The ice cream itself was exceptional, offering an impressive range of flavors that made it hard to decide what to try first—truly deserving of 5 stars. However, the experience was deeply marred by the saleswoman’s rude and dismissive attitude. She appeared uninterested in serving customers, her body language and tone made it clear we were not welcome. It was uncomfortable to the point that even my children sensed the hostility. I tried to brush it off, assuming she might be exhausted, but such behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. It's a real shame that such a high-quality product is being represented by someone so unprofessional and unapproachable.

Interesting flavours at a fair price. I went with the classic lavender and with Tokaj. Both were great!

Delicious flavors— especially the ones with lavender. Gluten free and vegan options as well as gluten free cones! (Recommend lemon lavender/ raspberry mint)
