Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel

We just had 7 nights stay at liberty Central. Absolutely could not fault them. The staff are at the door opening and closing behind each guest, at one point there was no one there ( the only time in our 7 nights) and just as I went to open a man came literally running to grab the door for me. This is just one example of their commitment to customer service. The staff in the executive lounge are friendly, kind and professional and everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The executive lounge is wonderful value always clean and the food served is tasty. The location is perfect a short walk to most tourist destinations and an easy driveway for drop off and pick up. The pool and rooftop bar were a nice way to unwind and with a wonderful view. Look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

I really enjoyed my stay at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint. The location is perfect – right in the heart of District 1, within easy walking distance to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market and many cafes and restaurants. The hotel is modern and very clean, with comfortable rooms, good air conditioning and nice city views. The rooftop pool and bar are definite highlights, offering a great spot to cool off and enjoy the skyline after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast had a wide selection and the quality was consistently good. The staff were friendly and professional, helpful with taxis and recommendations, and check‑in/check‑out were smooth. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you want a comfortable, well‑located base in Ho Chi Minh City, and I would happily stay here again.

In my particular situation, I arrived early (8 AM), even though check-in isn’t until 2 PM.||Enter Uyên—the kindest and most thoughtful hospitality officer you could ever meet. Of course, my room wasn’t ready yet, but because I had booked an executive suite, I had access to the Executive Lounge. This quiet and peaceful space offers snacks and refreshments, and Uyên was kind enough to allow me to relax there while my room was being prepared. She also went above and beyond, providing phenomenal local recommendations for places to visit—and she wasn’t wrong about a single one! If you’re considering booking this hotel, do yourself a favor and book an executive suite for access to that lounge. Trust me—it’s worth it!||As for the hotel itself, it's an establishment that boasts enough amenities to rival a resort. Why do I say this? Everything there is so well thought out that I almost didn’t want to leave the building. There’s a restaurant on the 3rd floor, the Executive Lounge on the 16th floor, and the Rooftop Bar at the very top! Each day also brings different specials, giving you even more incentive to stay in the hotel. On Wednesdays, there’s “Wine Down” with 50% off wine and a live acoustic band. Thursday is “Thirsty Thursday,” offering another 50% off beer. And to follow it all up, Fridays feature a Guest DJ, perfect for kicking off the weekend. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, a vibrant social atmosphere, or a full-on party, you’ll definitely find it here!||The hotel also boasts an excellent fitness center, a pool, and a spa offering amazing massage services. This place truly has everything you could need for a luxurious and comfortable stay.||Last but certainly not least is the location. They don’t call it Liberty Central for nothing! The hotel is conveniently situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of landmarks, shopping, restaurants, museums, and vibrant nightlife. Couple all of this with over-the-top hospitality, and you’ll have a memorable experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.||If you’re debating whether or not to book this hotel, your debate is over! Great location, right in the centre of district 1 and easy to get around just by walking. Has a great rooftop area with a great pool to cool off. It is a little smelly up there but it just smells like the city. The rooms were laid out okay the issue we had was where to hang the towels. The buffet in the morning had a lot of options. It made it great to change up what to have in the morning from Vietnamese style food and western food. They also have gluten free options available just need to ask. The concierge was very helpful and friendly about where to go and helping with entering and exiting.

We visited the ABOVE SKYBAR on 2 occasions at night time during our 5 day visit to Saigon. The view from there is amazing. Each visit we were greeted by friendly staff, however Truc was a gem. She spoke good English and was very attentive and always ready for a discussion about their city and she was also interested in where we came from. She also told us about the special cocktails they were having on Christmas Day. She was very excited about them because she had input into the ingredients of these festive cocktails. The first night we were impressed by Tam the barman, who was very passionate about his job and had an excellent technique when making amazing cocktails. All in all our experience here was excellent we will be back again next year when we visit.

A very nice four-star hotel that provides a high-quality experience for visitors to Ho Chi Minh City. We found it to be the perfect spot to spend two nights recovering from our long flight. Guests will be impressed by the excellent facilities, which notably include a modern fitness center and a fantastic rooftop pool offering great views and a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The accommodation is top-notch, featuring comfortable and well-equipped rooms that ensure a restful stay. The hotel also offers a good choice for breakfast, catering to different tastes and starting the day right. Its location is excellent for urban exploration, being ideally situated for both shopping and for visiting key landmarks like the Opera House, which is just a short walk away. A note on pricing: This is not a budget option and is fairly pricey, positioning itself as a premium choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the city center.

Executive Room Review We stayed at this hotel from December 25th to 28th, on the 12th floor. The only positive point I can acknowledge is the politeness of the staff — unfortunately, that's also my only positive. The room was in a noticeably run-down and neglected condition. There was a lot of dust, and the cleaning was only superficial. The bathroom was truly dirty: the sink drained very slowly, the toilet was stained, and the flush button malfunctioned. The bathtub was an extremely impractical solution: made of plastic, without a proper shower curtain, so after each use, the floor was flooded with water. Furthermore, the bathtub was very slippery, making it uncomfortable and unsafe, especially for me as I was in the late stages of pregnancy. A regular shower stall would have been much more suitable. The room itself was small, dark, and gloomy, with almost no amenities for guests. The air conditioner was very dirty — you could hear the dust inside when it was turned on, it was very noisy, and very unpleasant to use. Soundproofing was also very poor — you could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The refrigerator had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it unusable. The Wi-Fi was very poor — it was impossible to watch movies or use social media normally. The hotel restaurant was also disappointing: we wanted lunch but nothing was available, not even tea. The Executive Room was completely subpar compared to the advertised standards and expectations. Unfortunately, the stay left a very negative impression.

I had a 4 day stay at the Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint. I enjoyed the location as it was centrally located to everywhere I wanted to walk to. From the moment I checked in, they offered a refreshing drink to me and allowed me to do an early check in which I appreciated it. Throughout my stay the service by all the staff was friendly especially the door staff. The breakfast buffet was great as well. The view from my room was fantastic. I would stay here again for future stays in Saigon.
