Libertador looks pretty worn -- much more the rooms than the public spaces, which are fine except for a very occasional tattering between the strips of carpeting. Even the towels are worn thin, with 2 that we received over our 4 days at the hotel very tattered at the ends. From our experience, the infrastructure also appears to be wearing out. The first room we were given smelled distinctly of mold. To the hotel's credit they moved us promptly, and the next room had no smell. However, we soon learned that this room lacked hot water and cooling capacity from the air conditioning. Again, quite promptly a technician appeared, and after he did some work in the bowels of the building, we did have hot water and cooling. Unfortunately, 2 days later we were again without both hot water and cooling. Personal service was good, not particularly warm or friendly, but all-round effective.

sorry but what is this "4" star hotel even about? was it gifted by someone? i've read multiple reviews already and all the positive reviews gotta be a joke. the rooms are dirty and disgusting. everything looks so out dated - walls, furniture, curtains, air conditioning, bathroom, etc! walls are moldy. furniture looks very old and used. air conditioning doesn't even work it stays the entire time at 22 degrees no matter how often i try to make it either under or above 22 degrees it instantly switches back to 22 and it's so loud you have to turn it off when you want to sleep (so much to the "advanced technology"). bathroom is a nightmare for women! you need space for your stuff? you won't have it there. you want to take a proper shower? be ready to have a huge puddle in your bathroom anytime after you've showered! you want silence and privacy? you won't have it because there are 2 doors in the room, one of them is the main door but the other is a door right in the middle of your room so the people next to your room can hear anything you do and in the hallway people are constantly loud and walls are far away from being soundproof! you want a good service? they may offer you help and are trying to be kind but where's room service at? apparently theres room service but the button on the room phone doesn't even work, theres no proper information for anything. you try to look for the menu? it does exist but not on the official website. you want to use the elevator? it takes ages sometimes to get somewhere! don't visit this hotel ever, i haven't experienced this huge downgrade of a "4 star hotel" ever. pretty sure there are so many other better hotels to stay at.

We recently held our event at this hotel and could not have been more pleased. Everything was simply excellent – from the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The event spaces were beautifully set up, the atmosphere was just right, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the wonderful team. Both our clients and our team felt very well taken care of. It was truly a great experience, and we will definitely be happy to return for future events.

Nice hotel, the rooms need updates. Breakfast was just ok. Too many pastries. No vegetables, only one choice of cheese. Regular coffee .

Was probably once a nice hotel. It is not 4*… Toilet broke down twice in three days, rooms are tired, friends did not have hot water. Good location and responsive staff

Absolute disappointment — definitely not 5 stars At the entrance, we were greeted by a security guard asking, “Do you have a reservation?” — with a look as if we were just trying to use the free restroom. The atmosphere was unpleasant from the very beginning. But the worst part came at check-in: we were asked for our bank card and, without any explanation, the staff started writing down all the details, including the CVC code. We were shocked — this is a gross violation of all security standards. Do not hand over your card details here: you have no idea where this data will be stored or who might use it. We were told that this was a “mandatory rule for all foreigners in Argentina” — which is absolutely untrue. It took a long discussion with the senior manager before we managed to avoid providing our card details. In the end, we were given a room. When we entered, we were horrified: mold in the bathroom; burn marks on the furniture; a ventilation grille completely covered in dirt. We immediately refused to stay, requested a refund, and left. This is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. Strongly not recommended.

Very nice stay at this Hotel in March. But I would advise you not to have your laundry done here. I had some brand new linen trousers laundered. Admittedly I didn't open the plastic seal to check them at the time of return. When I went to put them on a few days later,( When I had left the country) I noticed a large tear in them. I think they must have got caught up in a machine, somewhere along the process. When I got home I emailed them. After several emails back and forth and chasing them up 3 months later, they declined to refund the bill. Someone must have knowm that this damage had been done especially when they were ironed. But it wasn't pointed out to me at the time. Its not the money its the principle.

It’s advertised as cheap, because it is. The lights in the room weren’t working, and they weren’t fixed even after they knew they were broken for four days. They didn’t fix them before I left. I remember seeing breakfast included on the itinerary, and they let me use it up until the last day when they said that it wasn’t included. They also charged over $100 for the stuff in the minibar
