Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel

Great location, right in the centre of district 1 and easy to get around just by walking. Has a great rooftop area with a great pool to cool off. It is a little smelly up there but it just smells like the city. The rooms were laid out okay the issue we had was where to hang the towels. The buffet in the morning had a lot of options. It made it great to change up what to have in the morning from Vietnamese style food and western food. They also have gluten free options available just need to ask. The concierge was very helpful and friendly about where to go and helping with entering and exiting.

This hotel is excellent. From the moment you arrrive (actually before I even arrived Tuan ( Danny) was super helpful and responsive) the service is exemplary. Staff are super friendly and helpful but without going overboard so it certainly comes across as authentic. This is my third consecutive stay here but my eighth visit to HCM. I will not stay anywhere else.||During my stay I often had to work in my room so would have the do not disturb and therefore miss my room being cleaned. There was never any fuss in cleaning later in afternoon even though it had been my choice to miss the morning shift. Nothing is too much trouble. ||The gym is great for a hotel - a good selection of weights, plus aerobic machines (I.e. treadmill etc) and even some strength machines. Unusual for a hotel. The roof top pool and bar make for a great place to relax and even though I am sure it is hotel prices they are reasonable compared to anything you would find in other major cities.||Apart from the great service, the location is fantastic. So close to the epicentre of District 1 with all its malls, markets and attractions and yet quieter than other hotels I have stayed at. I mean it is a city location so you have to expect some noise - it’s just the life blood of the city. I love it.

The hotel room is not practical. Small size room and basically not enough space for 2 large luggages. The bed feel old and seems used for long time. Not comfortable at all. The cover linen is hard. Bathroom is worse. Have to shower inside the bathtub. Cannot imagine for those senior visitors. Shower mixer is complicated. Turn left or right and you will get hard cold water on you. Before you have figure it out which direction is correct. Sound proof is good. No street sound and very quiet. Reception crew well trained and doing their job okay. The hotel is well location with every in short distance walk. Price is little at higher end.

We loved this hotel. Great location, attentive and prompt staff. Rooms were clean. Although our bathroom had a roll down blind for the shower that was a little mouldy. The breakfast was vast and delicious. Pool was great to cool down after a day exploring

Not at all worth and good for its price. Very congested. Room is presentable. We stayed 3 days in Solex hotel. It is normal but it was better service. Today we booked this but it is waste Water mixer is hard to understand. Not good quality. Not enough lights. You feel dark

Great hotel and excellent location. Staff were extremely helpful |Amenities were very good and the pool was a welcome from the heat.Sadly and this is not the hotel’s fault we were assaulted by noise from a construction site till 2am in the morning and also noise from a festival that was deafening from 10am to 10 pm for the 4 nights we were there.iIf I knew that was happening we would never have booked there

Location- Fantastic. Right in the middle of everything you want to see. Can walk everywhere. Restaurants, bars and tourist attractions all close .Amenities- Breakfast was really decent . Good variety of food to satisfy every taste. The pool and sky bar are really nice. It’s great to chill and relax.Staff- Most staff were very very helpful. Our first room had a big problem with the AC and they changed us to another room. However one staff at breakfast was a little abrupt when we asked him to make us the local iced coffee, telling us that we should do it ourselves. Not great.Room: As mentioned the first room was a disaster with the AC. They moved us to another room which we appreciated but the room was so so so much smaller and the curtains were horrendous. The light constantly shines through , making it difficult to have a nice rest.This is the 4th hotel on our trip to Vietnam and the only one so far that didn’t accommodate any token for my 40th birthday. Trip even checked with me before but nothing at the hotel. I read reviews that people received nice things. Oh well. Overall it is convenient to see everything HCM has to offer.

We stayed at the Liberty with our American tourist group. This had a fantastic central location in the city and felt safe. It is very close to the tourist market and has a convience store right next door. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! I definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
