Lightplan Lighting

Very poor service, unhelpful staff. Google would not let me give no stars so I had to give 1 star I walked around the showroom and was not offered any help, even though there were 4 staff chatting to each other. When i enquired about the price of an item i was told that it was very expensive! Shame really as I had a very large budget to buy lighting for a large home refurbishment

This lighting store is great and has amazingly helpful and skilled staff! I was running there with a "light emergency" and needed a particular type of ceiling spotlight, which they did not have. One of the staff members then modified a wall spot into a ceiling light for me (at no charge, although I offered) and it ended up looking amazing when I installed it. Such a lovely store, so helpful, strongly recommended!

The guys in here are really helpful and friendly, came in several times for advice while working on my flat and they could always give me tips etc. The lights I ordered came quickly and look great.

Opened the shop after it closed and trusted me to pay tomorrow as his card reader was off. Michael is a gent. Thankyou
