My first family vacation at the Liberty Central Riverside Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone, from the front desk and doormen to housekeeping and the dining room team was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. Our room was beautifully taken care of each day by Ms. Minh Thư. She made the bed perfectly, kept everything spotless, and always refreshed our towels. Her attention to detail really made our stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the Central Dining Room, where the restaurant manager, Ms. Le Thuy An, greeted us with a bright, cheerful smile. She always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. On our first breakfast, I tried the beef pho and it ended up being the best pho I’ve ever had. I loved it so much that I had a bowl every single day during our two week stay. A waiter shared that the pho is prepared by Ms. Quyen Huynh, the Demi Chef, who puts great care into choosing and preparing each ingredient. It truly is the best pho I’ve had in Saigon. Even more memorable is Ms. Quyen’s warm and friendly smile that she shares with guests every morning. I highly recommend the Liberty Central Riverside Hotel and the Central Restaurant to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, wonderful service, and delicious food. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The welcome and reception were warm and professional, making us feel at home right from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to all major tourist attractions and shopping areas. One of the highlights was the massage service provided by highly skilled and experienced specialists; it was truly one of the best we’ve ever had. All the staff members were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I recently visited Liberty Central Saigon Riverside for a celebratory dinner with a group of friends, and it was a night to remember. While I didn't stay in the rooms, the hotel’s public spaces and dining area offered a warm, welcoming vibe that immediately set the tone for a relaxed evening. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. The true star of the show is undoubtedly the location. We spent a good portion of our evening mesmerized by the view of the Saigon River. Watching the city lights shimmer on the water as the sun went down felt incredibly peaceful—a rare escape from the usual chaotic energy of District 1. The decor strikes a nice balance between modern chic and cozy comfort, making it a perfect spot for a long, heartfelt conversation over a meal. The buffet spread was impressive, offering a great mix of local Vietnamese flavors and international favorites. You can tell the kitchen puts heart into the presentation; everything looked as good as it tasted. However, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the dining room got quite loud and crowded during the peak hour, which made it a little difficult to hear everyone at our table. That said, the service was attentive—our glasses were never empty, and the staff were quick to clear plates without being intrusive. If you are looking for a place in Ho Chi Minh City to gather with people you love, this is a fantastic choice. It feels upscale but not intimidating. We left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts, having enjoyed one of the best views the city has to offer. I would definitely return for another sunset dinner!

I stayed in a Signature Room with River View and overall my experience was not good. On the positive side, the staff are very nice and helpful always polite and willing to assist. The breakfast is good, with a decent selection, and the location is excellent. It's very convenient for sightseeing, and most attractions are within walking distance. However, the negatives outweighed the positives for me. The hotel is right next to a main road, which makes it very noisy at almost all times. There is also a lot of smoke and dust coming from traffic. Additionally, the nearby waterway station turns into a party area, with constant loud music, making it feel like staying next to a festival ground - especially at night. This seriously affected rest and comfort, even in a river view room. Because of the noise, dust, and lack of quiet, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, despite the good location and friendly staff.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly. They helped book us a private tour of the Mekong Delta which was spectacular. The staff is great, the rooms are great. We had both a city view and a river view and liked them both. The breakfast was great with lots of options and fantastic service. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the hotel staff. I’ll definitely came back should be I be lucky enough to visit Saigon again.

Horrible to experience in HCM hotel. To choose the exec room king size where they combine into 1 King size is ‘amazing’ these days. Free laundry for 3pcs of clothes but no no laundry bag in the room after Day 1. Promised to send my shirt back in the morning for me to go work did not happen. The iron given to me is also dirty and stained my shirt. When I told them they pretended nothing happened. Have a reception lady to serve the lounge but cannot understand English is a real struggle. Lounge manager and Chef did not check the food in the lounge. They are cold and inedible. Totally disaster in this hotel and different from the one I had before at Liberty @City Point.

We highly recommend Liberty Central. We stayed here for our last week in Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is very clean and has a nice environment. We got a room with a view of the river. Pretty cool view when all of the buildings and bridge light up at night. All the staff we've come across have been very friendly. We particularly want to highlight Uyen & Tien who took care of our family very well. The location is very convenient. You can find great food within walking distance or just catch a very affordable rides to nearby restaurants and cafes.
