Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel

I stay at the Liberty Central Citypoint regularly on business trips to Vietnam and also get my staff to stay there on their visits. I have also recommended this hotel to many Australian work colleagues. |The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped and spotless. If I need any additional amenities the 16th and 17th Floor housekeeping is superb. Also, Tuan and others in the 16th floor lounge are very helpful and obliging.|Breakfast is comprised of a wide variety of Vietnamese and western food. Fresh and appealing. |From the front concierge to the check in staff my arrival is seamless and quick. Great service, nothing too much trouble and a genuine warm smile throughout the property.|Rachelle and her staff do a tremendous job. Great value for money and you are treated attentively and without fuss.|Nina on the front desk runs a seamless check in team and efficient departure process.|This hotel cares about it's guests.

Truly the best hotel you can choose to stay in HCMC.|From the moment you walk in the door Trung who leads a very efficient Conceirge team cannot do enough for you. Trung and his team are full of knowledge and go out of their way to help.||The team at the reception desk are very efficient in checking you in and will do everything to accomodate your needs.|This was never more evident than when I requested a room upgrade on my last night at the hotel. |They accommodated my request with minimum fuss.||I can’t go past without leaving a special comment for Trinh at the Bistro.|Her friendly manner and infectious smile really makes my day. |It’s a testament to the training the team receive. |I recall Trinh from my visit last year being a trainee and to see how far she has come is a credit to her and the training the hotel gives their team.||I highly recommend anyone looking for the perfect hotel in HCMC to stay at the Liberty Citypoint.||So many compliments to give I can go on and on, need to also mention the very varied and deliciously tasty breakfast. |The divine rooftop pool and an amazing Executive lounge experience:||Thank you team for giving me an unforgettable experience.

One of the nicer Hotels that I've stayed at during my short trip. This was my first time traveling internationally and I am usually a money saving "cheap" person. After staying at a 2 + 3 star hotel I wanted to splurge a bit on my last night in the city. It was a bit last minute but they had 2 rooms available for my friend and I a day prior that I booked on agoda. The lobby is huge, clean and a breath of fresh air from the busy life around the city. The staff was very helpful and asked if I preferred to speak in Vietnamese or English. They explained all of the rules to me clearly. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. I had a very good night's rest. I did not like how the TV turned on every time I returned to my room and inserted the key card. What is even more surprising is they have a movie theater in the hotel. My friends and I took advantage of this and went to see a movie and had a good experience. The hotel's location is within walking distance of everything. 2 minutes walk away from Saigon Center + Saigon Square. When I come back I will be booking a room at this hotel again.

Liberty Central is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The rooftop bar and pool for me was a highlight. The view was spectacular especially at night and 2 for 1 cocktail specials, you can't go wrong. The staff were all very nice but a big shout out to Truc and her team at the rooftop bar. They were exceptional and to Trang, you are an absolute delight and thank you for always keeping my ice topped up, you are a sweetheart. |Highly recommended....Judy

Firstly the hotel has all the facilities you might expect from a four star hotel or better. Well placed in the centre of District 1 for business sight seeing or entertainment with a rooftop pool, dining and drinking with magnificent views, a ground floor bistro and a restaurant with quality presentations. The upkeep is first class with excellent rooms serviced by first class housekeeping. But for me the element that’s brings me back time and time again is the people who staff this hotel. Interested and keen to make the stay as pleasant as possible not only efficient and effective but always with a smile and friendly demeanour. My home away from home.

It was such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a big bed for a king size, the rooms are spacious and clean and have good soundproof doors. My room was just right in the lift lobby but I didn't even hear anything from the room. Convenience locations and walking distance to the popular market, Takashimaya, and Post Office. The hotel had a nice breakfast buffet and their Lobster Buffet for dinner was cheap and good. I would highly recommend this hotel if u are travelling to HCM. I will go back to his hotel again for my next trip. Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The rooms were decent size. The view was great. Room service was great as well. The fridge is a little small to put any water in. The bathroom shower does not have any curtains so water leaks to the bathroom floor. The beds are comfortable and the room is pretty clean. However the WiFi is really bad, it was hard to make plans without working WiFi but once we told front desk, they fixed it for us. The hallways do not have AC so sometimes it gets a little stuffy when walking in and out of the room. The pool was beautiful. Great views and great bar service. The location is great and can walk everywhere.

I stayed here with my parents and it was my 2nd stay at the hotel. The location is superb, walking distance to so many tourism attractions in D1. The service was excellent, though the room was a bit small. They offered an extra bed and a bigger room but I declined since we only stayed a night there. I appreciated their gesture. They packed extensive bfast boxes for my parents since we were leaving the hotel very early. I highly recommend this hotel.
