Liberty Apartment Hotel

Our room was really quiet, which is amazing as it's located right on Taranaki Street - a perfect location for us. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, with a king bed split into two beds, which were very comfortable. The bedroom is away from the large windows, and we were able to make it very dark, resulting in three fantastic nights of sleep! The carpet seemed new, the kitchen had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was tired though, and could be replaced. Staff was friendly and we had no problems with checking in after hours. They have an agreement with Les Mills, which is right across the street, so I went to the gym on each day we were there. Such a win!

Great central CBD location. Secure and quiet. Well-appointment large 2-bedroom apartment with good amenities. Very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were friendly and we appreciated the daily cleaning and stock replacement service. ||The only negative was not being able to open any windows. However, the air conditioning was very effective.||The front desk were excellent to deal with, both initially and when we had to extend our stay.||Would definitely recommend the Liberty Apartment Hotel for a comfortable inner city apartment stay.||Thank you!

The location was 3 minutes from St James Theatre which hosted the Commodores event. Very easy to get there on foot. Other shops walking distance. Room was "no thrills" which is what we wanted and very clean. No car parking on site but public parking available 100 metres away. I would recommend for a night stay to anyone.

Beautiful stay, exceptional customer service We picked Liberty Apartment Hotel for its pet-friendly policy, lovely rooms, central location, and reasonable rates. These aspects all delivered, but they went above and beyond with their customer service. The receptionists and housekeepers were always quick to provide additional amenities (more toiletries or towels, etc.) during our stay. However, after we checked out, we realized we left behind an extremely sentimental item (our child's irreplaceable stuffed animal) in the linens. The staff--especially Fabian--went out of their way to ensure they double- and triple-checked the room we stayed in, and even contacted the linen company to return our beloved item. We could not be more grateful for their service throughout our stay and even after we left. If you book with them, you (and your pets!) will be well taken care of.

Great experience here, much better than expected! Room was huge, big and comfy bed, kitchen very functional, lovely staff - right in the heart of Wellington. Only minor issue was the lack of a pan (only pots) as well as salt and pepper (and oil). Would definitely go back!

Our accommodation was really good. After hours arrangements were easy to follow. The unit was large with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also location was central. Pity we only had one night, looking forward to coming back. Also loved the complimentary biscuits.

Exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, with all the amemiries needed for a great stay. Due to being right in the city center we expected traffic noise but there was none. Staff were so lovely and super helpful.
