The hotel is fairly central , however we were aware there was no lift in the hotel which has two floors and unfortunately we were on the top and it’s a serious climb ! The hotel is very clean with lovely staff but that’s where it ends ! We paid for the breakfast €20 per head per day and I would suggest you go somewhere else as it’s definitely not worth the money! Now as for the pool area , what a joke as it needs completely overhauled , weeds everywhere and cheap furniture!

This place is a gem! We absolutely LOVED it! From the moment Louis answered the door, we were transported into an enchanted atmosphere! He was friendly, helpful and cheerful and the room we occupied was impeccable: clean, with modern amenities, large windows and very high ceilings. There is a breakfast room downstairs and a lovely pool area. Beziers is the oldest city in France, with numerous attractions. The hotel is near the old city, about ten minutes on foot.

We enjoyed our stay. Be aware there is no elevator. The room was huge and immaculate. The staff was professional and couldnt have been any nicer. This is a 14 minute walk from cathedral. Its 20.00 to take a taxi. The breakfast was really good. I would love to stay again. Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely room on the first floor. As hotel rooms go it was large with a high ceiling and large windows. The fittings were minimalist but adequate and functional. The aircon worked! The shower facilities were modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was on the minimal side (but adequate). It is a "continental"style breakfast with eggs to order. the coffeee tasted of coffee (never a given in France!) and the breakfast room was spacious and modern overlooking the courtyard and pool area. This is a nice hotel and we would be happy to return. The staff we met were obliging and friendly. The only negative point is the acoustics. There is no lift (elevator) and the steps to the top floor are marble composite of some sort. Guests in the floor above us had an early departure at around 0500 and made considerable noise bouncing their wheeled luggage down the hard steps with no apparent attempt to leave in silence. This of course is not the fault of the hotel, but perhaps a protocol of some sort could be introduced to ensure that other sleeping guests are not disturbed. The hotel is also well located for exploring the centre of Beziers (just a ten minute walk away).

We visited this delightful hotel back in December when the world was normal. We were on the way to Mallorca with our two dogs. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We’d like to go there to explore Béziers at leisure instead of the flying visit it was.|We were late arriving but nothing was too much trouble for the owner and his delightful dog. The hotel itself is gorgeous, decorated with many interesting works of art. I love the style of mixing old with modern.|Our bedroom was vast, beautifully restored antique wooden floors, huge windows and shutters. The bathroom was glorious and modern too - everything you’d need. We had to dash off in the morning so we didn’t manage breakfast, but it looked good. The garden and pool looked wonderful too. A real gem of a hotel.

This old mansion has been lovingly restored and is an absolute beauty. The location, while not in the middle of the old town, is a mere ten minutes walk away. There is a lovely pool area out back, our unfortunate timing (they were tearing up the entire street to lay new pipe) meant that it was too noisy to use other than on the weekend. There is another lovely sitting area in the house itself and wine is available to purchase. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed, each one different. The only negative is that the old wood floors do make a lot of noise and you can hear people in the next room. Our room had a large walk in shower and a lovely bed. Owners and manager are wonderful and go out of their way for you. I did misunderstand the breakfast situation in that I thought it was included in the price, it is not. There is a nice selection of fruit, yogurt and pastries available as well as eggs if you ask. Overall we really liked this hotel in spite of the roadwork!

What a charming hotel! Beautiful decor. Most importantly, lovely people who run it. The manager Nicholas was so helpful in addressing a problem we had with our room, he was very professional and so kind. We would definitely stay there again.

This amazingly renovated mansion runs by a lovely family. They are experts about guest satisfaction. They made all kind of arrangements for us during our stay. They made our holiday an unforgettable one. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was so spacious and comfy. We loved this hotel and we will be back with more friends next year.
