Not a good experience with the help from the store Manager/head. Very rude with a directly reply as 'No' for a query. Kindly be cordial with the customers however small their query might be - you are suppose to explain. Thanks.

I went in to buy a tracksuit and the way the “managers” spoke to the staff was a disgrace I ended up up going to JD.

Leinster Rugby tracksuit bottoms advertised as €33 reduced from €40. Get to the till and charge me €40, I explained there's a sign up saying reduced to €33. Staff member walks over, takes down the sign and tells me €40. Very bad customer service

Today I went there and all employees were wearing masks under their noses, one even was wearing on his chin. A few other customers were without mask unfortunately. That's a shame!

This store was amazing for customer service. I was accidently overcharged for an item and their staff are so well trained, professional, polite, and efficient. The future is bright with the amazing staff on board jn Dundrum Town Centre Lifestyle Sports.

Not a good place at all staff cant deal with people at whats so ever especially management. Ordered a la liga jersey with the help of staff in store on there tablets along with other bits and was told i could get it printed after asking them. So when it came they would not print it i went to the manager and he said they cant do it as they did not have the right lettering but after explaining its a xmas gift for a 6year old he said yes it wouldn be a problem if i did not mind English league lettering. I said yes il take get it done with the English print them a female manager told me no she will not do it. DONT HAVE YOUR CLUELESS STAFF SELL THINGS YOUS CANT AND WILL NOT DO....
