The customer service here is extremely poor paid for a sit just for my sit to be changed claiming they had network issues with both the manager n staff being aggressive this Benin terminal is the worst place

Their level of incompetence Is alarming,from lagos to benin..they suddenly decided to switch buses..put some passengers in one bus and some passengers in another then they left some of our bags in another bus,worst experience I have ever had...in fact the two experience I have had with libra motors are both terrible..I am never using their park again

Had a great ride with them from Lagos to Benin and I was impressed with their customer service and the follow up afterwards. I would definitely use their service some other time
