Nice, comfortable & spacious hotel room & bathroom with bathtub, shower area and separate toilet area. Good size in room private pool & sauna. Unheated but bearable temperature. 2 big size & comfortable king size beds with a huge TV. Good in room basic facilities & plenty of drinking water supplies. Not much usable beach front. Not suitable for swimming. Not many shops and eating places close to hotel. However, hotel has good restaurants. Buffet breakfast spread has a lot of choice and cuisines from around the world. Great local dishes & Asian dishes but western & middle eastern dishes were just OK. Not back to pre covid standards but a vast improvement to the dire state it was in up to a year ago post covid. Would come back again

Excellent customer service right from you check in, hotel room service, f&b staffs for your daily breakfast, until you check out. Room was spacious enough for the room type I booked but upon check in at the hotel, we were given a free room upgrade totally at our surprise!! Thank you staffs for the pleasant hospitality. Kids love this hotel so much! Will definitely stay here again the next trip! 👍

Nice room. Somehow we got upgraded to premium room as this was our first time being to this hotel. The premium room is sea facing and equipped with sauna, bathtub and indoor pool. The toilet area is quite spacious. The location is just nearby few restaurants. During peak hours, it is very hard to cross the road. For breakfast, lot of choices to choose and the ambience is nice. Parking was ample during our stay but to go up, we have to drive in spiral. At certain points, the corners were narrow.

Had a pleasant stay here. The room is huge. Comfortable for us a family of 5. The pool's depth is just nice. Not too small. They gave us a free upgrade to premium room. No charlie maybe they fixed that. 2 king bed so suitable for a big family. Breakfast is just okay, but adequate. Cons is it's located quite far from town. Many restaurants nearby. Will definitely come again

We stayed one night as a family—one word: Amazing! Great location within walking distance to the beach and affordable Chinese seafood. One of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had, with plenty of variety. The kids loved the pool and all the fun activities. There’s even karaoke! My wife and I enjoyed the sauna and the bathtub. The room was very spacious, and the duty manager, Fayizah and Building Manager, Bob was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a truly amazing and cozy place to unwind and enjoy quality time with one's cherished family. I recently visited for a brief vacation and had the pleasure of breathing in the fresh air, which provided a wonderful experience. The room was generously sized, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with amenities, including the highlight: a private pool, which was exceptionally clean. The gymnasium was a bit chilly, and I found it a bit challenging to acclimate to the temperature while running. The treadmill was in acceptable condition, although there was minor damage to the belt, it was still functional. I certainly plan to return to this establishment in the future, perhaps for a slightly extended stay.

Beautiful view and a spacious beautiful room. Cleanliness too was okay. The only thing is the corridor looks a little shabby and the lobby doesn't give out 5 stars. Overall, worth your money. I wish they provide smart TV function for their TVs.

I can see why this hotel is granted 5 stars. Spacious rooms. Gorgeous view of the water. Huge bathroom with dual sinks. Private pool with in-room sauna. Contemporary rain shower head. Luxurious freestanding bathtub. Built-in flatscreen TV with surround sound system. The room itself hits all the marks. However, it's in a terrible location. We walked around a bit and quickly scurried back to the hotel after 10 minutes. The streets were quite dirty and they smelled really bad. There's nothing to do without driving a good distance and your food options are limited to what the hotel has to offer. On that note, the food was terrible too. We had dinner and the breakfast buffet, and both meals were pretty bland and lacklustre. Definitely very disappointing in that aspect. It's also quite striking to see the hotel in contract to the surround neighborhood. It's a 5 star hotel placed in the middle of a pretty poor fishing village. If you look around, all you see are little tin roof huts and modest wooden fishing boats. Kind of makes you wonder why they would build such a place here. In sum, if you're looking for a nice place to stay and you have your own mode of transportation for food and excursions (which we did not), this is a nice hotel. But due to the remoteness and the lack of food options, I don't think I will be coming back.
