Such a beautiful find! We were not expecting to find a vegan restaurant in Volterra and were so happy to come across this gem; it’s a beautiful restaurant, with glass floors where you can see an ancient road and well through. The owner was incredibly warm and kind and the food was delicious. My dad was born and raised in Italy, and he thought it was fantastic. They also use local and organic ingredients. Even if you are a meat eater, this is worth the visit!

While we are not vegetarian nor vegan we wanted to give it a try based on positive reviews. We like to search out restaurants that offer something slightly different and this place fit the bill. I had the spicy lentil chapati and the handmade gnocchi. My friends had the Pici pasta and ancient wheat chard pesto, followed by a total vegan Tiramisu. On a lovely side street we dined on the patio. Staff was friendly and the service efficient.

Warm welcome as soon as we came in. The staff is really gentle and passionate about their products. The quality and freshness of their food is unbeatable and each dish is beatifully plated. We loved everything we ate, with special mention to the vegan chickpea cheese and the tiramisú.

Delicious vegan and gluten free food in a really nice restaurant in Volterra center. They have a lot of choices and a good variety of dishes. The staff is very friendly and the owner is welcoming. The dishes and flavours are well curated and the level of the food is high. We had the tagliere as a starter and then we had pici and vegetable timballo. Everything was very good. Also, the restaurant is located above Etruscan ruins and you can see them on the floor. Very recommended.

Best risotto I have tried in Italy (even I’m a meat lover) but the owner had convinced me otherwise. We also had really nice start (the soup, the roll). I would have loved to try more almond cream dish like pasta and tiramisu but we decided to try the carrot cake (I like the texture but found the jam to be a bit too sweet for my taste)

Incredible! This was the best vegetarian/vegan food we had in all of Tuscany. Every dish was delicious and unique, and very well-priced. It is on a very peaceful side street which made for a delightful experience. The owner was so sweet and was very careful about dietary restrictions. He also makes THE BEST gluten free bread of all time! Please do yourself a favor and come eat here!
