L'Hostellerie du Moulin

Exceptional stay at Le Moulin des Oliviers. A real 5-star hotel, with amazing service and staff. Nicolas and Sarah were the most professional and kind – they truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back

We left early and returned to another hotel. The property is beautiful and the staff are nice, but at this price point there are much better options on Corsica. Its 5-star rating appears to come from the sister hotel located a five-minute drive away; this property doesn’t meet that standard on its own. Our main disappointments: • The room hot tub was unusable because it was swarming with wasps. • Although many activities are advertised, our email and in-person requests to book them went unanswered. • The hotel offered a dinner reservation, then cancelled because we would have been the only guests. • On-site there is only one small pool, and it was full of dead bees and wasps; the other pools are at the sister property and require a drive. • The location, right next to a busy road, is noisy, and there is little else to do on-site. On the positive side, the building is charming and the view from the dining patio is lovely. At the right price it could serve as a pleasant bed-and-breakfast or an exclusive venue for a group booking the whole property—but it is not a 5-star experience.

We stayed here as part of a hiking trip The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room was on the lower level, with a short set of stairs to a wonderful pool. The room was very comfortable with a great view across the bay. The bath was large with plenty of vanity space. The very best part of the hotel was the staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk at our arrival. They sent down to their sister hotel for a bottle of wine and brought it down to the pool for us. They made our stay very memorable.

5 stars all the way!! 6stars if it was possible to do so.|The property is exceptional at all levels. The views and scenery are exactly as shown on the website ..... if not better. The staff (Stephanie, Agathe, Guenael, Rosa, Maude etc...) is beyond caring, professional and nice. Every single detail is taken care of, rooms are stunning and spotless. We stayed 6 nights at the property and got to enjoy as well the sister property (Le Marinca) which is exceptional as well. The location and hotel were fabulous. The welcome exceptional and the service first class. Our stay at L'Hostellerie Du Moulin des Oliviers was unforgettable. The hotel is close to Propriano with its restaurants, and within easy driving distance from sandy beaches.

We stayed 3 nights and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel is an old gigantic wine vat that have been beautifully transformed into an hotel with amazing views over the gulf of Propriano. The staff is very welcoming and you feel more in friends' home than in a hotel. The hotel has recently opened and the signage limited and it took us a while to find it. The owner is extremely friendly and happy to explain the history of this magical place. The breakfast buffet is excellent, just a bit on the pricey side...

Ferry tale home and experience. Beautiful and very private. Was wonderful with a large family of 20 people to spend quality time together at one large castle type home. Breakfast and dining I was 2 minutes away at a sister hotel Marinca hotel and spa. Wonderful hotel with a great beach. Lot of steps to and fro to the beach. So pls ensure you are a little fit 😄. Overall wonderful time with family.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a view. Pool was nice, but cold. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very well tended grounds. Good location.
