Our tour with Enrique in Costa Rica was absolutely unforgettable! He took us on an incredible journey where we visited an indigenous tribe for a fascinating medicinal tour, explored a beautiful waterfall, and even made a special stop just so we could see a sloth! Enrique was extremely nice, welcoming, and so knowledgeable—he was always ready to educate us and made sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the trip. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. The experience with him couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Enrique, for making our trip so special!

Weshke is such a beautiful and warm soul. She is full of a wealth of knowledge and knows how to handle a group. She was prepared for any and everything. Highly recommend to book her for a tour!

We did a medicinal plant tour + waterfall experience with Enrique and he MADE the trip for us. Of course the activities we did we amazing and speak for themselves-- but he was so kind, so passionate, and went above and beyond for us the ENTIRE day. He even basically took us to Panama. lol. Enrique is king. Give him a raise.

My visit to the Bri Bri community was an unforgettable experience! The tour was truly amazing, offering an authentic glimpse into the local culture and traditions. Meeting the shaman was a unique and deeply spiritual experience, and I felt a strong connection to the wisdom shared. The lunch was absolutely delicious, filled with local flavors that were simply divine. One of the highlights was participating in the chocolate-making process. Tasting the best chocolate of my life, made with just one ingredient, was something I will never forget. It was pure, rich, and unlike anything I've had before. The entire day was made even more special by meeting the most interesting and welcoming family, who shared their stories and traditions with us. This experience left a lasting impression, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to truly connect with Costa Rican culture!

Enrique took us on a chocolate and waterfall tour. When we signed up, we had no idea what to expect, but it was so much cooler than we thought it would be. Enrique took us all the way up to Bribri where we got a private tour of a small private family farm. The farm owner didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Spanish, but she did an amazing job of explaining everything and Enrique was a very patient translator. She showed us medicinal plants and the entire process of taking cacao beans right off of the tree all the way through to chocolate. It was SO cool! Then Enrique took us to this amazing waterfall where we got to take a nice break and go for a swim. Would highly recommend this tour.

Such an unique experience. We had a tour guide Francisco, who did his job great. We had a chance meet a healer from Bri Bri, to find out about Bri Bri traditions and people more. We also participated in cooking chocolate and then tasted it. Highly recommend to everyone to visit this amazing place with a professional passionate guide!

We went snorkeling today with Kenry’s team and had the most amazing experience. Our guide was fantastic and showed us so many incredible things we would have missed. She also offered to take my go pro and swim down deeper than I was comfortable so I could cherish the memories. We then stopped for fresh fruit on an island that was awesome and got to eat fresh fruit and enjoy the wild life even more 🐒 🦝….Overall I would highly recommend life & culture snorkeling tour in Cahuita and may be biased but requesting Kenry’s team is a MUST!

I absolutely enjoyed my shaman tour with rodolfo. He was friendly and informed, and very patient translating for folks on the tour who spoke neither English or Spanish. We visited protected Bri Bri territory, visiting a traditional awoc and learned about the cosmography of the culture, as well as received a cleanse and blessing for our travels. Then we visited a traditional farm, where rodolfo showed us different plants and their uses, pulling lots of leaves and plants for us to touch, smell and taste. Then we made chocolate with Dona rosa’s family and had a delicious and simple lunch. Truly a highlight! Booking with tirza was easy and they offer lots of other tour options that I would have taken, had there been time. They work closely, fairly and ethically with the indigenous community. I highly recommend.
