Liberty Saigon Greenview

The hotel is located at district 1 which is easily accessible to almost everywhere, may food outlet nearby and very near to Bui Vien Walking Street. opposite the hotel is September 23rd Park where there is a market and food court at the basement of the park. Many convenient store and food outlet within walking distance. Hotel room is not big but clean and breakfast is good. staff is very friendly and served with smile all the time.

The executive room is smaller than I expected but it’s clean and yes water pressure abit low but still acceptable. Breakfast was ok , not as fantastic as what I read in the reviews here but a short walk nearby has many nicer food. If you are intending to bring a Vietnam girl back, u need to buy extra room for 1mil so might as well go book nearby that allows visitors without extra charges. The staff here is friendly especially the guy manager. Female Receptionist alittle grumpy. Overall was still safe to stay here

Not really a happy customer here. Paid 2.1 million for a very basic and standard room without a lot of extras. Breakfast for two persons was included (in the fee). When I invited my friend this morning to enjoy the breakfast (because I paid for 2 persons), I had to pay extra because he came from outside. Besides that I find this weird (I paid for something already) I find the service from Mr. Hung very annoying. Without any friendly face he wanted that I paid right away for my friend, while I was eating a very average breakfast with limited coffee. Not a thank you....Nooo, you will not see my back anymore.

Small rooms, but excellent location. Poor breakfast (no eggs and one day even no bread) and small dinning room near reception. Perfect wi-fi. Toilet separated from rest of the room only by glass. Pleasant staff. For 20 EUR you can prolong your check-out until 6 p.m. Lots of bars and restaurants with cheap prices nearby. 10 minutes walking away from city center.

We stayed in over 100 hotels in Asia, and Liberty Saigon Greenview Hotel is definitely THE WORST hotel we have ever been to.1. Rooms are small and noisy, not even one cabinet or drawer to unpack luggage. 2. Breakfast was acceptable until I saw a HUGE rat running next to my feet in the dining room. 3. Staff insisted on charging 1.2 million Dong for visitor after 8 pm. Which is more than the price of the room!!!4. Even though we requested a quiet room while booking, they literally assigned us the worst toom in the hotel with windows to a busy street at front of a buss stop were busses were making lout beeping noise every few minutes.5. The hotel manager, Joe Le Minh Bao Chau, should be fired!!! He doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. When I met him to raise my concerns, instead of apologizing and offering solutions, he was disrespectful, angry, and blaming us.6. This was THE WORST HOTEL in Asia for us.

I stayed for one night and wouldn't stay there again. My window faced the road and it was load that was expected what I didn't expect is that you can hear anything from the room next door. My neighbour had a lot of visitors during the night, coming and going and lots of noise!! I mean if the room next door talks, you can hear every word!!! Good location but with walls like paper

Great location for tourists! It's close to the sleeper bus stop and a short walk to Bui Vien. The breakfasts are good, and the staff speaks English. Plus, there's a coffee shop right in the hotel.

The pictures on Google are not of the real rooms as no bath also bedrooms not that spacious 2 beds very close to each other stayed on second floor facing front no noise it was clean and service was good fresh towels and room was cleaned busy
