L'Hotel PortoBay São Paulo

A very clean, comfortable, and upscale hotel that delivers a premium experience. The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for both relaxation and work. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, standing out as one of the best I’ve seen, with an impressive selection and top-tier quality.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights late December 2025 following a tour of Brasil. The hotel itself was very well presented and the rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of fresh tasty options available. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Victor and Vitoria, in fact everyone was so helpful. The location of the hotel was great for shopping and exploring, with Uber's a plenty. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time, and I would stay here again.

The service was uniformly excellent and the breakfast was very good. My only small quibble with the breakfast is that their interpretive dance version of Eggs Benedict was served on the wrong bread and with a honey mustard sauce. If it doesn't have Sauce Hollandaise, it's not Eggs Benedict. Call it something else. ||The bed was very comfortable. Though we we told we had an upgrade, the room was pretty small with only a view of the next building. All the room's accoutrements worked fine. Overall, a very good experience, four stars for the room and five stars for the service quality.

I stayed at this hotel in Sao Paulo with my family, and we had such a great experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Even the gentlemen opening the doors greeted us with warm smiles every day, which made us feel so welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sao Paulo.

Came in from Atlanta, GA to stay here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with, both, English and Portuguese to assist us with our stay and touring around Sao Paolo. We found the facility to be top tier in style and cleanliness. The professionalism of the staff and facility as a whole was a stand out. We will be looking to stay here again in the future when we make the trip back.

Excellent hotel with very professional staff (particular thanks to Yan!), good facilities, nice rooms and a superb location! We arrived around 8am in the morning and chose not to pay to get early checkin, but the staff still kindly let us use the shower on the top floor and we had (paid) breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety! I also used the small but good hotel gym. Plus there were some nice touches like chocolates and weather forecast each evening.

Coming back to this hotel is like coming home for me. Always great service. I love the rooms, the beds and the baths with marble and old world charm. The masseur there also great plus. And I like the smell of the place..

Excellent hotel with a high level of service. Cosy, correct and comfortable. Good food and friendly people. For me sufficient reasons to go back to that hotel!
