Libyan Princess

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Libyan Princess. We have stayed several times and always received a warm welcome. As this was our honeymoon, we upgraded to the Executive Suite, a lovely room with private balcony. Delighted to find a celebratory bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruit in the room on our arrival! The hotel is ideally located for exploring Palaiochora and surrounding areas. On this occasion we took a boat trip to Elafonisi, another to Lissos and Sougia, and had a walk up to the mountain village of Anidri. We also much enjoyed the wine tasting with Margaret, discovering some delicious local rosé wines! We highly recommend the Libyan Princess, and hope to visit again in the near future!

We arrived at this super hotel after 6 days in Chania Old Port.|The setting is perfect, on the main road (definitely not busy) coming into Paleochora and walking distance to all beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes.||The hotel is modern, spotless and attractive.|I booked a double room with pool view but I think we were given a triple room with pool view - a little larger .|The room was spacious with loads of storage (possibly one of the best set up rooms we have stayed in).|Again everywhere was spotless, the bathroom was large with a shower over the bath.|Nice toiletries, ample toilet paper ;)|The only niggle was the water stopped a few times while showering. I always showered first and was ok but my husband suffered a few times :(|Lovely ladies kept our room fresh and clean.||Breakfasts were super, loads of choice of hot and cold food and again the staff were excellent keeping everything well replenished.||The swimming pool is lovely and nice to return to after a day exploring or on the beach.||Overall we had a super hotel at the hotel and really loved our stay in Paleochora.|We will return.|Thankyou for a lovely time|Debbie and Dave Green xx

This was our second stay here, and it won't be our last. This hotel was as delightful as we remembered with a spacious room, beautiful pool, and delicious breakfast. The front desk was always helpful as well with beach and restaurant recommendations. Service was friendly at breakfast as well. We will look forward to returning one day again!

Every year is better and better!! The amazing staff, the cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast with the Cretan delicacies, and the constant renovations, just to mention a few. No matter how long we stay, it's never enough. Will miss everyone! See you next year!!!!

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms and common areas and pool. The beds were great and the had free water bottles and tea and instant coffee in the room. In Palaiochora is the best hotel. It is reasonably priced for a 5 star service and the staff is extremely nice and friendly. You cannot find anything better in the center. Breakfast was amazing! We had a room facing the street, but there was no traffic neither was noisy. We had a balcony. They have reserved enclosed parking for free.

Very tidy, everything works. Good vibe. Small gym has everything you need, really. Neat, modern rooms, nice breakfast. Super (really, *super*) friendly, helpful staff. Location is not really a thing in Paleochora, so that, too, is excellent :) Will return.

LP is a very comfortable hotel with a big enough pool. The personal was absolutely the best! So friendly and helpful 🩷 LP has a good gym and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful familyvacation with our teens.
