Level Hotel has been my go-to accommodation for work trips to Seattle due to its convenient location near my office. The suites are absolutely gorgeous. Every room is spacious, well-appointed, and feels like a true home away from home. The design and comfort level are exceptional. The staff deserves special recognition for their patience and kindness. Since I'm not from the area, I constantly had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel; and I mean constantly. My coworkers and I would order multiple packages throughout our stays, and the front desk team was always incredibly gracious about collecting and organizing everything for us without a hint of annoyance. That level of hospitality really stands out. Room service was consistently impeccable. The housekeeping staff kept our suites pristine, and every stay was comfortable from start to finish. The overall quality of service made our work trips much more pleasant. My only issue, and the reason I'm not giving five stars, is the noise from neighboring rooms. On multiple occasions, there were loud parties in nearby suites, and despite reaching out to the front desk for assistance, the response time wasn't as quick as I would have hoped. For business travelers who need rest after long work days, this was frustrating. Despite the noise concerns, Level Hotel remains a top choice for Seattle stays. The beautiful accommodations and genuinely friendly staff make it worth returning to.

I have enjoyed staying here many times with my husband and family. Year round the amenties can not be beat. It's a great hotel for just my husband and I to relax at but just as amazing when we bring our children. We've had the pleasure of Alex checking us in several times and he's always made us feel welcomed back even remembered us and our kids. His reecmendations for dinner and places to take the kids while visiting from Vancouver Canada were an amazing touch and were on point. Our first choice whenever coming to Seattle is always Level. Thanks again Alex for the amazing hospitality even when we showed well past check in time. He went out of his way when we were passing through the lobby to ensure we were pleased with our room.

First off I want to say this is a beautiful, modern and immaculately clean property with lot of awesome amenities and a good downtown location. ||We did run into a couple of issues but I was satisfied how it was dealt with. Our room climate control wasn’t working properly, it was pumping only hot air and we could only cool the place down by opening the balcony door. We called front desk and maintenance came, it seemed better for a bit then began to overheat again. Also woke up the second morning to loud construction on our floor at 7:30 am. Called down again and we were moved to a new room a floor lower and the room was upgraded which was much appreciated. |The 3 pools, hot tubs and cold plunge were awesome. Again- kept so clean. I’m usually grossed out by pool floors but this place felt so clean. Wish front desk had given us an amenities map on check in as there was so much more we didn’t discover until the day we checked out. The karaoke room is brilliant! ||There were a couple of downsides but I was aware before booking from reading reviews so I was wasn’t expecting it and therefore not disappointed. No maid service without staying 4+ nights, so conserve your towels. No restaurant on the property. Tutta Bella about a block away is delicious, we went twice! ||Staff was always friendly and helpful whenever we ran into someone and needed directions to find something. They need to have better signage for the amenities as it’s a big property and confusing to get around. ||While we ran into a couple small bumps I would definitely recommend this resort and absolutely stay here again.

We were a family of four, with 2 teens staying in a 2 bedroom suite which includes a pullout couch. The second bedroom is very small but served the purpose fine. There was plenty of space and the refrigerator was nice to have. Washer and dryer were included too but we did not utilize. Amenities were fantastic with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tubs, gym and more. But the service is what really set this hotel apart for us. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating! We checked out on a Monday and road tripped to other parts of WA and then circled back to Seattle on Sunday to fly home. I asked at the front desk when checking out if they would be willing to hold our bags for a few hours before we went to the airport and they were happy to accommodate which was so helpful for us! The area the hotel is located in very nice, there are a couple places to grab food right near there but not a lot. But it was easy to hop on a scooter to get downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Always a fun stay cation spot. 24 hour pool & hot tub, gym, secure parking, movie lounge, game room, even a Karaoke lounge! Kitchen with dishes, silverware, microwave, fridge and freezer. Lots of restaurants nearby and Whole Foods is two blocks downhill. Even at 1am on a Friday night, there may be people on the street, but they are mostly local residents on a late night trip to 7-11 or heading home from the bar. As a woman, I feel very safe walking here alone any time of day and there's not many places left in Seattle a mixed race woman can confidently say that.

Okay, let me start by saying that my stay at Level last week could have easily been a 5 Star Review. The rooms are fantastic and the gym and amenities are truly amazing, despite the fact that there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel. I knew that going in, so no biggie, plus it’s walking distance to some great spots. I’ve paid good money for membership at worse gyms and the pools, saunas and cold plunge were all great. Not a single complaint about the staff at all. The room was like a luxury apartment with a very nice washer and drier and really modern appliances. This stay would have been truly perfect—-except for the bed in room 519. Holy crap! Every single move I made and the bed made a horrific noise. It was uncomfortable and by far the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. For the Love of God throw that mattress and box spring in the trash. Other than that—spectacular.

Levels Union Lake in Seattle really impressed me. The suites are genuinely comfortable and feel like a home — not just a hotel room. They’re well equipped with everything you need for short or long stays, which makes life extremely easy. What also stands out here is the amount of amenities: a proper gym, three pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms/hammams, karaoke and more — you have so many options for wellness and decompressing after a busy day. It’s rare to have all of this in one property. The building is modern, well maintained, and designed with a lot of attention to comfort. It’s the type of place where you not only sleep well, you actually enjoy spending time in the space. I would absolutely stay here again.

We live in Southwest WA and bought tickets toa Kraken hockey game and decided to stay over night on game night. Was able to check in early to a 2 bedroom suite and even had a pull out bed so we could fit 6 easily. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable. Walked the property and the gym and pools are top notch even though we didn't have time to use them. Secure location for parking and card key access. Will definitely come back and book more night when see football or hockey games. Only 20 minute walk to Seattle Center.
