Life and Soul Health & Fitness Club Karratha

I will never train there again!!! When I went to end my membership, instead of printing off the document for me to sign they told me they’d email it to me, which they never did… This is a stalling tactic used by grubs trying to get money for nothing and making the patron run around printing off documents that they could easily hand straight over the counter… After multiple phone calls and leaving messages that I had not received the email not once did they return a single call!!! I literally had to go in, in person and put it on them to get my membership revoked!!!! And now I’m hearing from multiple people that they have been doing this to everyone!!! Scamming people out of money after they end their memberships, disgusting and putrid behaviour!!!! Never again

There is a lot of great things to say about this gym. It’s obviously popular with locals with a fit and friendly gym membership giving the place a real positive vibe. The equipment is all top class and in good order, they even have a hack squat machine which helps me stabilise for effective squat work and there is a bit of room to move around when working out. There are classes available for those who are interested and the gym includes an F45 franchise. The price point is exceptional at $27.50 for seniors for a week long membership which includes 24hr access. Fiona was on the front desk to help us and showed us around the gym, explained our access and membership entitlements and gave us a few helpful hints on where to visit in the local area, we loved Point Samson by the way, someone in the gym like Fiona who is so welcoming and friendly is brilliant. Sometimes it’s the little things like deodorant and shower gel in the change rooms but this little gem puts it all together really well. If there were a 6 star rating you guys would get it from me. Thanks for showing us how it’s done.

A great gym with a range of weights and equipment for whatever you fancy. Accessible 24/7 (with your membership keycard), so very convenient to pop in whenever I feel like it. 👍🏽

Great atmosphere and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately I don't live in Karratha anymore and have not found a gym near my new home that is as welcoming as Life&Soul Karratha.

I'm new to Karratha and still checking out the variety of gym/fitness centres offered. I went to Life and Soul to check it out as I have heard that it's worth while and was blown away by the service the front desk officer Kim had to offer. She explained all the options to me, took me around, told me about the challenges, the F45 options, programs, etc. Brilliant service. Gym looks great, and offers a variety of equipment. Still not sure if I am going to join up, but the probability is a lot higher after popping in.

This gym is amazing, high quality equipments, the changing rooms are brand new and Kim the girl at the desk she is so kind. I would definitely recommend it!

Equipment is always broken, the floor is always dirty, the weights are always left all over the floor and the music is terrible, thats if its even playing. Half the time they dont have any playing leaving me to be forced to listen to all the gym bros grunting like they are Mr Universe. They need to invest more money into the gym instead of F45
