Good bathrooms, and ones outside open until dusk. Neat exhibits, friendly staff, a great place to learn more about Lexington. Neat naval exhibit as well. Free entry but Buckman Tavern next door has a fee. Offer free walking tours as well.

We went to the visitors center today for both the 250th commemorative event, and Boston 25’s zip trip. It was great seeing Gene, Shiri, and Nicole. The center staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of gifts as well. There are several tours available, a good look at the rich history of Lexington.

Well stocked gift shop, restrooms clean, informative and helpful staff and 2 rooms off shop for history presentation. Took the Walking Tour- Julien was our guide and he did an amazing job sharing events leading up to the first shots fired as we walked the Green then to the cemetery where the militia who were killed by the Regulars were buried/ honored. He was well spoken, informative and helpful. Learned a lot!

A bit ripped off…listening to a (nice and polite though) old lady bragging about some inconsequential details for more than 30 minutes (1/3 of the tour!) when the trolley stopped beside the green without moving a feet…That’s a torture worse than traffic congestion in Manhattan. They shall assume their audience are literate and can read these stuffs on their own by printing those texts on a brochure.

We did a fabulous family of four tour for $40...Fantastic!!! This IS where all schools and homeschoolers need to visit. If not here, then where??? Our guide was filled with all the facts and stories. Thank you.

Staff was nice and very helpful in giving insight and recommendations for the surrounding location. The small visitor center has some educational...exhibits(?)...and plenty of pamphlets. The visitor center is also home to great restrooms which (on multiple occasions) have saved me in dire situations.

How could anyone not give Lexington 5 stars on the History? It’s amazing the stuff I nvr knew about not only in Lexington but the surrounding towns. When My sister bought her home we went to visitor center and we learned so much we had to come back they overloaded us w/ info . Very Clean n great employees!

Yelp
Spent 3 days in Boston area exploring the history. Lexington Visitor Center and the walking tour was by far my favorite site. We visited Saturday 8/24 at 1pm. Our guide was fantastic. The events that happened here 250 years ago changed the world. I believe every American should visit Lexington at lest once in their lifetime
