Got a last minute room on the main avenue because it had a nice entrance, everything seemed good at first, especially for the price of 600 pesos. CONS: Blaring music next door until 4am!! Barely slept at all. What’s the point of a room if you can’t rest? Bathrooms were dirty and damp. Stain on the sheets and dirty floors. A/C unit was not working, although they did state this before checking in. On top of that, the guy checking me in made a sexual innuendo to me, another man, and it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, before stepping out he tried to do it again, and I just ignored his comments and diverted the conversation. At 3 am, I get a knock on my door and I did not open, but I suspect it was the same worker. Again, awful experience. Space did not feel safe to me and I’m a grown man.

Good central location, friendly stuff, nice design. Breakfast was tasty. No warm water in this price category is just not acceptable! It was very noisy from the street and from the people passing around. Once the entrance doors were closed and there was music playing the experience was much better. I was really disappointed about them not having hammocks at disposal. They said that they were washing them….

Really chilled vibe at this affordable hotel on the main strip in Tulum. The staff are super friendly and there is a basic but decent breakfast of bread, jam and fruit included. The main drawback is pounding music at night from the bar nextdoor. It is so loud that earplugs are of little help but at least it always stops at 2:00am. The shower was difficult to regulate, with low pressure and either scalding hot or cold water.

A very relaxing place. The host and staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are part of a wooden village house which are comfortable enough. The courtesy breakfast the host prepared was superb. Just that there was loud music outside from the bars and pubs which only stopped at 1:30-2:00am.

I wrote a review on Booking.com and got a very rude reply. I just wanted to point out that even if you love dogs (I do) you don’t want barking dogs all night and even if you love music (I do) when you retire for the night you want to sleep not to be disturbed until 4 in the morning by music and then by barking dogs. I know this was not the fault of the hotel. However reviews are to help intending guests choose the right hotel. |At the time of our stay the staff were friendly and helpful, I did not expect an abusive reply to my review. |The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Nevertheless we felt, even at Tulum prices that this was a bit basic and poor value for our money.

5 stars! This was a beautiful stay! I loved hanging out on the hammock in the garden. Our room was perfect, it was clean and we slept peacefully, it also had a smart tv. 5 stars for not only the beautiful stay, but for the amazing hospitality and the free breakfast was delicious as well!

Nice little hotel in the center of Tulum near ADO bus station. Friendly staff and a really delicious breakfast! However you need earplugs because you can hear everything from the outside. This area can be very noisy at night. Earplugs are already ready in the bathroom.

Located very centrgal on the busy main road this place is a great hub for your Tulum experience. Great italian hosts, good breakfast, nice overall vibe. Can get a little noisey during the night due to countless bars&clubs nearby but they have earplugs waiting for you!
