Leven Manchester

I can't stop raving about the Level Manchester. I am a proper regular and boy do I feel like one. It's like a second home now and it feels like one. Last week my Father unexpectedly and suddenly passed away and when I got to the hotel the following week, not only was I welcomed with (literally) open arms, they had upgraded me to a beautiful suite - and - put a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a note in my room. It wasn't so long ago that I brought my dog for lack of doggie care and once again they went above and beyond. A specially crafted note 'to the dog' and a comfy dog cushion and feeding bowl. If only everybody got customer relations like the Leven. Sitting in my gorgeous room - (I recommend number 405) - I feel lucky to be away from home and yet at home. Couldn't recommend this place more for a stay in Manchester. AND it is good value...

Comfortable, stylish and well equipped rooms, with incredibly thoughtful and attentive staff. We had a great time and all felt so well looked after - including our dog and our baby.|Goes without saying that in this area there's a lot of noise at night (specifically karaoke!) so if that's likely to bother you it's worth bringing earplugs or booking elsewhere.

Probably one of the best hotel ever experiences I've had in a long time. I travel quite often for work, so stay in a lot of hotels. ||The staff were impeccable, I couldn't ask for more. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was a great size, had a kitchenette, which was so useful. The bed was comfortable and the TV had screenshare. It felt more like being at home. Great central location and parking is local. ||

Good stay, solid place, would stay again. The room was comfortably and slightly generous for the price. Great water pressure. Solid WiFi, comfortable to work in. Great staff, very friendly and courteous without being stuffy or OTT. The washing machine was a bonus. Really nice to be able to whip through one's sock laundry on a daily basis.

Had a great stay at Leven. Gorgeous hotel room and felt really at home. Really good access to Manchester being right on canal street and a wonderfully stocked mini bar! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

From start to finish, our stay at Leven Manchester was an absolute delight. It’s a beautifully designed space with heart and soul—but what truly made it unforgettable was the people.||Let’s start with the incredible cleaning ladies, who did an absolutely spectacular job every single day. The care they put into their work was evident in every detail. We were so impressed, we bought them hand creams as a thank-you gift—a small gesture for such big-hearted work.||And then, the amazing team that brought Leven to life for us: Catherine, Clarisse, Maddy, and Josh. What a dream team! Warm, kind, and endlessly accommodating. Even when we got their names wrong (more than once!), they never corrected us—just smiled and continued making us feel welcome. Their graciousness and humour made us feel like old friends. They even kindly stored our bags so we could shop after check-out, which was such a help.||The kitchen in our room was fully equipped, and the team was so helpful—even providing oven mitts and extras when needed. It felt like staying in a chic home-away-from-home, with all the flexibility and comfort you could want.||If we had to mention one small setback, it would be the continental breakfast. In a city like Gastronomy Manchester, a light, grab-and-go style breakfast felt like a missed opportunity. We completely understand there’s no in-house kitchen, but we really hope Leven might consider partnering with the lovely restaurant next door to offer à la carte breakfast options in the future. Yes, you can always head out—but there’s something special about having breakfast in-house, especially when everything else at Leven is so thoughtfully done.||Honestly, we were blown away by the hospitality. Leven isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where you’re genuinely looked after. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Such an impressive, stylish, sexy hotel, perfect for couples wanting to have a warm welcome and a special place to stay in the gay village. Very impressed by the staff, the room, the 24 hour bar in the reception. Wish we were here for longer! Thank you!

Neverever had a room like this: its like a little flat where you can live for years. Dishwasher, small kitchen, oven, washing machine, ear plugs, socks - unbelievable nice room. Friendly people and perfect location to visit Manchester. An absolute recommendation. Love this place.
