Lifescapes was excellent in every way! From the beginning of the project, they listened, and they followed through to a superb finished project. Jacob was amazing with his design and communication. Taylor was phenomenal with the execution and management of the job site. I’d highly recommend Lifescapes, they really treat their employees well and are extremely professional. I’m very thankful and can’t thank them for their personal touches and follow up.They will be here if I ever need anything! I am just so proud of my new yard, and I made new friends through this project. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Google
We contracted with Lifescape for a “refresh” of plantings in our front and back yards. We had 5 plants at the front of our house that immediately looked ill. After back and forth for a month, they finally replaced them with a different type of bush. These 5 plants are now dying too. When Lifescape came to take a look, I was told that it was because the soil was not healthy and that they would not replace the plants a second time. Fast forward to our fall clean up where they quoted an outrageous figure. We accepted it because we felt that they at least would be working with the new plantings and would help ensure their longevity. 3 guys were here for 2 hours. That works out to be over $200/hour per crew member. What a total rip off.

Lifescape was very good to work with on completely transforming our backyard. Lifescape was very professional and responsive to any of the requests/questions I had during the redo. The initial bid was higher than I had expected - but lower than others I had received - and Todd was great to work with to bring the project back into line. I would gladly recommend Lifescape to others. We are very happy with how everything has turned out.

Google
I would like to have rated them higher. We had the team out for a spring cleanup to test them out before committing to a weekly maintenance. Unfortunately, they missed the mark. Initially this seemed like a top-notch operation. Timely responses and estimates. Unfortunately the apt. was rescheduled at least twice, and I had to contact the manager to have the team back out and address several missed items. Weeks later when I finally turned on the irrigation, I realized how sloppy somebody on the team had been. Nearly a dozen sprayers that had been cut off, pulled out, or damaged. Not only this, but the main 3/4" feeder line was also cut and had to spliced back together. In another location, one of the sprayers was sheared off right at the feeder line, so it had to be cut there to remove the broken piece and then spliced back together. What normally takes me 30 minutes to turn on the irrigation took the better part of the day and cost me extra money and a trip to hardware store. After notifying the manager via email of the irrigation issues, I received no response. The onsite team was very polite and professional, but seemed more concerned with being fast than doing the job right. We've had somebody do a spring cleanup in our yard for the last 12+ years (including my 70 y.o. mother and a 17 y.o neighborhood kid looking for extra cash), and this was the most disappointing result we've had esp. given the cost.

The other morning May 17th 8:00am this truck tried to make a U-turn or something on federal and Hampden. They cut me off as well as another car and kept driving. They then tried to speed away from where they almost hit me so I got pictures of them and the passenger was laughing at the situation. I don’t know if you require a license to drive, but this is very unprofessional from your company. I called that day as well and I was supposed to get a call back but never did. Just from this alone I wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone. If they drive terrible and don’t care for other’s safety it shows who you’re hiring and how you do business and that there are some obvious corners being cut. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

We just finished a hardscape/landscaping project with Lifescape. We could not be more pleased with the results. From the start to the finish of the project, everything was top notch. Dan DeGrush created a beautiful design to embrace our property. Mark Hoopes was our project manager and he was wonderful, keeping us posted as to start times, finish, and managing all the work along the way. This was something we had wanted to do for a long time and we are so pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you for making our project so satisfying. We’ve worked with Lifescape twice now to put together a landscaping plan, and the design process has been fantastic. Kenny was extremely attentive to our preferences and opinions and was easy to work with. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Lifescape again.

Google
I hadn't refreshed my landscape in Country Club in almost fifteen years, and it definitely needed an update. Lifescape is so very professional and caring, and I was very impressed with the design that they delivered for the whole property. The project was just finished, and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied - it is just beautiful! I would recommend their services to anyone. I have taken on their maintenance services as well, and the workmen are easy to communicate with and also very professional.

Yelp
The work done by Lifescape is truly exceptional. They are excellent designers, communicators, and coordinators. Not only is the work they're doing for us incredible in quality, they helped us navigate literally every aspect, from different builders, to HOA restrictions, to permits. We couldn't be happier working with them and we couldn't recommend them enough! We will be hiring them for all work in the future.

Yelp
I live in the Uptown neighborhood where this company services one of the many apartment buildings and the landscapers are an absolute menace to the community. To start, they show up daily at 8am with extremely loud gas powered leaf blowers which immediately disrupts the neighborhood at a time when many people are first waking for the day. In addition to the obnoxiously loud noise first thing in the morning, the smell of gas aways finds its way into my apartment. It becomes increasingly frustrating when you see multiple landscapers in the area use electric equipment which is never disruptive and never leaves a smell. This points to the obvious lack of respect this company has for the community. Despite showing up so early everyday, they still find a way to be disruptive throughout most of the day. They may be on your street for an hour starting at 8am, back for another 45mins at 11am then another 30mins at 1:30 so you never know when they will be around to disrupt your day and you can never plan around it. Additionally, the landscapers almost always travel in packs which means two to three people walking down the same street at the same time blowing loud leaf blowers at the same thing, multiple times a day. This is frustrating for those of us who work from home. Personally, I've had to end several work meetings and important calls early because it's too loud to hear anything else. Even with windows closed, the equipment they use is so loud that it's always a distraction. Again, this shows the complete lack of respect toward the neighborhood and the people who reside in it. Your money and time may be better spent having your people cover more ground spread out than collectively working on the same space. Better management here may also help eliminate the inconsistency as well as the need to return to the same spaces multiple times in one day. This company consistently shows zero respect for the community it serves. Unless you like being waken up by loud noise and the smell of gas, I would not recommend. In the attached pic you can see two landscapers both using their leaf blowers on one very confined space at the same time. The building they are servicing spans several blocks but here are the employees working in one small space together, both with their loud equipment. This is normal for these employees.

Jon S.

Yelp
Not a client but when we came across a crew doing yard maintenance using blowers, the three gentleman stopped blowing when we were approaching them. Honestly we were in exercise clothes looking grubby and they gave us 50 yards of no blowing on either side as we went by. Amazing, it gives insight into how all aspects of their work is I'm sure. I should say not a client, yet...

Yelp
Our neighbors hired Lifescape for a project. The crew did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning up the jobsite at the end of every day. The yard looks great.

Yelp
Troy and his LifeScape team are very professional and great to work with throughout the landscape process completing the job on time and within budget. We are very pleased with Troy's creative design and hands on project management. The same is true for his team of highly skilled workers. Their detailed attention to customer requirements for the landscaping brought forth a beautiful, easy to maintain yard. The materials utilized (including landscape infrastructure and plant selections) are of high quality. We highly recommend LifeScape to anyone who wants a top-tier landscape design and implementation experience.

Mark G.

Yelp
Major project for our small HOA, they did a great job in all respects. Hard to find an excellent company that knows how to do business and then perform the work and exceed expectations. They told us a schedule a few months out and showed up that day, no excuses, just do what they say. Kenny, the project manager, was experienced and able to easily deal with the insurance, contract and payment details needed for our HOA. Recommend them highly. First class, reasonable prices, excellent performance.

Randy P.

Yelp
Your landscape designer came out and said Lifescape would put rock mulch and a few plants and call it a day. Based on those comments would you hire them? If all we wanted was rock mulch and a few plants we wouldn't need a landscape designer, where's the design in that? Since we weren't seeing eye to eye on the vision for our front yard, I told her via text not to bother giving us a design since I didn't want her to charge us for it or waste her time, but she said she would give us a quote anyway since there was no charge for that service, which I said that was fine. However, we have heard nothing back from them and it's been since 6/13. My biggest gripe here is If you say you're going to do something you should do it. There was no follow up by this company.

Mary M.

Yelp
We had an extensive outdoor construction project that included the need for a new deck, lower level hardscaping, landscaping, lights and water. We contracted for the new deck prior to our landscape/hardscape project with Lifescapes so it required coordination with the deck builder which can be tricky. Troy and the Lifescapes team were super responsive, highly professional, and worked with us to make adjustments to the design as the project evolved. They even assisted with some needed feedback for the deck builders so that we got the amazing product we have today. While our project was a significant investment we are certain that our return has exceeded the cost with the increased value of our home and the liveable square footage. We've done a number of home design projects both here in the front range and up in the mountains. Our experience has been that most contractors treat their projects as a job (at best) and few are craftsmen who treat the project as a profession. Lifescapes is one of the very few who are truly professionals.

Yelp
They sent me a flyer. I called and discussed the scope of my project, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to get to me for 5 months. Why send the flyer. Obviously a waste of time.

Yelp
I have a tiny apartment in Denver that has a great view of the city, so my patio and front yard needed some love so that I could enjoy it! I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do with these spaces so I reached out to LifeScape CO. That was the best decision I could have made! They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable on what could be done with the spaces. I loved their ideas and let then take the reins. They turned these spaces into a place that my pup and I love spending time in. Lifescape CO are the best landscapers in Denver!

Yelp
I drink my morning coffee to the din of Lifescape in my neighborhood every Friday morning, their equipment revving like a motorboat race. While they have a well written commitment to sustainability on their website, I imagine that, between their massive trucks and gas powered equipment, in a contest between landscape businesses of which one uses the most fossil fuels per acre managed, Lifescape might win. I have seen their staff literally standing in the middle of the road on a breezy day blowing dust away from the property with fuel guzzling and toxin fuming leafblowers. One time, a man was standing, maskless, above a manual pump sprayer, spraying weeds along the edge of the street, basically the gully where irrigation and rainwater drains to the storm sewer. I asked him politely what he was spraying and he innocently answered RoundUp. These disconnects between Lifescape's practices, their position as "Sustainable Landscape Charter Partner," and the existential threats of biodiversity loss and the climate crisis are bewildering. Your yard may look nice in the end, but at what cost? Please ask more questions before hiring them or any landscaping firm to manage your soil, plants and creatures.

Yelp
Andy is absolutely amazing! He is very attentive and always answers my calls! His team is always on time and makes sure my property looks amazing

Yelp
I have been working with Lifescape for the last several years, and I would happily recommend their services. My experience has mainly been with the maintenance team for existing landscaping plus potted annuals. Our garden manager always responded to my questions, concerns, and requests, promptly and with a customer-focused mentality. The maintenance crew lead for the last two seasons has been fantastic - she is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They have truly made an effort to get to know my preferences and create a beautiful, peaceful space that reflects them.

Yelp
After viewing several Denver landscape properties, we decided upon Lifescape, as we liked the quality of their workmanship. We are so glad that we did! Starting last year, Lifescape removed all our previous landscaping (old sprinkler system etc.). My husband and I met with a Todd, one of the head landscape architects, and with his knowledgeable guidance, we came up with a design. It was exciting to watch it unfold. A year later, we are now reaping the benefits of Lifescape's hard work. The careful but fun balance of plants, bushes, and trees, as well as lighting, and garden paths, are all contributing to a bold and beautiful presence - the yard flows together. With the kaleidoscope of colors from hydrangeas, echinaceas, coral bells, and daphne to the stately boxwoods and rhododendrons, rose of sharon, and Japanese maples, our yard seems to have come alive. Garden paths of stone interlaced with wholly thyme and ajuga entice you into two outdoor patios. The added feature of a beautiful copper fountain Is enjoyed early in the morning with coffee or later with a glass of wine! The subtle lighting on the plants, trees, entrance way and house brings a warm glow to the yard, welcoming you in at dusk and night time. Weekly maintenance is another highlight provided by the company. The efficient, newly installed sprinkler has allowed for the growth of a very healthy, rich lawn so when it is cut it looks like a green plush carpet. The edges are carefully trimmed, as well as pruning and all over yard maintenance, done with detail and efficiency. We cannot say enough about the quality of Lifescape landscaping company and all who are apart of the team, especially Josh, an experienced young man, who is overseeing much of the work, and is so nice and caring to work with. I will also mention Max as someone you will get to know well and works very hard. Thank you Lifescape - we would definitely recommend all of you with five stars!! Sincerely, Judy snd Frank Scott

Yelp
Until about three years ago, we (personally and for our HOA), had been using another service that had become increasingly unreliable, and with a "rotating door" of personnel. We finally made the decision to contract with Lifescape, and, thus far, it has been a very good experience. Its people are well trained, competent, friendly and reliable in fulfilling their commitments and follow-up (particularly the Garden Manager for our private property). While, by comparison, Lifescape may be a bit pricey it seems to me that cost/benefit ratio is a very good trade off.

Yelp
Great service and professionalism. We can always count on them to do a perfect job. We had a leak in an exterior window caused by an opening next to a downspout drain. It was allowing water to get in to our foundation. I called Dan at Lifescapes on a Friday, who did our hardscaping job 3 years ago, and their crew was here on Monday. The fixed the problem with a beautiful looking solution at no charge. True professionals!

Yelp
I feel like I need to provide a post to give other a heads up.. After reading about this company in the latest 5280 I figured I would reach out to them to get some assistance with my backyard. We just moved into a home and the back yard was left an empty dirt lot by developers.. not ideal but at least we have a completely blank slate to work with. First I went to the website and submitted a request for Landscape "Design" only (they have options to choose and I chose the Design Only option because I can do this work myself just not creative in imagining what is possible with this blank slate of a yard). Never received any reply so I followed up a few days later with a call. The person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and said he would have someone that worked on my neighborhood call me back. Two days later got a call back and spoke with a person who said they did not do any "Design Only" work (Despite what the website says I guess), they expected to do both the design and construction, and their minimum to even think about doing a project was $10,000.00. I informed him that we could meet that minimum, however, I felt like he was trying to vet me out price wise for a sale. He said he was on the road but had my number and email and would either text me or email me. Have not heard back from anyone as of yet so I guess he didn't feel like I was worth the time since we don't live in Cherry Creek or Bonnie Brea. Going to look elsewhere to get this design and construction done. I hold 5280 in pretty high regard so wondering how this company got picked as best of Denver with this kind of non-responsive customer service.

C H.

Yelp
Sorry to say this company has taken a pretty hard nose dive. They started great a couple years ago with good communication and quality service, which is necessary given the incredibly high cost. But it is no longer justifiable. I have used them for comprehensive and regular landscape / lawn care ongoing for a couple years. They missed a 16,000 gallon ongoing flood in my yard due to an irrigation leak and would not take responsibility for it, straight up denying its existence despite our feet being fully immersed in water while we stood on the grass (a second opinion confirmed and resolved the problem). The pounding of the sprinklers against my house also led to mold and moisture issues; I had repeatedly asked them to fix this over the course of over a year to prevent moisture problems (they initially pointed it out to me). They wouldn't do anything for over a year of me repeating requests to get the problem solved before it got much worse. The original bid was for $10,000 to fix the problem, not kidding. I got it down to $4500 finally over a year later, after my requests were repeatedly ignored and I told them I needed a solution urgently because I now had a soggy and moldy indoor window (water literally raining down on the carpet inside from the sprinklers). When I eventually got both of these problems solved by a different landscape company, they performed the work on the same day for $400.00. I'm spending thousands now on mitigating the damage to the window. It has also been really difficult to communicate with them in general. They either drag their feet, never get back to me, or want to come by the same day or in a couple hours after I repeatedly told them that does not work for me (again, no kidding, I told them 15 times). Meanwhile, I'm paying them a super high monthly rate compared to average in the area, for service I'm not getting, other than bare minimum weekly mowing and occasional shrub care. I made multiple requests for other things (e.g. fertilizing, replacing the rose bush they killed because no one ever set up the drip line, requesting a bid for a new sprinkler controller...) that again saw no or extremely delayed follow through, months or even a year later. While the property managers, who are your main points of contact with the company, and most others are very courteous and kind (although often difficult to get ahold of and often don't follow through), other team members are at times straight up rude in their communication. I really don't recommend them. I know they had a tough year like a lot of us with staffing transitions and more... Maybe in a year or two they will improve. I know what they are capable of because they really started great. I hope they can get it back.

Yelp
Lifescape kept promising me a quote but in the ended they never produced one and I got someone else to do the work .They kept promising me that it was on the way but never had the professionalism and manners to tell me the truth. I had to keep chasing them and listen to their lies .Their incompetence resulted in me having to delay the job until after the winter and costing me money and time. And this was a $20,000 job.

Laura L.

Yelp
Our backyard was transformed in three weeks! The crew worked so hard all day long. I could not believe it!!! Dan our designer was more than helpful and gave great guidance and advice. Whenever we needed attention to detail, Jordan the foreman came right away. I actually chose Lifescape because of yelp reviews, I hope this review will help you make your choice too!

Jonny R.

Yelp
One of their drivers tried to scare me as I was crossing the road (slammed brakes on to make them squeal). If their service is anything like their inconsiderate drivers, don't use them. They need to educate their drivers to be more respectful of others.

Yelp
I just wanted to give a shout out to Josh Ruppert, my landscape architect at Lifescape who came up with a beautiful design for my very small back yard space. Not only was the design extraordinary, he made my space look so quaint, yet modern and got all the features I was hoping to include without it feeling at all crowded. Somehow he expanded my space purely with design. His attention to detail, creativity and responsiveness has made my Lifescape experience.

PJ S.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience with Lifescape! I spoke with Matt, he provided a quote next day, we agreed on services and they came out immediately. Price was great, work was exceptional. They even came back a second time to reapply an herbicide since our weeds had been such an issue, no extra charge. We highly recommend Lifescape. Thank you Matt for the great service!

Yelp
We did an exhaustive, detailed search of landscaping companies in the Denver-Boulder-Longmont area. We narrowed our list to 10 companies and interviewed 4 companies on our property before we selected Lifescape Colorado. Our project involved completely removing all that was remaining from the landscaping that existed when we bought the property and starting from scratch to design and install a landscape plan. We specifically wanted a company that also provides ongoing maintenance. Lifescape Colorado has exceeded our expectations in every phase of the project. Designer Frank Pendrell worked with us to develop a creative, innovative design combining plants and hardscape that is rich and beautiful, but also conserves water. Brian Holmes and his installation team worked exceptionally hard every moment they were on the property. Every person at Lifescape with whom we interacted said what they would do and did what they said. Not only did they do a great job, they were communicative and fun to work with. We can't say enough good things abut Lifescape Colorado. Frank and Barbara Mendicino

L Z.

Yelp
Lifescape provided a major overhaul of my outdoor area, including design work, hardscape, and construction. We added a patio, a firepit, and built-in seating in our back yard. They rebuilt our wood deck and added a pergola. In the front yard, they added a front porch and installed all new landscaping. The quality of Lifescape's work and customer service was top notch. The hardscape, construction items, and plantings are all in great shape 5 years later. We had very few items that needed attention after the project (an electrical connection that went bad and one shrub that died). Lifescape responded to these issues promptly. Leann Ostheimer was our designer. She took our vague ideas and turned them into spectacular design plans. We loved our foreman - Brant Zirker. The crew was always respectful and hard-working. Leann and Brant were onsite so much, I considered them both dear friends by the end of the project. We got a chance to sit down with Lifescape's owner, Michael Hupf, at the beginning and end of this project. He is passionate and engaged. We are 100% satisfied with Lifescape's work, and we will hire them again when landscaping needs arise.

Kate B.

Yelp
Lifescape Colorado has consistently been one of the state's best landscape design and property care companies. Their design is innovative and sustainable, their service is well beyond that of any other landscape company I've ever used, and they truly can take care of everything from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Jake P.

Yelp
Moved cross country to accept a position with Lifescape and they waited till 1. I made it to Colorado and 2. I contacted them, to let me know they took the job offer away. extremely unprofessional and poor communication from a business that is known around the state. I would not recommend to work for or hire to do projects. look elsewhere!!

Fredrick G.

Yelp
Maybe they take care of their clients, but as a neighbor of one of their big projects, I can tell you that they don't give a damn about the neighbors. Will spare the discussion about how they were to us during construction, not wetting as they moved major earth, my garden covered in dust, rude superintendent, etc. To polish it all off, they left orange home depot buckets behind shrubbery, along the fence with our property so we could stare at them all winter. Then, when the guy came out to clean the fountain with another HD bucket, he decided to toss it and some of his debris over the fence into my bins. Creeps. Can be damn sure I'll never use them.

Ryesen H.

Yelp
I had very challenging landscape issues and specifically selected Lifescape Colorado because I saw that they had the talent to find workable and pleasing solutions. I was wrong. I now have a 1200$ plan that is only marginally useful. I could have designed it myself - as a matter of fact, in the end, I did. The primary issue I had with the company was that they did not match an appropriate designer with the project. There was no interview before a designer was assigned. My designer was inexperienced at the level I needed. They failed to include my requests or even some of the most basic landscape considerations into the design. The hardscape elements could not be built as designed and some of them would have been unsafe to use, creating a potential liability. There were hundreds of plants in the design (that I specifically said did not want) that masked the hardscape issues. The designer addressed my concerns by saying that they would take care of this during construction. This project did not go past the design stage. I have experience in landscape design and construction so I saw the problems right away, but most people will not. They state they are a construction firm first and the design part is a tack on. Lesson learned.

Yelp
Interestingly, a man claiming to be the owner of Lifescape recently contacted me to discuss my review on Yelp. We traded messages and emails for a few days but my last attempt to contact him went unanswered. It isn't surprising - seems their idea of customer service hasn't changed in the years since they worked at my place.

Brooke W.

Yelp
Lifescape did a FANTASTIC job on our patio. We wanted to create an outdoor living space to include an outdoor kitchen and bar, fireplace, fountain and pergola, and they not only gave us a number of design options, but really helped us pull it together within our budget. I also liked their flexibility to change things as we went along, as well as their commitment to workmanship. We complained that something was not quite right, and their owner came out and looked at it, completely agreed, and they ripped it out and did it again. Most companies would have tried to convince you that the original work was something you should live with. They are an all-around ethical and quality company to work with. I would and in fact *have* recommended them to all my friends.

Ben G.

Yelp
Like the previous reviews, our experience with Lifescape Colorado was very much the same. The designer had very limited experience, and never quite understood the general wishes that we had. You can't choose your designer, or even talk to others there. The plan measurements were off in some areas by as much as 9 feet, oh and "yup, our error will cost you more". We installed a very expensive hardscape that could not be built per the young designer's plan, and it required major rework throughout the project, and never really looked right. The subcontractor that they used to install the stonework was among the worst we have ever seen. They were lazy, sloppy, and unfamiliar with basic masonry work. They caused more damage to the stone (and our property) than 20 years of use. My high school boys could do a better job. We had to draw our own plans for the contractors, and rearrange work schedules to supervise them as there is zero oversight from the "project manager", and the designer could never really figure out how to make it work from her plans. The project was almost 4 weeks late to start and 5 weeks late to finish. One excuse after another from them on why they couldn't be there. There is a very snotty atmosphere down at their office. We have lived in Colorado forever, thought they were high quality, and we personally know many of their past (or future) clients; however, it looks like their quality has slipped significantly in the past few years. Our suggestion: go with an independent designer, and hire a smaller local guy that actually wants the work. Although we are very disappointed, and have hired someone else to fix the botched job, it is Lifescape that should be most disappointed... They missed out on a very large ($630k) project at our other property, which is finishing up beautifully.

Karen J.

Yelp
Lifescape Colorado installed our landscaping and has maintained it for over 5 years. We have been extremely pleased with them and we frequently have given referrals to neighbors and others who have complimented us on their work. Their landscaping work has definitely increased our home's value. Very responsive and have excellent customer service.

Yelp
Lifescape is fabulous!! They have very experienced people, are fairly priced and very attentive to my needs. When we had the wind storm they came over first thing in the morning to clean up all the debris and repair the fence that fell over which wasn't in their "job description". I recommend them to my friends. I receive many compliments on my yard and it is because of their service. They are the best!!

Yelp
I would not recommend Lifescape. The design we received was basically worthless. The landscape architect talked too much, listened too little, lacked knowledge of plants that would grow in our environment and showed very little interest in our project. Big disappointment and waste of money.

Yelp
Words can not describe the transition. Our yard is a show stopper; literally people stop and look as they drive by. Besides the beauty, we would like to thank the entire staff at Lifescape for their professionalism and always going that extra step toward perfection...it shows. From design to install we had a fabulous experience. We are so pleased and proud of our beautiful yard.

Yelp
I highly recommend Lifescape Colorado. They landscaped my backyard in 2016 and did an amazing job! They created a beautiful sanctuary with a waterfall and gas fireplace and gorgeous flagstone patio. Dan Degrush created not only a beautiful design, he created a functional design that solved water flow problems that had created flooding in my house. Water now flows away from my house and I have had no problems since. Dan was very responsive to my questions and concerns all along the way. Mark, the foreman, was a creative problem solver and added to the beauty of my patio by making great suggestions. All of their workers were first rate. Any time I have had a concern or question since, Dan has responded immediately to my call. In my opinion this is a great company to work with. I love my back yard and enjoying spending time there. This summer I will host my son's wedding there and am very proud to have such a beautiful back yard in which to celebrate this very special occasion!

Yelp
I've been meaning to write this since Lifescape finished my GORGEOUS patio a month ago. More compelled today. My experience during sales and install could not have been better. Troy Shimp is an amazing, amazing designer and so kind. Brant Zirker, my PM was so on top of everything and such a Pro. Lastly, the team - couldn't have asked for more. On time every day. Juan was such a perfectionist, constantly leveling and measuring over and over. He's the best! The outcome was stunning!!! So, why today...well, I spilled candle wax on my gorgeous patio - a lot of wax (really stupid), I emailed Brant and Troy for ideas on how to get it out. I also had an outdoor light damaged. Brant was here within 48 hrs. The light will be repaired, he actually repaired another light that had nothing to do with the installation - so nice. And, will replace the bricks for me for what sounds like not much money to restore my beautiful patio. Let me say too, that my job is probably among the smallest jobs they do and yet I never, ever felt less important. It does go to show you get what you pay for. They certainly are not the least expensive but the value is there and worth every penny.
