Levi’s Store

Great customer service. Online order with Levi sent the wrong pair of pants 👖 They exchanged it for me right away and repair one button for me for a pair of pants that I got a month ago. Dylan was excellent with his customer service, great experience 🖤❤️

I am a long time lover of the brand! I’ve been coming to this store for many years glad they are open again! Great customer service. Super friendly, very helpful most of them are very knowledgeable about Denim! Great fit advice but sadly other customers are unaware this is a Premium store. Quite pricey but Amazing quality and stretch that makes them instantly comfortable!

Great experience every time! Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable in just about anything denim. If you actually like Real jeans this is Thee place to go! Prices are a tad higher but due to it being the Only Premium store in MI it makes sense. Great quality great people!

Very friendly and helpful staff members. I was able to return a pair of jeans with no receipt for store credit without a problem. The girl working there also helped me out a lot in the fitting room to make sure I was getting the best jean style and size!

Although I like the store and the setup and the attendant was nice, they didn't have the type of pants I wanted and haven't had it in a long time. I was looking for a pair of 569 jeans 👖 and I guess to get them you gotta go online. They need to get back to having these types in their store.

After months of quarantine I took myself out for some shopping and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and attentiveness of the employees at this store, they went above and beyond trying to help. Needless to say my experience was great and the 70% off prices made it even better.

Staff was Really not helpful, and pointed out locations of items I was interested in, explained the person I was shopping for was over seas, seemed way more interested in his phone than his job. I'll just find them online thanks for killing 12 oaks.

Good selection though the prices are the same if you order them online. The shelves seemed pretty well stocked for my shopping experience though the sizes in the styles I wanted (as usual) stopped one size below what I wanted. Bummer.

Forget Obama care. Forget social activism or bailout plans. Just start a program where people who actually need jobs replace the self-entitled vapid dudes that work here! Self-entitled, you ask? Vapid, you ask? Here we go! (or skip over this section if you trust me) dude #1 (actually the best of all of 'em) - me: do you have any high rise jeans? - lemme check. Nope. We re all out (10 minutes later I walk by an entire rack) dude #2 - me: do you know how I can tell the difference between the super stretch and the normal skinny jeans? - we don't have super stretch - I just tried some on - no. Just different colors stretch differently - no. These have 15 percent or so nylon, the others have like 4 percent - well those are all gone or in clearance - um ok (he rolls eyes and sighs loudly) (I find 4 pairs of super stretch in the non-clearance section) dude #3 (I'm flipping through the stacks of jeans to find my size) - dude: do you need help finding a size - um. well. i'm trying to find such and such size in such and such style - you're in the wrong section. ALL the styles are separated and ALL the sizes are in ascending order - well, I actually just found three bold curve in the demi curve section so I think they might be a little mixed up (he leaves huffing and puffing) The funny thing is that I never once asked for their help. They came over and asked ME. And yet they were sighing, rolling their eyes, and audibly saying that they didn't "have to deal with my sh*t". I got so angry I hid in the dressing room (I can get panic attacks when I shop as it's so overwhelming for me - these idiots almost drove me to one). Ready for the real comedy? They said their job was hard enough as it is. Wow really? Do you know how lucky you are to be working a job at all you smug bastards? I worked retail for six years (and if I may so snarkily say, at a much higher-end boutique where if I rolled my eyes I would fired in a heart beat). Yea it can be exhausting but your job is NOT hard. You know what's hard? Construction. How about a construction job and a second job loading UPS trucks all day. How about putting 75% of that money toward supporting your parents and your daughter. Then you can bitch about your job being hard. Maybe if this store was actually kept organized I wouldn't have to be so thorough in my exploration of jean stacks. Maybe I wouldn't have to ask you questions that you answer incorrectly. I know it's tough to tell from this ranting review but I'm actually laid back! I'm a really low-maintenance type of shopper. I take care of myself. I leave things in better condition than when I find them. But what I can't tolerate is stubborn incompetence. And then a really unattractive attitude to boot. I sentence you to the gulag pretty boys. Let's get some real work ethic in you.

Great store! Great staff! Great company! This is the best place in Michigan to buy your Levi's from, it's the only mainline store in the whole state and well worth the drive as they always have great collaborations and limited collections of denim you can't find anywhere else. The store is nice and neat, the staff goes above and beyond and I never leave with a bad deal.

I hadn't been to this store in a longgggggggg time. But the employees were nice. They currently have pieces from the Commuter line, the new 501 CT ( some colors are back in clearance ), the new skinny styles 522, 511s, 510s, and a new 517 super skinny. Nope the 511 isn't the skinniest fit anymore. They also have some Levi's boasting Conemills denim from North Carolina, and even a couple selvedge pieces. The clearance area is pretty organized, and I'm glad they installed shelving in the back to contain it better. They also have some Levi's branded tablet accessories, and men's furnishings, jackets, shirts and other hints to kind go with the jean and non jean offerings. I don't feel like the other offerings are made with such great quality or the same commitment/focus as the jeans are, but rather as just some other options to kinda compliment the pants. However, the Levi's made and crafted shirts online, are rather unique, and tailored like they'd fit will, check them outfor some cooler shirt options, kinda $$ but you wont see everyone around wearing you're shirt. The slim Levi trousers are finished very well, as I pay attention to details. I'm noticing that they're starting to incorporate chainstitch hems into a lot more of they're pants now, which is a neat touch. Everything else is the same about the store. ( check marshalls and tjmaxx near by for additional Levi's at great prices $24 and under $12-$15 on sale.) Also if you run into any problems down the road with you're Levi's, contact corporate and they will most likely replace them for you, and defects or whatnot.
