We initially booked just one night to escape from the bad hotel we had previously booked in Makarska. This small, adults-only hotel with a modern design is perfect. The rooms are very nice and modern, with a unique design. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the harbour of Bol and 20 minutes from the famous beach, but there is also a little tourist train if you don't like to walk. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and always available to guests with a big smile. Enjoy a wonderful rooftop with a sauna, pool, and jacuzzi, offering a stunning view over the sea and a breathtaking sunset from the jacuzzi with a cocktail. It is a very quiet and relaxing area. They play gentle chill/lounge music all over the public areas, so the atmosphere is very relaxing. For breakfast, there is a very large choice on the buffet for a 4-star hotel, and you can also order complimentary items from the menu such as eggs Florentine, eggs Benedict, omelettes, espresso, cappuccino, and more. Pool/beach towels are complimentary. We initially booked a night in a standard room but we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and sea view. We felt so happy and relaxed in this hotel that we booked a second night. As a male gay couple, we also felt very welcome. We will definitely come back for a longer stay in Bol!

We had an unforgettable 4 nights in the hotel, the sea view room was everything we hoped it would be! The breakfast was delicious and different options every day. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool and hot tub were brilliant we experienced a beautiful sunset every night from the rooftop. The only small problem was quite a strong drain smell from the shower in our room but that was not a deal breaker. We would visit again without a doubt. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I truly love this hotel in Bol! The staff was super friendly and helped me with anything I needed or any questions I had or recommendations for restaurants or beaches to go to. The pool on the rooftop is extremely beautiful so I recommend spending some time up there. They have a sauna up there as well that is very well kept and has beautiful views they breakfast at the hotel every morning has many options and was absolutely delicious! They even make fresh orange juice for you on the spot I was traveling with my small dog and they were so accommodating! They even put dog bowls in our room with treats, and a toy for her. I thought this was a very cute and nice touch. The rooms are very spacious with balconies and huge bathrooms. Everything was very clean and it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel and it is only a 10 minute walk from the main strip with all of the restaurants and shops and about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the big main beach, everyone goes to. It was nice that it is not located in the middle of all the action so it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing, but you were close enough to walk wherever you wanted to go.

Hotel Vitar is a true hidden gem in Bol. Modern, elegant, and perfectly maintained — everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful rooms and comfy beds to the spotless interiors. The rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and sauna come with a stunning sea view, perfect for relaxing at sunset. Breakfast is delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff are friendly, professional, and full of great local tips. Couldn’t have ask for a better stay — highly recommended!

Our stay was fantastic; highly recommended. The property is very modern, well-kept, and breakfast was excellent. The location was great because it was an easy walk to the famous beach and a straight shot into the center of town. A special thanks to Ivana at the Front Desk, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The entire staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a birthday treat.

Stayed with my husband for 4 nights recently peak season. This hotel is really special, felt really modern and clean, with a boujee rooftop pool. Small number of rooms gave it that boutique charm and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Staff were really friendly and professional. The breakfast each morning was amazing - freshly squeezed orange juice, great selection for a small hotel, everything fresh and the made to order eggs were delicious! Central location to shops, restaurants and beach. Will definitely be returning.

The hotel is very beautiful! We liked everything very much! The location of the hotel allows you to quickly walk to both the beach and the store. The breakfasts at the hotel are very tasty and varied! It is very cool that you can additionally choose a dish for breakfast, which the cook quickly prepares. The receptionist upgraded our room category for free upon check-in, and special thanks for that! The roof, where there is a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, offers a fantastic view of the sea and mountains! We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the jacuzzi! Of course, we were lucky that it was not the season yet and there were not many guests in the hotel, so it was quiet and comfortable! Excellent hotel concept - an adults-only hotel! And also, the staff at the hotel is very polite and friendly! They always smile and try to make your stay at the hotel at a very high level!
