The service was super welcoming and the wine was my favorite in the Tin City area! Bret has a knack for wine and produces excellent batches. He actually served us and treated us like family! I really enjoyed the “Please fasten your seatbelt” wine with its depth and well-rounded flavor. The Rosé was fantastic too for the warm weather and reminded us of some of the great wines in France. The ambiance is really cool and chill with some modern flair. Really my kind of winery and wished I lived closer to try out some more wines!

Google
The Rhône LIVES in Tin City! Always on the lookout for new grape friends & especially in Paso. The Levo folks have been on our radar for over a year & we FINALLY got the chance to do a proper sit-down midweek tasting last week. 100% across the board! Very chill & inviting location, thoroughly cool & approachable staff & EPIC wines! Don’t think I’ve signed up as a wine club member faster than with Levo & left with over a case of their goodies. Oh yeah, concrete “Egg” they use, straight outta the Terra Alta or Lyon!

Google
I loved my experience at Levo! All of the wine was amazing! It was awesome to have the owner and winemaker Bret serve my dog and I, (he had water). Such a genuine, humble guy! I’m definitely coming back and will order more wine. I didn’t join the club because I already belong to four. Great experience!

Google
My partner and I had an unforgettable wine tasting experience at Levo Wine. Lexi, our guide, was knowledgeable and welcoming, and we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves, on a Saturday afternoon! We even got an impromptu tour which allowed us to meet Bret, the winemaker and owner. We connected over our appreciation for art, and wines of course, which made the experience even more special. The wines were exceptional, and the personalized attention made this visit stand out. Highly recommend if you’re in Paso Robles!

Google
We have been big fans & members of Levo for the last year or two! The tasting room vibe is cool and chill, the wines are delicious and Bret, the winemaker is a true artist. We had another great tasting experience!

Google
We had such a great experience at Levo! Lexi and Bret were amazing and the wine is top notch. So refreshing to taste such wonderful white wines while in Paso. Looking forward to returning for another visit.

Google
We were very lucky! We had Lexi all to ourselves for the majority of the visit. She is a perfect representative for Levo Vineyard! Great smile and great personality and knowledge for wine (for a youngster)! I forgot to mention, the wines were awesome too! All of our scores were in the 90s and we tasted 6 wines. The tasting area is very comfortable and relaxing. Final comment....."We will be BACK in the future!"

Google
Relaxed atmosphere, great wine. The owner has a refreshingly positive perspective on dealing with the challenges mother nature can impose on the wine making process. Brent's strong commitment to basics, his creative spirit, and his desire to see people leave happier than they came make for great wine at a reasonable price point.

Madeline W.

Yelp
Great service! Very knowledgeable of the wines and great friendly hospitality! Amazing wines - bret was the best!

Yelp
We LOVE Levo wines. We have to come visit their tasting room every time we visit Paso. It's situated in this fun area called Tin City where there's tons of tasting rooms and breweries. The staff are always friendly and super easy to talk to. The wines are amazing blends and they are crafted with love by this small team. Definitely plan a day to spend in tin city and put them on your list. They have a small parking lot in front of their building so you don't have to fight for street parking.

Yelp
Never signed up as a Wine Club member after two tastes. EPIC Rhône's, absolutely cool people & a GREAT vibe.

Yelp
A great place to sit and relax and try fantastic wines. The servers are very knowledgeable about the wine and really fun to talk to!

Karen M.

Yelp
Glad we stopped in here for a tasting. Each and every wine were phenomenal, from the rose and delicious Grenache blanc/ picpoul blend to the amazing reds. We bought a few bottles. Service was spot on and friendly, thank you so much.

Yelp
Lexi and Brett hosted us today and we had a fantastic experience. We were lucky and had the whole place to ourselves. The wines were superb! We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
We love Levo! All of Tin City is awesome but Levo is something special. My boyfriend has been a member for several years, and now that we live in the area we probably spend too much time and money here. Brett, the owner and winemaker, is such a down to earth dude who is so nice to talk to; all the other folks who work there are so chill as well and even when we show up to bother them with no appointment, they're always super warm and welcoming. The wines also speak for themselves- such heavy, juicy reds, and they're addicting. I also am not a white wine fan, and tend to avoid Rose like the plague, but even their rose is so solid. I don't think we've ever had a bad bottle, and this is one of our top places to take out of towners to show off the amazing wines that the Paso region has to offer. Thanks yall!

Yelp
Sweetest gal serving in the tasting room; walked in and instantly felt comfortable! Great Rose. Happy to see all the Grenache blends!

Yelp
The service was phenomenal, Brett, our host was very warm and welcoming. He also provided excellent recommendations of other merchants in the area. Fantastic wine and ambiance overall and everything is organic to boot.

Yelp
Great wine and great atmosphere. Tastings are comfortable and real. No BS, best juice in the hood.

Yelp
The ambiance is relaxing and beautiful. The service is good and the wine is great! I like the chill vibe this place has when enjoying the wine.

Yelp
Gotta come! Such a fun tasting room with groovy unique artwork. Bret is the winemaker and he is a super cool friendly dude. Loved the wine. Very clean. Staff was accommodating. Might be my favorite tasting room of all time. Totally will come back. We came on a Sunday afternoon gotta make a reservation. We did indoor tasting but I believe they had both indoor and outdoor available. I purchased the Chardonnay and rose.

Yelp
We had an excellent experience at Levo. There's plenty of parking outside. I came here around lunch time on a friday and we were practically the only party to enjoy the place. They have a patio that can seat 8 people. But Im sure more than stand and hand out. Must try the 2019 petite sirah! Lexi was super hrlp We had an excellent experience at Levo. Yelp
I can't believe I've never written a review of Levo. We love this place. Bret is the Best! Plus his wines are fantastic! I usually end up getting a case cause I can't decide what not to get. This is a small non-corporate place. It is not mass market. And that's one of the things that distinguishes it from some others. Do check it out!

Yelp
We really liked their Rose! The tasting room is nice and open. There is just one bar, and a few tables inside but people are friendly, so just make some room. The ladies pouring were very gracious and informative without being sales-y. We paid for a flight and enjoyed the wine, the Dreamcruxher (spelling) series was fun. We loved the rose, and are not rose fans usually. But we actually bought a bottle and drank it the very next day we couldn't wait. We'll go back again for sure. Good prices, nice atmosphere, fun people to taste with.

James M.

Yelp
Great experience, casual unpretentious atmosphere and a BIG shoutout to Minow (sp?)she is fantastic, very knowledgeable personable and just a great person..tasty wines as well.

Joel B.

Yelp
We have been coming to Paso for 15 years and this was our first visit to Levo. We had an awesome time there. The grapes are sourced from from the best vineyards in Paso including Fulldraw, G2 and others and it shows in the wines. The wine here is not cheap but it is a good value and considerably less cost than comparable wines in Paso. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Lynn S.

Yelp
We live in Paso and this is one of our favorite places. We have been wine club members for about two years now. We always enjoy the tasting room staff and their knowledge about their wine. If you visit you will often find Brett, owner/winemaker either pouring or popping in to chat with visitors. Brett is super personable and passionate about his wine. Currently pouring a great Rose that's perfect for the summer. My personal favorite are their Syrahs. The tasting room is located in Tin City and is dog friendly too.
google avatar

Yelp
Levo is my favorite tasting room in Tim City. Not only do they have great wines (especially their reds ), their team is awesome. They are always welcoming ad friendly! Definitely give them a try if you're in Paso! Don't forget to make a reservation!!

Grace B.

Yelp
Lucious wines, fabulous customer service. Brett, the winemaker, was a pleasure to talk to: knowledgeable and very personable. We had a marvelous time with him geeking out over wine. We came back for more wine after consuming what we bought! Thank you Brett and levo!
google avatar

Steve T.

Yelp
Fantastic staff. Very knowledgeable and warm. Wines are unique, highly recommended a full tasting. Really great experience!
google avatar

Bill K.

Yelp
Their website rating price said $10/$15. Their new website says $25/$40. Their Tin City tasting list and staff said $40. That's as egotistical as it is ridiculous.
google avatar

Victoria E.

Yelp
For obvious reasons, this is the only wine I will drink. Ordered 4 bottles yesterday at about 11:35AM. Delivered today by 11:15AM (I live 220 miles from levo). SO on top of it and SO quick. Thank you :)

Yelp
Levo was recommended to me by Pulchella wine out of Santa Clarita...(joey)...received my shipment this week...tonight opened a bottle. Was not disappointed! Levo and Pulchella .....2 wineries that "get it". Small, know how to make a great blend, super cool peeps, feels like family, so sorry the bottle is empty kinda wine. Just might need to open another #SaugusStrong..God Strong ....my local high school... #Stopgun violence

Yelp
Come in for some great wine! This was our first stop in Tin City and what a great choice. We were greeted not only by staff but the wine tasters as well. We loved the Rose and the Syrah. Staff allowed us to leave our vehicle and also directed us to our next stop. We will be back for a bottle or two!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing Wine and Phenomenal customer service! I work in the industry which I get a lot of bottles for free. This place makes such incredible wine and the fact that I am able to talk to the winemaker I became a wine member. One of the best parts of wine tasting is having the chance talking to the winemaker about their wines. Brett is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his place. He has some terrific ideas for the future. I love this place and as long as Brett is their I'll come in any day!

Yelp
Levo recently opened in Tin City. Decided to check it out based on a recommendation from the people at Epoch. Brett the winemaker was working the tasting room when we walked in along with Raleigh. The wines here or unusual as Brett sources all of his grapes from Santa Barbara but then creates Paso style wines. The tasting consisted of five wine. One Rose and one Chardonnay and three reds. I believe the tasting fee was $10 but is waived with wine club membership The bottle labels are all really cool looking and I enjoyed most of their wines I'm not a huge Chardonnay fan so that was probably the only one on the list that I didn't love spots and mint are my favorites and really enjoyed tasting with the winemaker Brett. He was personable and kind telling us about the wines and his winemaking process. Raleigh who works in the tasting room was very sweet as well and gave us some recommendations of other places in Paso to try we enjoyed this place so much we went back the next day and joined the wine club this is definitely on my must visit List in Paso.

Yelp
I am so excited to do a review about Tin City. It is an up-and-coming area in Paso Robles / Templeton that has a few select tasting rooms from low yield owners/vintners. I will tell you about the other places in my other reviews, however In fairness to Levo I want to make this review solely about them. Levo is physically located at 2975 Limestone Way in Paso Robles California 93446. If you want to contact the owner his name is Bret and you'll find him very accommodating and if you google Levo... Paso Robles.... You will find his contact information. I have a lot of energy to tell you about the wines, however I'm going to give you drama and intrigue first. This was our second tasting room for the day so our taste buds were primed and we were ready for some red. We walked into a very unassuming Tasting Room rather plain, but in a super cool way. The surfer dude / kinda hippie guy, but clean was serving up some reds, whites and rosés. He was super chill and served up the wine and we were sipping. He was explaining as best he could the process of the winemaking and the notes that we may be picking up. It was laid back relaxing and pretty cool. I took a look at their reviews and was amazed that they were all 5 stars. Not that the wine was not good, however regardless of how great a place is it's rare that everybody gives 5 stars and they kept talking about Bret and what a unique, realized person he was. I asked surfer dude if he was Bret and he stated that he was not and that Bret was the wine genius and owner and the rest of the conversation led us to believe that he and Bret were really tight friends. That is when the total weirdness happened!!!! In walks a gentleman and a female accomplice. They walk behind the bar and the female drops her backpack on the ground says, I got this and turns to us as if nothing had changed and asked what wine was next. The gentleman who turned out to be Bret, the owner asked hippie surfer dude if he could see him in the back. Some time past and the surfer dude comes out completely flat affect and goes over, puts his ball cap on, grabs his iPhone takes it off of the music sound box, makes no eye contact with any of us, looks as if he's near tears walks out grabbing his surfboard before exiting. Persona non-grata Total mind melt for me. No one else seemed to notice the complete energy shift, however I am a paid observer so for me the air was thick enough to cut with a steak knife and the energy felt like Mercury just suddenly slammed into retrograde. Totally weird right? Hippie, surfer dude in good mood assumably has committed some picadillo and gets redressed for it and is invited to leave immediately. Now Brett is a businessman, one can tell takes care of his wine literally from dirt to bottle and I'm so serious when I say that. It took him less than 5 minutes to bring the energy level back to something that was not the same, but almost equal in enjoyment, but in a different way. He brought an in charge knowledge and presence and kind of a commanding energy. Okay so now that all the Intrigue has gone to the wayside I see that I have way over extended my review so a little bit about the wines. I thought the reds were really good some of them better than good some of them on the waxing side of good, however I have had better and I have had way worse. It seems like he breaks some of the rules and that works in his favor. I am not a white wine kind of guy, but found his crisp, refreshing and full of a pear being assaulted by an apple kind of gripping flavor. I hate rosés, I don't drink them and don't understand why anyone would. I tasted their Rosé and thought wow this is something on a hot summer day with a crisp fresh fruit salad I would actually drink. The Experience left a mark on me and I can't really say that it is negative and I can't really say it's positive either it just was the most memorable experience of that day. I wish I were a fly in that back room just for that five minutes. So why just four stars other than the fact that it's really hard to get 5 stars out of me? Business is business, handle yours out of sight of your customer. I will absolutely go back and I would 100% recommend anyone else to stop by.

Yelp
We had such a wonderful time at Levo! The wines are fantastic, in fact so wonderful that both my friend and I joined the wine club! The tasting room is fantastic. We met the winemaker who is so humble and personable and the tasting room manager was incredible and knowledgeable. Our experience was fantastic and we will come back each time we are in Tin City!

Chris T.

Yelp
Second time in Templeton/Paso, this was the best wine tasting we experienced. Scheduled a tasting, showed up early and were able to start right away. The owner is awesome and has a good sense of humor which made the experience memorable and fun. Thanks again!

Yelp
One of the best games n Pao Robles. We keep coming back and buy their red by the case. A true gem for wine connoisseur

Alana N.

Yelp
Great experience. Wonderful wine. Even better hospitality from Lexi. Loved our experience. Thank you so much!!!

Nancy E.

Yelp
A must see in Tin City! Great vibes in this cool space and the wine is even better. Wonderful to chat with Bret who is clearly one of the most passionate winemakers I have met. He is just thrilled to talk to you about wine and what goes into the whole process-very interesting and fun-makes the wine tasting even better to have such an enthusiastic teacher. Although I know I should keep the bottles on the rack for a bit, it will be hard to do!!! Just wish I would have purchased more.

Yelp
One of the reasons I love Tin City and Paso for that fact. Brett and team are making fabulous wines. His creativity brings us back 2x year. From his White Noise to his inky Petite Syrah, this is a must visit!
google avatar

Greg H.

Yelp
The owner took us through the process of taking wine stem to bottle. The wine was amazing. The atmosphere is very laid back. Overall an epic experience.
google avatar

Chris J.

Yelp
Great wines! Love the labels and tasting room is Dog Friendly, which is a must for me and my pup! Rose is awesome and so is the Spot! Bret is the one and only employee/owner and is great at describing the wines and tasting notes. Tin City is going to be the newest/hottest location in paso!
google avatar

Steve W.

Yelp
Had a great visit to Levo Wine today, Lyndsey was our pourer and she was was awesome. She was very educated and enthusiastic about Levo Wine and the wine industry. We will defiantly visit Levo again!
google avatar

Kayla L.

Yelp
I could of not been more impressed with this place! Brett is such an amazing individual! Being in the industry I'm very big on service, which is completely outstanding! How lucky are we when we not only get great service, but the wine is out of this world! 3 bottles no question even though I wanted every thing on the menu! Greatly priced amazing quality! My new favorite winery in paso! The region better keep an eye out for this gem! Bc they have big things ahead!

Gordon G.

Yelp
This is a must visit if you are in Paso Robles! Located in Tin City - tasting room is open, airy and thoughtfully arranged. Winemaker Bret has crafted some amazing wines. Focusing on Rhone varietals the Syrah, Petite Syrah, and Grenache are spectacular! They also make great Cabs and Chardonnays.

Tracy B.

Yelp
Excellent wines. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We purchased the Cab Sauv and Petite Syrah. Looking forward to another visit when we are back in town.
google avatar

Dawn R.

Yelp
This was a fun spot in a cool neighborhood. Loved our surfer tasting host and the wines. Can't wait to get our first wine club shipment soon.
google avatar

Liz W.

Yelp
This tasting room was decent. Nice, modern decor. The wines were hit or miss. Some were average, some were pretty good. Nothing worth buying, but not a wasted visit.
google avatar

Jennifer K.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the wine and this urban tasting room. Smithereens was a favorite. Fun spot to come with friends.

Sheryl C.

Yelp
Friendly atmosphere and really nice wines! The owner/winemaker was so friendly & helpful. We happily bought a couple bottles of wine to take home. And when you buy at least 2 bottles, your tasting fee is waived. There are lots of wine options at Tin City. I would definitely recommend this one! :)

Kerri G.

Yelp
Our second time visiting Levo this past week. The environment is super friendly and relaxed. We got to talk with Brett(Owner/winemaker) again and even got to see him waxing the bottles. He is always very friendly and appreciative of his customers. We will definitely come back again.
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
My husband and I wandered into Levo after a visit to BarrelHouse Brewery... Yelp suggested it was closed, but in fact it stayed open after 5pm. What a pleasant surprise! Brett is making some amazing wines - we couldn't resist joining the wine club and bringing our friends back the next day. Such good stuff!!!

Stephen J.

Yelp
Interesting that grapes are coming from Santa Barbara but tasting room is in Paso. Great wines. Purchased 2 bottles of E99 Red Blend. Will revisit

Lionel B.

Yelp
20 dollars to taste! I know good wine and this was not it. The 20 dollars per person fee for tasting was just the coating that helped the medicine go down. Band-Aids and Iodine. This place sucks balls. If it were not for the pushing the envelope factor I would say don't go. This one has to be experienced. You may not gag on the wine but you will certainly not walk right for a week. And the woman pouring the wine was drab and lifeless. I prey that she was the owner.
