Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at the Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel. The hotel was extremely clean throughout, and the beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. A special mention goes to Thanh from the concierge team, who was incredibly helpful during my stay. He went out of his way to assist with recommendations and made everything much easier for me. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and comfort were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and would happily stay here again. Thank you to everyone that assisted me, sorry I didn't catch everyone's name. You all were extremely friendly and professional.

A beautiful hotel featuring a fantastic rooftop pool and bar, perfectly positioned in the heart of all the action. The service is exceptional from the moment you step through the doors, with check-in and check-out both quick and seamless. The rooms offer great views and, while slightly compact, are modern, stylish, and very well appointed. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is quiet yet highly effective. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, with a wide selection of Vietnamese, Asian, and Western dishes. The service throughout the hotel is faultless. One very minor suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the rooms for hanging towels. I highly recommend this hotel — it offers incredible value for money.

We loved our stay at the Liberty Central. The hotel location was ideal, within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Our room on the 11th floor was impeccably clean & modern with a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast served both delicious local and western varieties. Staff at this hotel is well trained. From front desk reception to housekeeping to restaurant attendants all are courteous and friendly. We had a blast staying at Liberty Central Citypoint and hope to come back again.

My stay was fine overall, but the second-last night completely ruined the end of my holiday. I was visiting Vietnam for Lunar New Year and the whole country was full of positive energy, which made this experience even more disappointing. At 2 a.m., a staff member named Thien called and, without greeting or properly introducing himself, immediately demanded that my partner’s sister leave the hotel. The tone was extremely rude, abrupt and confrontational. She was simply visiting us so we could spend time together before leaving Vietnam. I had booked 11 nights without any prior issues. If the policy had been explained respectfully, I would have complied, it was the attitude and delivery that escalated the situation. Because she had stayed beyond visiting hours, I was obligated to book a second room at 3 a.m. to comply with their policy. The night manager, Tran Phu An, supported the way it was handled rather than helping to de-escalate it. I hope hotel management reviews this incident seriously and ensures better training and professionalism moving forward. No guest staying 11 nights especially should be treated this way. Everyone else at the hotel was kind and welcoming, but this incident overshadowed what should have been a memorable end to my trip.

My family had a good stay at the Liberty Central hotel in Saigon. The location was excellent, as it was 400 m away from the city centre, and it was close to great Vietnamese restaurants as well as a restaurant called Sol. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable; however, the showers were sometimes faulty and lacked hot water. Furthermore, the service was great, as whenever we ordered food to the room, it arrived within 20 minutes of us ordering. In terms of cost, we paid around 21,600,000 Vietnamese dong, or 824 USD, for a family of four, with 2 separate rooms, and staying there for three nights, which in my opinion is a good value. Lastly, breakfast was good; however, there was sometimes not enough cutlery or kitchenware, which the staff were slow to attend to at times. Overall, the hotel was good, but with a few minor changes, they could be excellent.

I stayed here for four nights just before Christmas and can't fault anything about my stay. Checking in about 10pm after a long flight felt like a breeze and restaurants and facilities were well explained.|The room was excellent, comfy bed, excellent aircon and a lovely walk in shower. Two large water bottles provided in the room per day, very much needed with the heat and humidity outside. ||The restaurant for breakfast is excellent, fresh eggs cooked how you prefer, a great selection of meats and noodles, as well as more "westernised" breakfast items like cereals, yoghurts, fruit, waffles etc. Really nice iced coffee as well, best of all the hotels I stayed at whilst in Vietnam.||The room is also well soundproofed so the hustle and bustle outside was mostly blocked out, and I couldn't hear anything from any of the other rooms.||Roof top pool and sun loungers, and bar. A reasonably sized gym as well with dumbells, 2 multi use bits of kit, stretching mats, treadmill and cross trainer||Excellently located as well in district 1- close to the main museums, very close to a shopping centre and good array of bars and restaurants around

We just had 7 nights stay at liberty Central. Absolutely could not fault them. The staff are at the door opening and closing behind each guest, at one point there was no one there ( the only time in our 7 nights) and just as I went to open a man came literally running to grab the door for me. This is just one example of their commitment to customer service. The staff in the executive lounge are friendly, kind and professional and everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The executive lounge is wonderful value always clean and the food served is tasty. The location is perfect a short walk to most tourist destinations and an easy driveway for drop off and pick up. The pool and rooftop bar were a nice way to unwind and with a wonderful view. Look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

For us as a couple this hotel was perfect. The location was excellent with many of the main attractions a 10 minute walk away. There are numerous eateries ranging from posh/expensive to cheaper ones, all offering superb food. The breakfast was superb with lots of choice, it also varied over the days we were there. Service was outstanding. An example, my wife is Gluten intolerant. This was mentioned on check in and in the morning she was shown around breakfast and was told what was OK. Our room was lovely with floor yo ceiling windows.
