What a beautiful four hour plus trip down LIJIANG River with spectacular scenery all the way, natural beauty and lot to see. The barges are comfortable and very well organised helpful staff were always ready to help. On board buffet lunch was delicious and plentiful.

Very relaxing river cruise, its bit hot inside the boat they sell fried shrimp and drink during the trip also the local fisherman will offer to take picture of the bird they carry overall it was okay experience, one thing i want to complain is lack of clean toilet in the harbour the place can be reach within 1,5 hours from the Guilin city center

One of the highlights of a tour of Guilin is to take a cruise along the Lijiang. The famous karst mountains of Guilin are all over. Meander after meander, these hills seem to be unending. Presently, the captain stopped the boat. Right before us was the scenery that is the background of the Chinese twenty RMB note. It was really a beautiful place.

Visited Oct 2015 The Li River Cruise travels through the picturesque Guilin Karst mountain landscape. Saw the Nine-Horse Fresco, which features on the back of the 20 RMB note at the Yellow Cloth Shoal. Sightseeing of grassland, farmland and hills. This was a nice chilled break from an otherwise busy schedule.

The upper reaches of the Gui River in northeastern Guangxi, China. Part of the Xijiang River in the Pearl River basin, flowing more than 160 kilometres from Xing'an County to Pingle County. Stunningly beautiful with magical dreamlike ambience especially on a cloudy or foggy day. A must see in Guilin, not to be missed

I came here with my family 25+ years ago in the 90s as a kid, and I can remember just how breathtaking the river boat tour was. It left such a big impression in me. These were just the most beautiful mountains and water I’ve ever seen in my life. No other nature / scenery I’ve seen since then could compare. I hope to have the chance to bring my children to visit here at least once in their lifetime! Back then, there were no smartphones so I don’t have any photos to share. My mom probably has the printed photos somewhere in her old photo albums. I highly recommend this place for nature lovers.
