honest our only issue was the lift - one of two available (max capacity 4!) -which was out of order for our whole 3 day stay and had been for the week according to other guests. We were on the 13th floor! Lift sorted I'd stay again.

Very mixed review about this Aparthotel. The location of these apartments is ideal! Close proximity to absolutely everything, the beach only a couple of mins walk as well as the strip. Half an hour’s walk into the Old Town (highly recommended) ||Now the rooms - we had a 2 bed apartment in the main block, 10-D. The apartment was clean enough, but not spotless as some state, there was dust on the bathroom floor behind the door, a huge clump of hair out on the balcony and the bedsheets were stained. Other than that it was clean enough. The floors were not cleaned once during our 10 night stay, and by the end our feet were collecting dust from walking on the floors. Towels were changed a few times, bedding changed once. The air conditioning in the apartment which was also in both bedrooms, was brilliant! Freezing cold, although the 2nd bedroom unit did drip onto the bed below it but luckily we only had one child with us so he slept on the other bed. ||The lift situation!! There was two lifts in the main block! One was out of order for the entire 10 days of our holiday with absolutely no attempt made to get it operational again. The remaining lift was majorly over used, with a weight limit of 320kg so often couldn’t even get 3 people in it, and wait times of upwards of 15 mins at times with us giving up and using the stairs (all 10 floors of them…) because the lift was just up and down and it was SLOW! And by slow I mean REALLY SLOW!!||The pool is a good size, and the water generally appeared clean however there was a line of dirt all the way around the tiles at the water line in which some people had even scratched their name into!!! Urgh!!! The pool area was cleaned of rubbish which was left in abundance by some ignorant families, but the floors and sun loungers were not cleaned properly in my opinion. There was dirt on some loungers there for the entire duration of our stay. ||The poolside food was lovely, staff lovely, entertainment team (Bella in particular) were brilliant and plenty activities on during the day but nothing on a nighttime. ||All in all, I’d stay here again purely based on the location and the air conditioning in the rooms. But I’d be requesting a low floor, because of the lift situation and also PLEASE improve the cleanliness as it’s the simplest of tasks and is a major let down for this aparthotel!

Arrived 3 hours before check in. Room was ready so we were able to get into the apartment straight away. Check in process simple and quick. Apartment was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Apartment in a great location in Rincon area. Slight hill up to it but nothing too steep. Great pool and bar with friendly staff. Entertainment team do a great job. Would definitely stay again as exceptional value.

Me and my partner and little boy went for a weeks break and we wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go. The staff were so lovely and attentive. The rooms had plenty of space and were very clean, and the hotel entertainment was fantastic. My little boy is 2 and one of the entertainment staff (Mar) was amazing with him. Fussed over him, made him feel involved and was one of the most wonderful people we met. Would love to go back soon

We were here may 25 and what a great place. I couldn't fault it at all the rooms were modern spacious and clean. With everything you needed. All the staff where really great the barman at the snack bar (i forget his name) was fab. All we're very helpful reception even booking our water park tickets for us for the cheapest option. And what can I say about Mar from the entertainment team she was amazing keeping everyone entertained getting everyone involved she is for sure an asset to the hotel, and for this reason we are returning in August and cannot wait.

The hotel and the staff and the entertainment team are very good. I can't wait for come back again! I enjoy a lot doing the entertainment activities!! I love every single minute of my holiday because Mar and Alazne are so professional and I fell in love with them!! They do my holidays. I will recommend the hotel and the entertainment team Twelve Entertainment. Going home to book another holiday in September, I can't wait!!

What a lovely surprise. Only rated a 2☆ Staff are amazing, the pool area is lovely, and hotel is about 100yds away from the beach. The booze is embarrassingly cheap, both in the hotel and out in Town. The locals are very friendly, not what I expected after all the negativity in the press. Thanks everyone. 😀👍🍺🍺🍺

From start to finish, we had a great holiday. Quick check in, got in the room early. We had a 1 bed apartment with a great air con, a powerful shower . The bonus was the Internet in the room . No problem getting a sunbed most of the time. The pool bar was great very quickly. Daniel and the other entertainment team worked hard. We did have the odd stag party at the weekend. But where no problem is not even noisy late at night. For benidorm, these apartments are close to the beach and nightlife, but still quite at night. Will be back.
