As soon as I walked in, I felt a sense of calm wash over me—the serene ambiance, subtle aromatherapy, and ambient lighting created an instant retreat from the city’s hustle. The facilities are top-notch, with everything meticulously maintained, making it clear that attention to detail is a priority here. I opted for their signature full-body massage followed by a hot stone treatment, and it was a transformative experience. My therapist was intuitive and skilled, effortlessly working through areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely renewed. Following the treatment, I relaxed in the thermal pool, which is surrounded by beautiful greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a private garden. To end the day, I enjoyed a detoxifying tea while basking in the serene atmosphere of the relaxation lounge. It was the perfect way to unwind and indulge, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to refresh and recharge in luxury.

The only thing here that is good is location, the quality service food ,menus and price it's not totally equivalent,,,, it's too much expensive, and always breakfast is same food with same lunch and dinner

The hotel is very safe and clean and has good service. The mall in the same building is an advantage because you can eat and buy different things. |The place where is located is safe. Also this hotel allow to pay in US Dollar with a good rate.

The hotel is in a great location. I experienced outstanding service. I really enjoyed their gym and has a very neat spa. Very secure place to stay either you go for business or leisure. Has amenities for every occasion.

Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.

Although I was born and raised in Caracas, I emigrated 20 years ago and had not returned since 2009 but a lot has changed. In a city that is full of challenges and difficulties for most of it's residents, Lidohotel provided an experience that I did not expect. It's not about the fine furnishings or rooftop restaurant or the top 4 things that I look for when boking a hotel room; clean room, comfortable bed, good and silent AC and good water pressure which Lidotel checks all, it's the staff that really make the difference. Every single employee from the housekeepers, to front desk to Novueau Restaurant like Noel, Marialys, Richard and many more that that escape my memory at the moment. In a country where minimum wage is less that $10 a month but has now shifted to a dollarized economy, it's simply amazing to run into people that go to work every day with a smile on their face with the goal of being of service to every guest and a the same time improve their own quality of life by working hard for tips so please tip often when you come.
