Lila Molino + Cafe

We ordered a taco from special menu(with a touch of arabic flavors) and was so delicious. Also a tamale of chicken that was so beautiful and attractive but it wasn’t my taste. Also churros was the most delicious part. It doesn’t have especial and specific vibe but is a good place to sit and work even alone.

Stopped by for a quick snack. We waited 40mins to receive drinks, which came wrong twice. Only a couple minutes after that we received the food. Fantastic battered shrimp taco - but that’s it. I like good food, and I’m honestly not hard to please because I usually manage my expectations quite well give a bit of research in advance before walking in, but ouufff the duck taco was the driest taco I’ve ever had, anywhere, ever. Give it some love please, some fruit, some sauce you have so many of them sitting there for sale at the welcome store, please be more delicate with the duck’s meat it was like chewing bark. The other tables outside which sat around the same time as us also seemed to have waited almost an hour to begin receiving their orders. Staff is very nice and polite but extremely disorganised. Seems like if you sit outside you’re forgotten about. We were promised some extra snacks to apologise but didn’t see them coming our way and we were in a rush to leave. Also the table outside with the arch, where we sat, seating needs to come WAY closer to the table, hard to sit, in fact 5 groups sat and left while we wait to eat there. Whether it was the discomfort of being a kilometre away from the person you’re eating with or the lack of service. Easy things to improve, hope you do, as the shrimp tacos showed me a more promising side of your kitchen perhaps worth revisiting. Thank you 🙏

Aithentic Mexican cafe in the city. It is the only place where you can have the Mexican much loved breakfast item: Huevos Rancheros. We also had the Avocado toast and Tahini Honey latte. Great interiors. The walls also double up as space for exhibitions. There is also a small store on ground floor that sells Mexican chillies. Tortillas and other Mexican stuff

The food here is so tasty and fresh. The tortilla and tortilla chips are freshly made which makes such a difference in the taste. Highly recommend!

Updated review. This used to be a solid 5, but now it’s more of a 3. Lila Molino used to be one of our favorite Mexican spots in Dubai, but it feels like the recipes have changed. The horchata water literally tasted like plain water, and the chilaquiles were extremely spicy, way more than usual. We’ve been here more than 10 times and the experience was always good overall, but this visit was disappointing. Also, if you sit upstairs, avoid the seats by the wall because there’s a constant vibration on the floor that makes it uncomfortable.

Had breakfast at Lila Molino – overall a good experience. The griddled breakfast torta was tasty and filling, the tacos had nice flavor with a fresh kick, and the churros were a sweet finish. Coffee was smooth and well presented. The place has a nice vibe too. It wasn’t mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable and worth a visit.

My favorite place in dubai - incredible quality food and so much love in everything they do …. Today I had the steak and eggs - amazing quality grass fed steak cooked to perfection - best guacamole in town !!! Couldn’t take photos cause I got involved as soon as it arrived 😂

The resto located in a nice area with many other resto around. Foods are just okay. The staff are nice and the resto is cozy. Good place to have a chill night with friends.
