We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and spa.
We had a confirmed stay and spa appointment scheduled, but unfortunately had to cancel because our children became sick and we could not travel. We contacted the hotel multiple times by phone and email to try to reschedule both the stay and the spa services. We were not asking for anything unreasonable — just a future date.
Despite multiple attempts, they refused to reschedule or offer any flexibility. They were perfectly willing to keep the full payment, even though we did not stay at the hotel and did not receive any spa services.
Things happen, especially for families, and how a business responds in those moments says a lot. In our case, there was zero empathy and zero effort to work with us. The takeaway was clear: they were happy to collect our money, regardless of whether they provided any service.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others — especially families — to think twice before booking here.
