Terrible room with a terrible organisation. Arrived at the end of the day in Nancy and the room was absolutely terrible. Not clean at all. Tried to reach Cocoonr, but no response. Booking.com reacted at our complaint with "Send email with pictures" which we did. After that, complete silience. Tried to reach cocoonr for 4 days, but still no response on my complaint about the dirty airco, fridge with hairs, (sleep)couch with a lot of stains and dripping water at the walls and a lot of dirty dust all around the place. And did I mention the bugs at the lamps ? Dirty as hell. Never again !|Booked for 5 days, left after 1 night. We had to stay as all was full in the neighbourhood and it was to late to travel to the Netherlands !
