L'Hôtel Particulier

For the price, you expect something excellent but the place lacks in the attention to the details and some maintenance. The apartment (the one of Vincent) is luminous with nice views over the garden. Nice personal decoration. Great shower and bathroom. I loved the shower gel and shampoo. Comfortable bed. Perfect location in Nancy, very quiet area and so close to everything. But the kitchen appliances are very limited if you want to properly self cater. Some lights were not working, same for the nespresso machine. And the little red sofa in the bedroom saw better days, not very comfy. But all in all I enjoyed my stay.

First, the positive sides. The location, and free secure parking. I cannot comment on the apartments or the breakfast cos we occupied a double room with tea and coffee making facilities , very limited. The room was relatively clean . There were cutlery but no plates ??? Only a metal bowl, two mugs, one chipped. We went out and bought mugs and bowls for breakfast as we didn’t feel comfortable using the mugs provided. We spent four nights but the room wasn’t cleaned (rooms will be cleaned at an extra cost). The bathtub has no anti slip mat and no bath mat in the room. There is no shower curtain so there is a high risk of slipping in the bathroom. No handrail either. Only way to take a shower is by lying or crouching in the tub holding the shower in one hand and the tub with the other so as to reduce the risk of slipping. The staircase carpet is very dirty and far from the beige colour carpet not as depicted on the photo.

Terrible room with a terrible organisation. Arrived at the end of the day in Nancy and the room was absolutely terrible. Not clean at all. Tried to reach Cocoonr, but no response. Booking.com reacted at our complaint with "Send email with pictures" which we did. After that, complete silience. Tried to reach cocoonr for 4 days, but still no response on my complaint about the dirty airco, fridge with hairs, (sleep)couch with a lot of stains and dripping water at the walls and a lot of dirty dust all around the place. And did I mention the bugs at the lamps ? Dirty as hell. Never again !|Booked for 5 days, left after 1 night. We had to stay as all was full in the neighbourhood and it was to late to travel to the Netherlands !

This blatant violation of our rights as tenants is absolutely intolerable. The removal of the air conditioner remote without our presence or permission is not only unauthorized but also a serious breach of trust and privacy. We rented this apartment specifically for the air conditioning and the designated parking space, thr air conditioninh has been made unavailable due to your irresponsible and unacceptable actions.

You don't want ts sleep here. Rooms to dirty and no response from the owner whatsoever for 4 days.. Bugs, stains and a lot of dust was what we came across. And nobody responded. We've booked 5 days, left after one ( we had to stay 1 night due to the late arrival and no option to sleep elsewhere). More pictures available if wanted.

The hotel is extremely well situated, quietly located between a large city park (Pepiniere) and a beautiful private park on a dead end street. It is very close to Place Stanislaus. The family who runs the hotel is lovely. You feel like a family guest. The breakfasts are ample and very tasty. The rooms are large and well lit by windows. The only downsides are that the hotel is a walk up, there is no elevator and there is no air-conditioning. However our bags were carried up and the room was very comfortable with the windows open to the park.

There isn’t words to describe how nice our stay was, we arrived late at night two women from Canada and no idea where we were.... Vincent came to the rescue by coming to us and followed him to this great location! Very informative to where to go and what to do while we were in town! Our room overlooked the park and was by far the cleanest room we had in three weeks !!! The hospitality and the quaintness of the room gave us a great french experience. The room was spacious and welcoming! Do not miss this hotels hospitality!!! Best service in all of France !

Very nice hotel in fantastic location and with parking front of the hotel. We were very satisfied about it.||Breakfast was served to the room because Covid which I don´t like so much but I understand the situation.||There was fridge, ventilator, coffee machine so generally everything what you need for your stay. We were very satisfied.||||I don´t like bath solution in the room. Generally bath was in the room, without door and only glass screen between which we really hate it. But its personal.||Room was full of spiderwebs on the top. But rest of room was clean.||For breakfast we also prefer some salty things as ham, salami and etc. It was completely sweet version. But again its our personal taste.
